This man is a genius! His knowledge and ability to troubleshoot my bike and be able know my bike better than me is a breath of fresh air. Jeremy is one of the most considerate, patient, people I ve come across in a while. I was given a personal experience even though it was a business experience. He goes above and beyond any bike repair shop I ve seen who will make sure your bike is save and above operating standards. His knowledge of his trade is very very impressive and he uses high quality parts to make sure my safety is secure. If you want the best and the most attention to detail, this is the place to go. I don t plan on going anywhere else because I know I won t be taken care of like I am at ASYLUM. and another thing. When it comes to your safety and your life, don t ever expect cheap products. This man knows what quality is and when it comes to my safety and making sure my daughter has a father to come home to. Best bike mechanic in Rochester! I couldn't be happier with how my bike turned out. Jeremi knew my budget and did his best to stay with in it. He really took his time to find the right parts and make sure my bike was back better then ever! I would recommend him to anyone who rides looking for a hard working honest mechanic. SCAMMERSpaid for a wiring harness for my XS650. It s been over a year of back and forth with jeremi miller he has given me dozens of excuses and has stoped contact all together. If you go on the XS650 forms or the Facebook group you will find he has scammed many others.Don t give ur money to a guy who steals from half his customer.

I contacted Jay at Asylum Cycle about building a wiring harness for a Yamaha TX 650 in June of 2022. I posted a review in October that reflected 5 months of frustration and not very good communication from Jay and his company. Unfortunately it turns out Jay had some health issues and apparently the people he left in charge took advantage of his situation. He contacted me unaware I had not received my completed harness. He has subsequently rebuilt a new harness and made sure all my controls were correct. He has communicated almost weekly till that was accomplished. I now have received the entire wiring project and it looks great.Jay was up front , honest and really genuinely as frustrated as I was with this entire process. I do think he had some issues that were beyond his control that contributed to this delay in my project. This new harness looks great is quality work I would not hesitate to use him again.Gary SparkmanService: Electrical repair

First time using Asylum Cycle..And they knocked it outta the park!! This bike needed alot of Love, and repairs. And the service, parts and repairs were wellI within my budget. Plus i was updated thru the through the entire process on needed repairs..thats extremely important to me as a consumer. They have the knowlegde above and beyond my skill level. And they didnt have my bike the whole summer, unlike other shops i know. Asylum had her right and tight when finished..i Love this bike now!! I wouldnt waste my time going to any other bike shop..they are now on my speed dial for both my gems repairs and service. Sturgis here i come !!!!! Very pleased with their service. They immediately got my Harley in to be serviced and did a thorough job inspecting the bike and identifying the needed repairs. Reasonable pricing and quick turnaround! The bike runs amazing again and look forward to bringing all my maintenance and repairs to them in the future. Asylum Cycles is incredible! I ordered a Barebones wiring kit for my XS650 chopper and it came super fast and was amazing quality. It took a lot of the stress off of my build as Jay was always there to answer my questions and help me along the way. So lucky to have found him and his shop and will 100% be a customer again. I came in with an electric bike with a leaky back tire because no one else in Rochester wanted to even look at an electric bike. They got right on it and took care of me as fast as they could. These guys are resourceful, respectful and professional! I highly recommend them as your first choice for anything with 2 wheels!

When I originally got this bike it was not in riding condition . And with the season coming up fast I needed ALOT done to get my bike season ready . from a top end rebuild to a super clean harness I could not be more impressed or happier with jeremi and asylum cycles. I dont wanna be the one to bash a business but here I am I'm only doing this because I've been seeing a lot of people having issues but not saying anything I ordered a wiring harness from them over 2 months ago yet I still haven't received it and they keep giving excuses over and over again and I don't wanna see someone else deal with a bad business like other people and myself have dealt with from asylum cycle don't do business here
