I recently bought a Tesla Model X from Statewide Autos. The whole experience from beginning to end was awesome. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle which I found advertised online to the moment I took it home the level of customer service Andrew provided me was phenomenal. There was constant communication, full transparency, and when I found one small problem with the vehicle after taking delivery, that problem was fixed that same day that I brought it to their attention. I can t say enough good things about my experience with this company. Would I recommend buying a car from Statewide Autos? I would recommend you don t buy one from anybody else.

I'm not typically the type of person who does reviews, but after buying a vehicle from state wide autos I felt I had to. Andrew was one of the most personable people I had ever dealt with when purchasing anything in life. It didn't feel like I was dealing with a typical salesman, he went out of his way to help me during every step of the process and was very patient. Even beyond the purchase he would check in to see how the car was doing and would see if I needed anything. When I purchased my car it only had one key fob and any he went of his way to buy 2 more as well as having them programmed to my car for no cost. His prices are beyond fair and he stands by his sales. This isn't the type of guy that's going to sell you a car and hang you out to dry as soon as you drive away. If I could give 10 stars I would. He's got a customer for life with me and I can't recommend buying from him enough.

My son recently traded in his car and bought this truck. It has been a phenomenal experience and great lessons learned by my son in purchasing a used vehicle. My son learned what it s like dealing with an honest person who really cares about his reputation and that of his business. Andrew and his staff were more than courteous and friendly. Any issues we had with the vehicle were dealt with promptly and professionally. My son also purchased an extended warranty witch guarantees many miles of worry free driving. I would wholeheartedly recommend stopping in and dealing with Andrew and his staff, you will not be disappointed.

So I m writing this a little late, but I bought a 2013 f150 from these guys back in July. The buying experience was really good, I feel like I got a good deal on a nice truck, and they were able to work with my financing options, overall a good experience. Now here is where these guys really stood out in my book, my truck came with a warranty, and it ended up having a water pump basically exploding while my wife was driving it in September. This would normally be something I would take care of but I was out of state and wouldn t have access to a phone for a little over a week. She called the dealership and they were able to walk her through the warranty process. Now the only hang up was she was going to get charged a few hundred dollars for the tow, she talked with Andrew about it and his words exactly were absolutely not, cancel that tow and we will come tow it the repairs took just a few days, we didn t have to pay a dime, and everything was wrapped up and taken care of before I had access to a phone again. This was proof to me that these guys are worth doing business with, they stand by their word and take care of people. And with how they worked with my wife while I was gone, she has explained to me how she won t buy from anyone else going further.

I have dealt with many dealers in central NY and can honestly say my recent experience with State Wide Autos was the best I have ever had. I was casually looking for a particular vehicle and found exactly what I was looking for at this location. At no time ever did I feel pressured, or did I feel the typical sneaky feeling you get with most dealerships. I would recommend anyone to work with Andrew. He took care of things I did not even ask for just to ensure I got the best experience you could ask for. The feeling of leaving the lot with a vehicle you could trust is beyond important, especially when you have children. often buying used can be scary and you never know what you are going to get however knowing every single thing about the vehicle, the service provided beforehand, and the support afterwards was phenomenal. right down to the little things... my vehicle only had one original fob and he took it upon himself to order another new one without me even asking... also knowing I can bring the vehicle in for service at a great price is huge. you all know when dealing with used often dealers don't care, they just want to make that money. you get what you get, and they don't help. I felt like I was buying a $100,000 bran new car with the great treatment, not a used vehicle. I hope this crew has success and growth and makes a home here in central NY because I'll be returning and hope you all stop in or check them out online. I promise you will not regret it.

Not the best place to get a used car. They didn t know much about the car I bought. Probably my own fault but I specifically asked questions about electrical, brakes, running boards, heated seats. I even contacted them about fixing things before the warranty was up and they weren t very helpful. Didn t have a loaner available. I live in Syracuse so I can t drive back and forth a million times. They kept telling me they would get in touch with me, or I could get the extended warranty and they would take care of things it should have been taken care of way before that. They have very few sales so I would be very cautious

Wonderful experience, everyone at State Wide Autos is very professional and awesome to work with, either financing a vehicle or getting work done on a vehicle. Prices on getting work done on a vehicle are reasonable and the mechanics are really reliable.

I had my Volkswagen Passat detailed by Mike for an outstanding price from Andrew ..it was so great looking like a brand new vehicle . I then had my husbands truck done and he showed friends my car and truck and they had both of their vehicles detailed. Everyone there is very professional and do a great job all around ..I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car, they work with your credit , mechanical work they also go above and beyond and the detail shop is awesome .

Great staff, family run honest and helpful. They really are not your normal dealer, they care to make long term relationships with the persons buying their vehicles and go above and beyond to make sure there needs met and happy with end product.

I recently had trouble with my A/C. I contacted Andrew at State Wide Autos and explained to him my problem. I brought it in and in less than an hour I had A/C again. They throughly check out my system for leaks and fixed it. Very reasonable !!! Great dealership !!!

I would highly recommend State Wide Auto for your auto detailing. I ve had many detailers over the years detail my vehicles, but never have I had such high quality professional detailing done like this. Absolutely professional, courteous and informative from start to finish. The detail on my truck was incredible. The price, the best you ll find around. If you re looking for an amazing auto detailing service, this is the place.
