Honest, Respectful, Professional. The people at Magic Auto Collision are top tier. I recommend you ask them for help. Premium quality job and I will never go anywhere else again. This is thee shop I ll go back to, over and over because they actually care and get things done fast. Cleaned my car to the detail and they made me very happy with the results. Other shops just don t compare, I promise you that.They sanded the panels before installation, and blew my expectations for the quality of work for a decent price. I finally wanna thank Frank and Matt for the excellent service as well as the service crew that makes the magic happen. Thank you all.

December 10th, I was in a car accident and the other person hit another car and then hit mine on the passenger side. Phil Psonis was very helpful and took car of my car. What a beautiful workmanship and so professional! My car looks brand new! I highly recommend Magic Collision!! Thanks a million Phil and your team!!

The word magic definitely belongs in there name. Once again they did the impossible. My car had $14k worth of damage, I couldn't believe it wasn't total. But Magic Collision did it again. My car was returned to me good as new. I needed fear bumper completely replaced. They did a fantastic job and made a huge effort to get my car back in record time. Not only that, their quote was several hundred dollars less expensive than other places I had gotten quotes from. Also, their staff is very courteous and friendly. A great local find.

Car mechanics get a bad rap for being dishonest, well not Magic Collision. I brought my still under lease Honda Civic in recently because the AC wasn t working. They could have charged hundreds for Freon and leaks, but instead they told me that my car was recalled, and that I could get it fixed for free at a Honda dealership/service center. They even printed out a bunch of articles to show me. 10/10 would bring my car back to them!

Had my car in the shop after an accident. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Now I'm going back for my other car because I trust that they will do quality work.

I highly recommend Magic Collision.I needed body work on my Lexus and didn t want to take it to just anyone.My mechanic recommended me to Frank at Magic Collision.Frank and Matt made me feel comfortable right from the start.They are professional, friendly and I knew my car was in good hands.I picked my car up yesterday and the results exceeded my expectations.My car looks brand new!Thank you Magic Collision.

My car was sideswiped while parked. I was referred to Frank at Magic Collision and he completely took care of me from day 1. Great service, communication and I was surprised how beautiful my car looked when I got it back. Highly recommend!

This was the best customer service as well as the best quality of work performed that I can recall at any establishment in YEARS. As a single older female walking into any auto related business is daunting . Unfortunately I have had condescending treatment in the past . Magic Collision was the opposite experience . My dealings were with Frank very professional but also down to earth . He made me feel everything would be taken care of . And he took care of everything He answered my questions and educated me on how the insurance company would deal with my repair claim it all turned out exactly as he said . The work that was done on my car was dazzling it looked showroom perfect . It looked like they actually did magic with my car I can t say enough positive things about this place customer service and quality of work is #1. I was in accident a little more than a month ago and based on friend's suggestion I had my car towed to Magic Collision Center. I worked closely with Frank T who worked with my insurance company and sent all the pictures they needed. Frank kept me informed every step of the way and always advised what was going on. Due to COVID the adjusters were not coming out to look at my car but Frank was helpful in getting them all they needed.While my car ended up being a total loss Frank did what he could to help and even went as far as delivering my plates back to me personally. I would definitely recommend Magic Auto Collision to anyone needing a reliable and honest auto repair.

Magic Collisions staff Was fantastic from the moment I walked in the office. Frank and staff members were very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable...made the whole process very easy. Rental car service nearby which was a plus. I was extremely pleased with my vehicle at pick up and they did an amazing job! Definitely would refer Magic Collision to family and friends.

Great job!! I am very happy with the work done to my Subaru..The car looks as good as new!! The entire process was hassle free and the work was completed in a timely manner..I will definitely recommend Frank and Magic Collison to family and friends..

I am extremely finicky about where I do business because not everyone treats what you bring to them as if it is their own. After already having a bad past experience with one body shop I did my research on where to bring my car after it was hit in a parking lot and left with a lovely smashed in bumper. I was not going to just let anyone work on my car and after much research I am so glad that I found Magic Collision Shop. I dealt with Edgar and right from the beginning he took care of my car as if it was his own. They were able to take care of everything the insurance, the rental and made it all so easy. When I got my car back I couldn t have been more impressed with their work as my car looked as good as the day I picked it up from the dealer. I am FOREVER grateful for the service and care that Edgar and the rest of the crew took with me and my car. I would recommend them to anyone who is in search of a trusted car repair shop. Hopefully I won t have to bring my car back but if I do, it will only be to them.

It's hard to find good service these days, especially when it comes to body shops and mechanics, but these guys are really first class. I brought my car in after an incident and Frank worked his "magic" with my insurance company and in less than week I got it back looking like it came off the showroom floor and I didn't have to come out of pocket for a penny. Don't waste your time with other shops that like to play games and treat you like garbage. Come here, period.

If I could only give 10 stars I would, wow, I cant believe the attention to detail and customer service. This is the 3rd job they have done for me, I wouldn't go anywhere else even if you paid me, and all of my cars are in MINT CONDITION because of them. This is a truly professional business that the owners, Frank & Matt, should be proud of. Thanks guys, I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication!

