Broke down 500 miles from home. Mike and his mechanics were busy but got us in right away. They replaced our alternator and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Price and quality of parts and labor were outstanding. An honest and trustworthy shop. Highly recommend !Thanks Mike for helping a stranger in need, it was greatly appreciated.Wayne Taggart

One of the most honest repair shops you will ever find. Experienced, and thorough in their evaluations and repairs. They will let you know what you need repaired without any upselling or gimmicks. They work quickly, affordably, and after two experiences with them I will never visit another repair shop as no one can do better than these folks. Easiest 5 stars I've ever rated.

Excellent shop. They always take care of me here. The mechanics and owner are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable and everything done in a timely manner. Plus they won't milk ya if there's a alternative solution they'll help you find the best one.

Amazing workers, professional, yet down to earth and fun tobe around and very reasonably priced. They really are a great group of men that really know their craft and know how to get work done on a very timely manner. I would recommend Pro Auto to ABSOLUTELY anyone!!! "SO MOTE IT BE!!!"

Hands down best shop in the Mohawk Valley. Honest to a fault and fix it right the first time. Just give them a break and schedule your appointment, a great repair shop is always busy
