To date, I have patronized Napa Whitney Point Unit Parts many times over the years. Greg has always been very responsive and attentive to my particular needs and does an outstanding job in quickly assisting me in finding parts, tools, fasteners, fluids, lubricants, etc.. Simply put, Greg is straight forward, fair, honest and provides high quality service. Greg's great attitude leads me to go to this auto part store as oppose to traveling to Front Street in Binghamton to the other guys. Greg understands that the customer is the most important part of his business. He understands that the customer is not dependent on him but rather he is dependent on the customer.Moreover, Greg, knows that the customer is not an interruption in his work but that the customer is the purpose of it. I love the fact that he always smiles and gives a friendly and genuine greeting and cheerful thank you... Very few businesses do that! I needed wiper fluid, badly. But I could not get my hood unlatched. The guy tending the store assisted me and I was back on the road.

Mostly have the parts I need. They charge $5 to check your check engine light codes, and their hours of operation are usually not when I need to buy parts which is after 5 pm and in the afternoon on Saturday. Otherwise they have a very friendly and accommodating staff.

Nothing better than a locally owned auto parts store. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Snow birds traveling from Florida in the pouring rain. The coolant warning light came on. We saw the Napa store explained our problem. They pulled our car into their garage bay, topped off the coolant. No charge. WOW!
