Just purchased a 2019 equinox from here . Best car buying experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Our sales person was Logan and we couldn't have asked for a better salesman. So if your looking for an honest easy going up front salesman to help you find your new or pre owed vehicle i highly recommend Logan!!

I walked into this dealership wanting to buy a new car cash. My immediate impression was that they didn t want my car on trade. They told me to drive the hour to them and the car was parked out front. I m then told it s not even ready for sale. It won t be ready till Monday, this was Saturday morning. Ok, that s not what I was told at all. Disappointed at best. I wanted $$ trade and they came in very low.No worries, I ll go elsewhere.I refused the offer and after one of the people there trashed my vehicle as meaning nothing to him ( he called it meaningless, like a cheeseburger , I kid you not). I left.Half hour or so later my salesman Logan calls back and offered $1000 more for my trade, I though about it and said let s do it. This was a done deal in my mind .. yes, I still had bad vibes.Monday comes and they can t sell it!? The IRS portal is down. Ok, that has been an issue. So I wait. One week. Two weeks, I check in daily. Logan stops replying after over a month of waiting and responds portal is still down, we sold the car the traditional way .They offered me this deal a few weeks earlier, but that is not what a good dealership does, they hold your car till the portal opens. I would have put money down to hold it, but was never asked for any.I gave this dealership over a month of my time and trust to just be let down.I ve bought dozens of new vehicles in my life and I ll buy dozens more.Never from this dealership. A handshake is oldschool, but a persons word is everything.In closing, Do better Ross, you just lost my family s business for life.

This is my 6th vehicle purchase from Ross Chevrolet. The purchasing experience is wonderful and unlike any other dealership I have ever been to. Fast, friendly, and a pleasure to conduct business with.

I stumbled upon Ross Chevrolet through a google search. I drove 45 minutes to get there. I m never going to another dealership again. The folks at Ross Chevrolet were kind, helpful, honest. No one pushed me. No one was aggressive. It was the complete opposite experience I ve ever had buying a car. Our salesperson Devin Scott was amazing. He answered every question honestly. He was patient with us. He responded exactly as we reached out whether it was phone or email. Never left us hanging. My wife asked for a million scenarios for financing and he was so patient responding to each scenario. I couldn t be happier. I will gladly recommend Ross Chevrolet to everyone. I ve been driving Fords for 15 years. I don t see any reason to ever go back with a dealership like Ross near me. Ross will be my place for as long as it s there. Please make sure the folks at Ross, especially Devin, are appropriately recognized and compensated

Recently purchased a Bolt EUV from Eric here at Ross. I'm from Vermont and all the dealers near me were giving me the run around about getting the EUV which are in high demand and low volume in VT.Eric was straight forward, gave me a good value on my trade in, and was able to get me all taken care of in just a few hours on a Saturday. Absolutely fantastic buying experience.

I had an incredible experience buying a new car from Ross Hometown Chevrolet. Devin in sales was outstanding! He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process, answering my questions day or night. When I picked up the car, everyone there was very friendly, and kind; Devin even made extra accommodations that day by coming in early, before opening time, to fit my special scheduling circumstance. An amazing dealership and team! 11/10!

I had no prior experience with Ross Hometown Cheverolet, though I had driven past it many times. I went because they had the car I wanted in inventory. However Erik Ross and his family won my future business by being so helpful and easy to work with. I will drive past a lot of car dealerships to go back to Ross Hometown. I especially appreciate Erik's extra work in helping me figure out incentives and making the best financial decision for my family. So far I love the car and the dealership.

All went great! Kyle in the service department was very helpful and kept me apprised as work proceeded. Everything was done correctly and in reasonable amount of time! The exemplary service is what keeps me driving 40 miles to Ross Chevrolet, instead of going to closer dealers in my hometown!

Just bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado at Ross Chevrolet absolutely love it and it fit my budget had very minor rust issue but that's ok they made the transaction happen for me Thanks to Devin in sales and Chuck in Service for making the truck safe and in tip top condition so I could pick it up and be on my way. Thanks again too Ross Chevrolet and there crew.

Amazing dealer. Erik was wonderful to work with.. he made the return process on my prior leased truck effortless and and set me up in a new ride with zero stress! He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am so pleased with my experience that I will be keeping the Hometown sticker on the tailgate!

This dealership is absolutely amazing never any pressure to buy anything and our truck came with the wrong mirrors a small oversight and they made it right with no questions asked.

Chuck is always there to help me stay safe and have peace of mind when it comes to my car. All of the guys in the shop and the people that I deal with there are kind and courteous. I am thankful to God for these wonderful people who take such good care of my car and me :-)

Husband and I have bought 6 vehicles threw this dealership in the last 8 years. Never were the vehicles junk. We always decided to upgrade. The sales men are amazing and the service station guys are absolutely wonderful! We are Hometown Chevy Fans!

Every time I make a visit to Ross Chevrolet, I am given the utmost respect and amazing service! I will not go anywhere else for my vehicle needs because they take care of everything I need, wonderfully every time! If I could give them more stars, I most definitely would!

I m always happy with my service at Ross Hometown Chevy. Chuck in the service department is always very thorough. I like to make sure that he is on him when I bring my car or truck because I know that he will make sure It is in great safe working order.

the best dealership i have ever dealt with, i have bought at least 12 new cars and Ross is the best i have ever dealt with. The service department is wonderful i can prove there prices are the best even among chevy dealers for the same service. Believe me just go there for your self and meet them.

I love Chuck, Joe ,Eric and Stephanie. I just love the fact that go beyond for there customers. I brought my 2017 from them and in 3 more years. I will definitely look into buying another vehicle from them.
