Don t go there they don t how to clean the car ,,,I ask them to clean and remove tape residue from my car,,,I don t know what they use,,it look like something strong clean,,,,after they clean my car paint was removed,,,if you love you car ,,don t go there

Just got my car washed here and they scratched up the side mirror. Not happy about this. I have to look at this every time I use the right side mirror.

the guys in the trenches do good work and are generally friendly. there may be a language barrier, but it doesn't prevent them from doing a good job. I just had my car and my spouses car detailed (interior only), and both cars look, feel, and smell almost like new.

This place used to be good but now they re TERRIBLE. You can literally stand right next to them and watch them do the bare minimum. I have so many examples but I ll give you just one. I asked the attendand to clean up a little bit of burn poop that the machine didn t get and he asked his manager to pass him the liquid they use. The manager waved him off and told him to forget that car it s already washed. I then asked who I also thought was the manager that a little bird poop was still on the windshield and he waved me off and walked away without even looking at me. Prices have gone up. Quality has gone down. They don t even vacuum right. How could you miss dry leaves on the floor mat? The most simple things to remove. They have terrible attitudes and this has happened 2-3 times where they act like they re too good or don t finish the job. Not going back.

They were VERY thorough with the post Clean. There were 4 ppl cleaning my car, they wiped down the inside thoroughly, got the creases, and took the time to clean difficult spots on my trunk. I will def visit here again, and I live all the way in Brooklyn.

Do not go !! Can t really pick a service they provided because I just left and still need a car wash. Got the 2nd best wash(cost wise )My car looks looks terrible

I ve been coming here for 25 years and will be a loyal customer for life. Louie has always done right by me, and Al in the service center is honest and reliable. The prices are always right, and I know bc I m in good hands. You won t find better guys than these.

Don't recommend this place but we don't have many options in the area. Approximately $30 for a wash and they don't even wipe the inside of your car. I had a few empty water bottles and some garbage, placed it on the rear seat so they could easily discard it. Once the wash was complete, I noticed all the garbage still on the seat, I discarded it myself and than realized that meant none of the seats were vacuumed or cleaned. The interior dash, seats, panels etc, nothing was touched. Not what you expect for $30. I did tell the cashier and she apologized but that's about it.Might as well as just pay for an exterior wash.

very bad service, they leave the cars all wet and dirty, the rags they use to dry the cars smell ugly, they don't change them, they use the same ones for all the cars, the cars are left with a bad smell because of their dirty rags, I will never in my life go back to this laundry, don't go and lose your money.

Avoid, do not go here.Idk what kind of wash they do, but my car came out with sand and stains all over my car.They also scraped up my car all over the place with their towel.

Was recommended to this place by a friend. Full synthetic oil change will cost 80-100 for a V6. Comes with free car wash that s decent as car washes go. Quick professional service.

I can t believe his place has high reviews because their price is $5 higher than another place I go to and their wash is so short literally 1 minutes and my car doesn t come out clean. It s still dirty. I think their price is tips included. Another place I go to wash is much longer. Triple the time and comes out completely cleaned

Best car wash. Seems like 5 or 6 people descent on my car when it comes out of being washed. It's wiped, dried, shined and ready to rollll

Good service. The guys were friendly, and I was geeeted by the cashier. And, THIS is a rare occurrence! People usually ARENT friendly, in car washes. They also did a great job on my car. Although it Rained as SOON as the guys were drying it off. But, what can ya do? Itz the luck of the draw. But, I highly recommend this place. I will certainly stop by again whenever I'm in the Bronx!

Asked which service I should get because I needed a good interior clean, of course they sold me the most expensive package. They barely vacuumed the car, and didn t even bother with the third row at all. Just a quick wipe of the dashboard and that s it. I ve gotten a better car wash with a standard package at other places.

I ve been coming here for years. More than 20 years to be exact. They constantly update their equipment and i feel as though the staff are like friends and family. All places of business have good days and bad days , they re only human. However even on the worst days it s better than any other machined car wash in the area. I get the monthly special for $60. With the winter months coming up you can get your car washed every day for $60. You just can t beat that. I always shop mom and pop stores. You ll get better service and they ll kill themselves trying to please the client. I love them. Ed Sferrazza

I give 3 stars because the guys in the front, the ones that dry they're very helpful with me every time I go,but I am very dissatisfied with the guys who do the vacuuming they always do a very lousy job, I took my car yesterday and when I got home I noticed most of the dirt were there even though I paid$26 + 6 I give for tipfor that price they should do a better job.I am happy with them

Terrible experience. Called ahead to verify if hand washes were done. I was told yes. I get there and all of sudden they don t do it. It s 7:40 am in the morning, they aren t busy and all the workers and just sitting around. I was then told a $25 hand wash would cost $75 with an application of a spray wax. $50 for wax? And to make matters worse after I said agree to just an exterior wash, then insist that I go to another place up the block. Don t waste your time or money going here. Automatic car washes destroy your paint and it s even worse when the service they are providing is terrible too. 1 Star. Wish I could give it zero.

Their top of the line car wash is called BEST but they should call it MEDIOCRE. Every time I've gone there, after I leave I usually end up spending 30 to 45 minutes cleaning all the places they missed, most of which are obvious and difficult to miss. $30 buck for a so so wash and no pride in their work.

Always can rely on Whitestone car wash! Even when it's crowded the line moves quickly. Gas station next to it has a deal, if you get 8 gallons or more you get $2 off your car wash.

Not happy. I paid for a full service wash and got half service. My rugs are not fully clean and my dash and back area near my window is filthy as are my cup holders and door pockets.
