I had a particularly complicated situation with a new CRV-Hybrid. My technician Khary was extremely helpful, attentive and maintained clear communication throughout the process of finding and fixing the issues. I would highly recommend White Plains Honda Service Center

My family has been a loyal Honda customer since 2004. We appreciate the service you provide for us to drive to our cars safely without any worries. To the mechanics, service attendants, advisers, cashiers and managers thank you for what you do. We try to always follow recommendations and maintain the vehicles we drive as much as possible even though at times it s tough financially. Nobody wants any hassle driving in anyway shape or form. I know I had my many fair share of tire problems and nail issues. I don t know if it s coincidence, a curse, sabotage or just simply a freak accident. Anyways I d like to thank Mr. Angel Garcia for always being the best service adviser/advisor. I can never thank you enough. Everything around us is made of energy so let s spread positivity and good vibes. Have a wonderful year to everyone

I have gone to White Plains Honda for service on and off over the years. I've had mixed experiences with them, but have gone back because of the added services that they offer such as pick up or drop off. Today I made the mistake of bringing my car in for an oil change and check. The appointment was at 10am, but White Plains Honda Showroom started calling me at 8:50 am asking about if I was interested in getting a price quote and how they would offer me more money for my car because of the current need. While I told the person I was willing to get a quote, I specifically stated that I did not want multiple phone calls or communication. The person didn't stop talking to listen to me to the point that I wondered if I was even speaking to a real person on the phone. I let it go for the time being and they proceeded to call me at 9:28 and 10:02. Thinking it might be service, I picked up and said I was on my way to my appointment, but was running late as there was a family emergency. They called me again 10:07 (2x) and 10:21(2x) which I ignored because I couldn't believe the gall of these people. I finally was able to drop my car off at WP Honda Service at about 10:20 and was grateful that they were okay with me being late to my appointment. I got a different agent other than the one I requested, but decided to go with the flow. I asked when the car would be ready and she said 2 hours. I confirmed that I would be waiting for the car, but over at the local library instead of staying there in that space. I then received another unidentified call from Honda at 10:58. Told them about my negative experience with all of the relentless calls and was told I would be removed from the list. I then got a call at 11:02 was told again I would be removed from the list. I got another call at 11:42. At 3:12 when I had now waited nearly 5 hours for my car, I called the service center to check on the status of my car. I was told that they had no information and would label me as "urgent." Flabbergasted that they could find the people to call me 9 times about buying my car, but couldn't call me or tell me anything about my car, I walked back to the dealership to see someone in person. As I was on my way back, they figured out to send me a text at 3:20 to tell me more work was needed. Fascinating that it took 8 minutes to tell me something was wrong with the car. The agent proceeded to try and convince me that the information had gone out to me already as if I had been the one that dropped the ball! At that point, I was so disgusted with the LACK OF ACTUAL SERVICE that I decided to take my car without doing the extra work (over $2,000 worth I might add). At the time I arrived in the morning there were at least 20 HONDA people working in the office and I counted about 8 people when I picked up the car at 3:30. With ALL of those people, NO ONE could call me during the 5 hours that my car was there??? I thought the saga was over, but they proceeded to call me 4 more times about purchasing my car for a total of 13! I may have missed a few, too, because there were so many different phone numbers coming through! Outrageous!

I am extremely disappointed about the services provided, the qualification of the technicians and how they addressed the whole situation.We went in with 2 specific issues laid out to them. They fixed the first issue, which I provided written diagnose given by auto zone. They totally missed the 2nd issue (!!) which would need their own diagnosis and more critical - this made me question their technicians' qualification or experience. They then brought up an irrelevant issue and asked us to fix (with the cost almost twice as much as the 1st real issue). At that time, we totally trusted them and agreed with all the fixes as they claimed those would address all our concerns.However, when we got the car, we found that the real issue we raised was not fixed, so returned the car to the shop. Once they got the car, they didn't respond to our multiple calls and didn't update us the status until late in the day. If the technicians were capable and diagnosed all the issues correctly when they first presented the estimate, we would not go ahead with the fix, as the total repair cost (2 estimates combined) ended up to be much higher than the sales price quoted by their own sales department!We basically just threw in thousands of dollars and had a non-drivable car in return! The repair shop profited at the expense of the customers' interest! I should have checked there rating (which is in 3s) before booking the service. Customers don't lie. Hopefully this note is helpful for anyone out there who wants to find a trustful and reliable repair service.

