The owner James was very weird I brought in my car in with my teenage daughter. James would not stop staring and talking to her. Even when I was explaining the issue he kept looking over at my daughter and staring which made both of us very uncomfortable. If you go please do not bring any girls under the age of 18, just to forgo the uncomfortable experience

RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THEM!!My nephew bought a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic and had nothing but trouble. The first day the check engine light came on, heat thermostat, transmission line blew and the shock in the back was broken. My sister had to intervene and pay to have it towed back to them from Rochester. The owner, Jim Mitchell, would only talk to my nephew and his Father and made my sister stay in the lobby. He tried to make them pay $212. and wanted them to pay for an extended warranty. After reviewing it the coverage was minimal and not worth the $600. extra for one year. He made my nephew sign a paper that he is not responsible for any other problems even though it is only 2 weeks old and driven only 30 miles!! My sister asked to speak to him and he said "He did not give a sh " what she had to say...... A chauvinist on top of being unethical.

I purchased a very nice Buick Lacrosse from Jim a month ago . The car is in pristine shape and I'm very pleased with it in every way possible ! Wonderful service , in fact the best time I've had ever in purchasing a vehicle ! No hassle , no fighting over price or payment ! Gem Auto Sales: Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have gone through. The professional staff went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction with the purchase. I was in the market for a safe, reliable and affordable car to get me back and forth to college. Gem s staff respected my situation and helped me get into the car I wanted. Further, the one year warranty gave me confidence in the purchase. I would recommend this established dealership to anyone in the market for a used car.

This dealer is a total ripoff! They advertise on Craigslist as worry-free business when it s the opposite. Don t deposit over $1K unless the vehicle is really worth it (at least 2 year old and under 50 K miles.) They tried to throw me the worst deal when I can get better offer with professional dealership like CarMax. I tried to finance with them because I was looking for a cheap car but they turned out to be the wrong business who demands more than expected!

here's one for ya, if your looking at one of his vehicles and it has fender flairs it's because it's rotted out underneath. clear the codes and reset the monitors was a common thing done, tire shot? fill with fix a flat but don't use the whole can that's expensive. i felt my SUV was the nicest vehicle on the property of course it help i didn't buy it there.

I had this car for a month, already the radiator is shot, the muffler fell off after the first week, the battery is shot, theres a crack in the windshield I never noticed until I took off my temporary registration sticker. And I was notified when I bought the car that a garage wouldn't pass inspection because the subframe was rotted and the brakes were bad. They are pieces of crap! And Everytime I call them to try to get them to fix it they act like it's not their problem!

Bought a truck from them, dont know how it passed inspection with the tires on it, $700 to replace them. Muffler needs repair $500; crack in the windshield, had to replace the timing belt $1090, and paid good money for a truck that needed over $2000. Oh yeah AC doesnt work it needs a new condenser. I wonder if this was pulled from an Arkansas swamp washed it and put for sale up on Rt 104. Now my mechanic says there is a loud valve noise. Not sure how much more I can endure, driven it 3,000 miles so far.Nice people, poor quality vehicle.

I am so obsessed with my "new to me" Jeep commander. My boyfriend and I went in just looking for winter vehicles for me and we walked out with 2 trucks. Cheryl and Jim were so wonderful and did everything they could to get us financed. Both trucks have a 4 yr protection plus warranty that covers almost everything. We are so happy and we are telling all of our friends and family about this dealership. Thank you for everything... Definitely will do business with GEM again...

If you like lemons, this is the place to go.I bought an 03 Silverado and had to put $3000 into it a couple weeks later. Should of never past inspection, I was told at another garage.
