My son's car broke down on the way back to Long Island from Cortland. Had the car towed over to Hometown Automotive. They are friendly, helpful and most of all, honest. They quickly got the car fixed at a very fair price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

Although this establishment isn't too close to my home, I will drive the extra miles to get the job done properly. The two mechanics that work on the vehicles there are very competent and professional. I've used these two mechanics for many years even before they opened Hometown Auto. I recently went to a different establishment close to home for a simple oil change. The worker forgot to tighten the oil filter and I didn't realize it of course. My truck was towed to Hometown. Luckily my engine wasn't blown. Lesson learned!

Pretty good folks. Pretty honest about repairs even will do a follow up if they have time. They are busy, if you're in a hurry for a repair, best look elsewhere BUT they are good and stand behind their work!!!

They know how to diagnose a problem and fix it right the first time. They will give you an accurate quote and not fix what don't need fixing (no inflated costs). They call you before they start any work to get your OK. Great friendly guys. Do I recommend them, highly

Very experienced mechanic's always explains what is needed and when it should be done. Prices are good also my whole family takes are vehicles to Lee who is the owner.

Hesitant at first to call and make an appointment, however my long-time mechanic, who retired, recommended Hometown Auto, and others I know had work done on their cars and had good things to say. I didn't feel uncomfortable as a woman going here for service, and the price for what I paid for the job done was fair.

A great place to get your vehicle serviced. I recently got a oil change here and they get your car right in and right out. What is even better about this place is that their prices are unbeatable. I have not found any other person around that is cheaper than Hometown Automotive!

I seem to have a pretty good experience Everytime I go here for repairs. They are straight up and honest with you about the work that needs to be done. I would recommend this place to anyone.