Took advantage of my wife s lack of automotive knowledge and told her that her car needed a new engine air filter. I had installed a reusable K&N filter which I had just cleaned. To prevent mechanics from accidentally replacing the filter, there is a K&N decal on the filter housing which clearly indicates to not replace the filter. They took the filter and replaced it anyway then they removed the decal to try to cover it it s. Over $100 for 5 minues work and a cheap filter. Weaklings take advantage of others.

No respect for the customer time, whatsoever. It doesn't matter if you have time scheduled, no service is ever done on time. There is no one to talk to you and explain anything.We always picked it for location convenience, but after several tries we are definitely switching dealerships. Honda White Plains is terrible.

Woah I don t even know where to begin. I dropped off my vehicle on 12/2/23 to get an oil change and to polish my rims with the tire and wheel protection I purchased. First the advisor was very rude second I was told it will be a week so I had to leave my car. I understood this is not the first time I do this so I already knew I had to leave my car. It is now 12/14/23 tomorrow will be two weeks and still I have no car. I called on Tuesday was transfer 3 or 4 times was told by someone there it will be done on Wednesday. I called today Thursday to get a status was told someone would call back and still I have no status or even know what s going on with my car. Worst experience and worst service center Honda has. I can t even get a call with a status on what s going on, every single time I call I get no answers. This will be the last time I go there. Please don t go there.

I originally came here in July and I had a terrible experience which led to Bill and his assistant reaching out to me. The end result was beyond my expectations and I have to stay if you visit this location or any location and you don t receive exceptional service like this reach out to a manager asap! Bill and his team were incredibly patient and extremely helpful. His main goal was to make it right and also apologize for my initial experience and he did! Thank you Bill and team for your due diligence and exceptional customer! I will be coming back.

Great service! They'll pick you your car up or if you drop your car off, they'll pay for your cab to work/home. When your car is done They'll bring it to you if you dont have a way to pick it up. New Rochelle Honda would never offer that kind of service. I live in New Rochelle but have all my work done at WP Honda.