I WISH I COULD GIVE MAGIC COLLISION 10 STARS1 My BMW stalled after driving through deep water during a flash flooding near my home in Bayside, Queens. It was towed to my local BMW dealer service center. Two days later I was told I need a new engine for $19,000. A friend recommended me to Charlie at Magic Collision who I called and explained what happened. I met the adjuster at the dealership and told him and the dealership that if at all possible I wanted my car fixed and not totaled. After speaking with Charlie and the adjuster at length I was advised that a used engine could be installed if in fact I did need one. I advised the dealership and after hearing that they then offered me the same option. At this point I was no longer comfortable with my car being at the dealership and had it towed to Magic Collision where Charlie and Edgar arranged for an immediate rental for me. Long story short, I did not need a new or used engine at all and Charlie was able to fix my original engine! My car was fixed and it looks and feels brand new! Not only does Magic do excellent work but Charlie and Edgar treat you like family. They made a stressful situation stress free and I would highly recommend Magic Collision to everyone!Susan FinzBayside, NY

Do you want to repair your damaged car perfectly and make it new? This body shop is the right place. They are doing their job flawlessly. They are kind, honest, and professional. They fixed my Highlander, which was just a couple months old, REALLY PERFECTLY. I cannot find anything to blame about this shop. Also I was able to rent a car at a good price and very conveniently at Hertz which was across from the body shop.

This bodyshop performed outstanding work on my truck. It came out looking like new. Frank made my life so much easier. They also have Hertz right across the street for easy rental convenience. I highly recommend this body shop and if you need there service ask for Frank.

After I got rear-ended, I happened to go to this place on a whim. It was some of the best customer service experiences I've ever had by Edgar and the team. They took care of the rental and assured me that everything would be taken care by them. And it was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is a new driver or a veteran driver. A+ work!

My car was hit in the back from a JFK longterm parking van. it was in really bad shape. 2nd time getting hit and having to go through the whole process. Worked with Edgar specifically and definitely would come back here next time. Edgar called with any updates and made sure that the car rental time was extended whenever needed, something the previous shop didn't do and I was forced to pay a couple hundred for. Fixed the car and got it polished too. Overall very professional.

In the next three paragraphs, I'll include why I'n writing a review and also why I'd recommend anyone with a similar issue should choose this business. I come from Maspeth, NY (not terribly close to the business) but I understand why I was recommended to them, and I was hesitant at first as anyone might be.Both Matt and Frank are easy to discuss the issues, progress of repair, and everything surrounding it. Additionally, i'd like to mention that aside from communicating with me, they communicated well with each other. Furthermore, no matter who answered the phone, I was promptly given an answer (reassuring me that each of them were on top of the job).My particular situation occurred during a holiday week and I was understanding about how they'd be able to do the job when the parts came in after the holidays. In addition, I received my car in beautiful condition after the repair, only to have an additional issue that was not apparent initially upon bringing my vehicle in. They immediately told me to bring the car in unannounced at my own convenience to handle the newfound problem and I did. Within 30 minutes they knew what had to be done and although the new problem was idiomatic they accepted full responsibility since the issue wasn't part of the problem why I initially brought the car to them.I was given a rental on behalf of the company; they received the part and performed the replacement to solve the new issue and I received the call when everything was complete. Everything with these guys turned out to be smooth, and the bumpy ride I encountered (the new issues that arose after they fixed the problem I originally contacted them for) was also fixed and made me feel more at ease.It's companies like these (if anyone comes from a family business background) that make us appreciate privately owned businesses as opposed to corporate American run operations which include the least customer service and appreciation. They appreciate their customers as much as we appreciate them, and I really hope the rest of society can acknowledge the same. That's why I'm writing a review.

This is the place to take your car when it is damaged. Charlie and his staff will quickly schedule the appointment to have the car seen by your insurance company and order the parts necessary to start repairing the car as soon as possible.Once the repairs are made, your car will look better than before the accident! Don t think twice about using them!!

Frank and the guys at Magic Collision did a great job repairing the damage to my Hyundai Sonata. I had rear and front bumper damage. They were able to replace both bumpers in a week l, restoring the vehicle to almost brand new. The hertz dealer across the street put me in a car when I dropped my car off.

Cook's is awesome. Needed my bumper and door fixed, damage and paint match. Recommended by my insurance company (State Farm) and the reviews were good so I dropped it off the next day. Got it back today and I couldn't be happier.

I went here to get an esimate on some damage on a friends car. At first it was going to be close to 800 dollars for the entire repair and labor. After speaking to Frank Terrasi he had simply taken the car to work some magic and BAM! Fixed! No scratches, dents, labour costs, etc. I walked away incredibly happy with the hospitality of this genteman and whatever magic he does. When all was said and done, I walked away paying nothing for the repairs. Now I have nothing to pay but my immense gratitude and appreciation for this mans work. THANK YOU!
