I went to the shop yesterday for some repairs after more then a few years having gone by and very happy to see all still there and remembering me as well. They are always up front and honest & friendly people from the owners to the guys at the front desk & mechanics with quality work and professionalism and expertise to explain the process. I recommend this shop for any repairs you need to your vehicle.Thanks guys for the quick repairs see you all again.

I got a low tire pressure warning, and found I couldn't get the valve stem covers off, even with two vise grips. I dropped the car off, and they took care of everything - getting the caps off, topping off the tires and ensuring there were no leaks at no charge.In addition to this hard-earned positive review, which only has a small, cumulative impact on the business's already fine reputation, these lads have also earned a gift basket. Zach & David are Amazing! Got a nail. Zach answered. Asked how much. Zach said: if it s just a plug, we don t even charge you. Came in 10 mins later. Mechanic did the check right away. Luckily nail didn t go through. Asked how much again. Zach goes don t worry about it. Honest and cool guys. Tipped the mechanic. David said it s not necessary but appreciate it. We need more car guys like them in the neighborhood?!

Big shout out. Went there for a tire check and was told there's a nail on it. 1st there's a waiting room area with AC, restroom and cable tv., when they called me, I was surprised, they didn't charge me. Now i don't have a problem with the tire. thank you.

Would highly recommend! We got a flat tire on the expressway and were lucky to find Re-action was close by. Within 15 minutes of pulling in they removed a piece of metal from and patched our tire FREE OF CHARGE. We will definitely be going back! The staff, service and overall experience was excellent!

This company was a life saver, owner/employees were very friendly and honest, (shoutout to James) they went above and beyond to fix my flat tire issue, they could have easily lied and told me the rim might have gotten bent to charge more because my tire was losing pressure even after the fix but told me it was actually the tire so they patched it so I saved money there. I am always searching for honest and good auto shop and I happen to just found the perfect one.Service: Tires

I took my vehicle to this location dec 2022 for inspection and oil change then they told me I needed more work done which amounted to $700 . I now wish I hadn t brought my vehicle there . $700 later and they had placed defective parts in my car, I took it back to fix a second time and now my car sounds worse with a squeaking sound. Now I have to take it back a third time. The money spent and time isn t worth it . Each time I took it to have it looked at , I would have to spend money on taking Ubers back home .. ridiculous!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

The guys at Reaction are handsdown the best in the business. From the moment you walk in David and S�bastien are very attentive and take the time to explain your opinions, prices, time to fix etc. The technicians are all really knowledgeable guys especially Nick. Ive never had a problem after my repairs. The cars run beautifully. Frank, Jimmie and S�bastien really care that their customers great treated fairly and honestly and that's hard to say for a lot of shops. I would highly recommend Reaction to anyone and everyone!

Nicest people I've ever encountered at an auto shop. I come here for all my car needs. Today I came in with a flat tire, punctured by a screw. A mechanic helped me out immediately and patched the hole. Best of all, it was free of charge. I was in and out, great service! Thank you

Super fast and reasonably priced.EDIT; Came in today to get a deflated tire checked. Asked how much at the counter and nearly had to strong-arm some cash into the mechanic's hand. Great work ethic and morals from the guys there.

It's good, great service, but always packed full and takes 6 hours to get anything done.Very busy, very packed, very slow, very high quality. Not for everyone but you'll never regret bringing your vehicle here.

Excellent service. Very professional people. Definitely not cheap. They cater mostly to fleets so occasional Joe looking for discounts should probably look somewhere else, but if you need job done right this is the place.

Just went in for a flat fix. Didn t get charged for the work. Just took care of the mechanic who patched my tire.He even reset my tire pressure reminder.These guys always come through for me.My one stop shop.

Highly recommended. I got oil change service, it took only 30min. The staffs are also kind and profesional. I brought my kid but I could wait till service done cause there is a clean comportable waiting room. Just leave your car, leave with satisfation.

I brought my car in to get a nail removed from my tire. Sebastian got me in and out within 20 minutes. When finished they did not charge me. I will definitely bring my cars to them for servicing in the future.

Quick and courteous. I am in the area on vacation, I stopped by for an issue with my car that I needed fixed before I made a 6 hour drive back home. Re-Action took care of me quickly and were incredibly nice. I wish they were my local auto service center.