Service at White Plains Honda located at 61 Bank Street, White Plains, NY 10606.I arrived timely, but seriously under the weather (masked up) due to cold and flu symptoms.I was told that a Charlie Propper would assist me, but since he was not al the desk, another person to my surprise started the paperwork - someone named K Ogunnisi. He asked the reason for my visit and I stated the vehicle is at mid 15000 miles, he asked if I was having any issues with the vehicle and I stated "not at all the vehicle runs super (no complaints). I stated I just wanted the recommended 15000 miles check up, K Ogunnisi grabbed some paperwork and said that the cost for everything with an amount, but reduced the amount due to free oil change and free tire rotation, but told me wheel alignment and fuel injection he could not take anything off this as this is all included in the multi point inspection. I thought this is sich a high price for a low level inspection at only 15669 miles. My vehicle is a 2023 Honda Civic Touring with absolutely no issues. I explained that I did not come for service related issues, just the multi point inspection.I received an email at 10:32a telling me my vehicle passed with Green is Great for the Multi-point Vehicle Inspection report and service pricing of $369.61 (ouch). Fifteen minutes later Charlie Propper comes and tell me the vehicle is ready and I inquired about the cost and he states $715.00 and I said wait a minute! Why am I paying this much, my vehicle has no issues, I did not come in here for a repair issued, just a check up and if anything needs to be done - that should be discussed prior to performing any work.Charlie then stated let me take a look, and agreed he made a mistake torn up his paperwork and stated he fixed it, Charlie Propper stated It will be $369.61. I was disgusted and asked " multi point is quite pricey I didn't know" Then he mentioned work was done and I said what work? He said you signed off on it, Fuel Injection something and full 4 Wheel Alignment. I said the rep pointing to Ogunnisi at this time stated all these things are apart of the Multi point inspection and that by not doing it , it could give me problems later on with the warranty.Charlie Propper appeared baffled as I did, I was told to pay at the Cashier's window in order to get my vehicle, confused as hell I see the woman there and I ask if I can use apple pay and she stated sure. I ping the phone sign and she stapled on a receipt to my copy of the invoice. As I am driving, I take a look over the paperwork and she charged me $585.16. I called USAA (I am a Veteran, a current Gov't Employee and a Senior), and I told them that Honda of WP service department just committed Fraud and the particulars. They suggested you go back and just let them know the overcharged you.Here I am sickly, I returned back to the service department, noticeably upset, spoke with Charlie whom seemed slightly oblivious and I notice Khary Ogunnisi place his head downward ignoring me the entire time (never offering an explanation) or justification for this charge.Someone identifying himself as a Mgr Orlando Vagueiro would not listen nor let me speak, kept speaking over me... which was easy as I am "hoarse" could only whisper. He spoke to me as if I was ignorant and raised his voice even more loudly stating that "you signed a legal document!" with other customers within ear shot.Because of my professionalism and my work in law enforcement, I decided that I would just follow up and asked for a Manager's Name for Service in which Orlando responded he doesn't know whom the Mgr is and when I asked for a Complaint # and or a complaint address again I was met with the same answer "I don't know."To advoid any further embarrassment (being a woman and being Black) I left the WP Honda Service and called a family member for support.Today 100% customer satisfaction was not reached. Iam appalled, disgusted with the treatment and outcome.

I feel compelled to get service for my 2020 CRV here at Honda, however the sales people always try to upsell me on a package I don t need, then have judge-y attitude when I cannot afford a $1k package when quoted $150 initially. They wanted to charge me $250 to replace the cabin air filter. The filter costs $20 and I replaced it myself in 5 minutes. It s outrageous and I feel they take advantage of me and treat me like I am an idiot. Admittedly I don t have a ton of car expertise but don t deserve that treatment. They do offer a free car service to be dropped somewhere while waiting which is very much appreciated. But they also don t tell you when your car is done, you have to call and check. Mine had been done for over an hour. They said the car service would contact me and I had to wait another 2 hours for that. And to even get a hold of the service rep, phew that took multiple calls call back in 10 mins he s still with someone else, call back in another 10 mins this happened 4 times before reaching the rep. It s a difficult experience, and wish I had a close location with employees I trusted.

I left my car there and said to the staff that had a screw in the tire...few hours later, I asked her, and she said had nothing in the tire. She also said that it is time to do the brake system maintenance, but I said I already did. After that, my parking brake started to present some later stop (the car moves some inches forward). I'm changing the maintenance place because of that. I used to leave my car there to do some services - not anymore< update > After the post, they called me to apologize and offer me a new tire replacement, so I went there to talk to the manager, and she quickly remembered my post and told the staff Marc to get done what they offered to me. So, I gave them a chance to fix the treatment I received before, and they didn't disappoint me with this time.

Love this place! Super friendly professional service advisors, top notch techs and a warm and inviting customer lounge. The wait is not bad at all, and they drop your car off and provide car pick up services. They have a great atmosphere. They quoted me a really high price for the repair so I agreed to sell them my car after I had transferred over my title and return my plates. I got an email from them, saying that there was more damage to my car than they realized and they weren t going to pay, this is a total scam stay away

Re 2017 Honda Civic 20K--failed NYS inspection Nov. 2023 power issue??? Recommended I drive car around indicating perhaps it hadn't been driven enough and return. Inspection passed 11/20/23. Six weeks later stuck in parking lot with dead ORIGINAL battery which was one month short of SEVEN years! Honda never in any service visits mentioned battery life, replacement nor recommendation. I am not a car person and never had any problem prior to inspection failure and am nota diagnosis technician. One would think that would have been a stand out clue for Honda. Nightmare! Thoroughly disgusted!

