This place is a joke replaced subframe on a trailer for a customer took it there for an alignment said they could not do anything because it only had adjusters on one side. That s how they come from the factory? So any ways you charged the customer and sold him adjusters. Took to another local shop and they had no problem aligning the trailer. And Guess what they did not need the adjusters you sold.

the staff were very polite and professional. the service was quick and well done. This place has been in business as long as I can remember... its always been the only place we go for all our suspension and alignment issues. They are very good at what they do so I guess that's why I've never had that kind of work done anywhere else

This place is incredible. I was in a bit of a tight spot with time and they were very user friendly and professional. Jackie was great, the technician explained the work he did, to include showing me the old, worn out shocks, and the shop foreman was very thorough. More than accommodating I assure. Don t hesitate to call them. They will be the first establishment I call so long as I m stationed at Fort Drum!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Needed leaf springs u-bolts for my tacoma. I came in they measured my u-bolts size and made them on the spot in minutes. I checked all the box stores. This place is your best bet for a great price.

I've had a number of things done here on my Ford F-350, they did the job, they got it done, no complaints. They also sell snow plows.

Seriously disappointed and furious!!! 5 days on an alignment, and kingpins after making an appointment. THEY broke a bolt and added another $700.00 to my bill because of the extra parts THEY broke. On the 20 minute ride home, the front brakes ended up destroyed (overtightened when they were put back on). Kingpin cap fell out, showing obvious damage from cross threading and force. Responsibility was not something that was wanted to be assumed, however was eventually accepted. An used cap was put in as a replacement and we were sent on our way. The abusive driving of my truck (excessive revs & high speed in reverse) was not very professional. Nothing but problems since this fiasco. Expensive lesson learned. We will travel to have work done. After all this, NEW tires are showing outer wear which is a result of improper camber. Ride is rough and full of vibration. Should have asked when the machine was last calibrated. Over $2500 for this poor quality work, and lost over a weeks work because of it. Just garbage. Guess the quality of work in the Utica area is just poor now.

Nice crew, I get all my Fisher Plow parts and Accessories for. Them, Rocco is cool and knolegable guy, he will help you quckly get what you need for your Plow truck

They charged more than they quoted and the counter guy (Mark) really doesn't care if he waits on you or not. The mechanics are good.

Very rude to deal with. Tries to sell you things you don't need or want