I will not be using honda service center in White Plains and I would not recommend anyone visit this location. I made an appointment for an oil change, the service center made me wait in line for over 30 minutes to "check in" before dropping off my vehicle. While my vehicle was being serviced an extremely pushy agent called to offer to buy back my vehicle, I declined but the agent continued to push. When it came time to pick up my vehicle (many many hours later) the employees failed torealize my keys were in the vehicle and had me waiting while they looked for them. Overall it was a horrible experience, I will not be returning and do not recommend anyone else use Honda Service Center of White Plains.Service: Oil change

I needed to get 4 new tires for my Honda HR-V, specifically Michelin Crossclimate 2's, so I called them beforehand to confirm that they had the tires and they said that they did. I made an appointment and when I arrived at 2pm on a Saturday I told them that I wanted those same tires installed and to also do a wheel alignment. I made sure to confirm with them again if they had the Crossclimate 2's and they confirmed with me again that they did. After the work was done, shortly before closing, they mentioned that the wheel alignment wasn't done because it wasn't necessary to do for new tires, despite everything that I had researched about alignment explaining that it was highly recommended to do when getting new tires. However, the main issue was that they installed a completely different model than what I had asked for; I received Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires instead but by the time I noticed they had closed and wouldn't be able to help until Monday. I reached out that following Monday and the same agent that helped me on Saturday tried to convince me that I had never said anything about the Crossclimate 2's and that I just wanted Michelin tires in general for my car, in which they gave me the stock option. After a lot of back and forth with the agent and eventually his manager and the service advisor Marc they were able to offer me the tires that I requested, installed at no additional charge. The work was done properly and I did eventually get the tires that I had originally asked for but this giant headache has made me lose my trust and respect for them, and I don't ever plan to return for any services. Do service with them at your own risk, and make sure you know exactly what you want to have done on your car or they may attempt to take advantage of you.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Had a good experience here the first time I wenr. However, now my car is due for an oil change and i booked it for 2:45 on saturday only to have it canceled because apparently they don t take any services past 1 pm but yet, the availability is there online.When i call, they keep offering to pick up my car even though i said many times i would not be at home or available to see the pick up. They then don t offer me a solution and say i can t just walk in later.They just lost themselves a client

The service members are very friendly. I had an 8am appointment and didn't leave until 10am for just an oil chance. Seemed long but I knew there was a line out to the road. But would go back!Update. 9/1/18. I had an 8:45am service appointment but didn t had to wait in the line of cars just to get in for 30 minuets. Once I was checked-in it took another 3 hours to get my car done. I had an appointment but they take first come first serve. I will NOT be back. Look at the line of people to just check in. This is terrible customer service. The volume is too great for this service center. They do not have enough staff to facilitate the number of customers. I am downgrading my original 4 stars to 2 stars after this awful experience. The staff is friendly which is why I didn t give it a 1 star.

Brought my car to fix a parking brake issue and was asked to do the brakes too because they said they re in bad shape.I spoke to Orlando the manager and he told me I needed to do all rotors and pads.When i picked my car up only the rear brakes were done.Then he said he was talking about the rear only. When I specifically asked him if he meant all brakes and rotors and he said yes.Never going back.

Somehow an oil change takes 4 hours?? I made a 9am appointment for an oil change on a Wednesday - not a busy time. Waited 15 minutes sitting in my car for someone to check me in; then another 15 for someone to meet me inside and confirm the information I had already provided when scheduling the oil change. They say they offer free delivery of your car to your house but they don t contact you when the work is over and they take their sweet time. They also give you the runaround over the phone and just might hang up mid-call if they feel like it. Unprofessional mess of a place.

As much as I love honda, the service center does not reflect good. Customer service has never been a time that I ve had a great appointment at this location I can go on and on about stories and bad service I received my advice is that the staff needs to be retrained altogether with how they give my information how they treat clients and how they treat each other you never know who s watching.

Definitely not the place where you can get a quick oil change and go it a 4 hour wait just for an oil change no thank you .I can pass too many cars no sense in making appointments when they don t service you at the appointment time

BEWARE! Brought my car in for 3 recalls(Honda Pilot) was told it would be a few days.. two days later they call saying there is a special on brakes and my car needed brake pads I was quoted 199 for front and same for rear and they recommended brake flush. All said and done when I went to pick up my car the total was $1100 405 and 405 for front and rear labor and not new rotors, rest was for parts and labor cost and brake flush. Explain to me how does that sound reasonable for only brake flush and pads . I swear this dealership is wrong for that very dishonest .I paid the amount and left I would not recommend this to friends family or anyone at this point it s upsetting to read the reviews and became a victim. I will be contacting better business bureau

YOU WILL BE UPSOLD AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY! I have had routine oil changes and inspections at White Plains Honda merely for the convenience as the service department is within walking distance of my office. I feel bit dumb doing so as the convenience factor has resulted in hundreds of dollars in unnecessary work. I understand that this is a profit driven business and the dealership isn t making money on inspections, but BUYER BEWARE! They convinced me to have a differential flush at 19K miles, then again at 30K (wasn t sure, but just found the maintenance receipt) and they again recommended it at 55K! They will tell you that a brake flush is needed (also done recently) and put dire warnings all over the receipt if you don t. I have picked up my car after routine maintenance only to notice problems that didn t exist when I dropped it off, like the time they put everything back together atop a pile of acorns, resulting in a fan that sounded like a helicopter. Honestly, my biggest regret is not buying another Toyota since my 2009 Matrix is still going strong at 180K miles and probably less money spent than on my 2019 HRV.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

We leased a car from White Plains Honda and I regularly brought my Honda Accord in for service to maintain a good relationship with the dealership. Most of the services were free however the service agents were always pushing me to have additional repairs that were often unnecessary and expensive. Honda makes a great car and as a result it really needed any servicing except for periodic oil changes.

Absolutely disappointed with my most recent service with white plains Honda service center. I had my back up camera stopped working and received a recall notice stating that there is a problem and I should bring it in to have it repaired. I made an appointment with White Plains Honda explaining the issue. They kept the car the entire day and then told me that they did not have the parts to repair it and would need to bring it back. I explained that we would be away and they could keep the car and have it repaired while we were away . Our car was in the shop for over a week and a half and when I finally called to ask what was taking so long they said that it wasn t a recall problem and I would need to pay over $800 for a new back up camera. I told them to please return the car with their valet service and I would handle the situation when I got home from vacation. Once I got home and saw my car, it was beyond filthy, covered in bird feces and look like it had been left under a tree for over a week. When I called to speak to the service manager, he completely dismissed me told me to bring the car back down and he would wash it and that the only way to fix my issue was to pay out of pocket. I live over 45 minutes away from this dealership and personally use this dealership because of their top-notch service. Needless to say I will not be going back to the service center. We have been using White Plains Honda for many years and referred all of our family and friends to them. Moving forward I will be sure to let everyone know about their terrible service and unwillingness To help their customers and are just try to take more money off of issues that are Hondas fault and have no respect for an individuals vehicle.Service: Electrical

They had my car for 11 days. I received zero updates and called after 8 days, when they told me part would be in after the weekend - no call after the weekend. I called back and they installed part and brought my car home. Car made terrible noise, plus the side of the car had long scratches on it across two doors. I brought it back and they confirmed noise, said something had been left in transmission, and it would be repaired and scratches would be buffed out. I showed them exactly which scratches were there before and which ones I had never seen before. They brought car back to me and noise had been repaired but scratches were exactly the same. Thus, very expensive visit to Honda. I was hoping they had pictures but they said they don't. Terrible. Marc, however, was wonderful.Service: Transmission
