I walked in on guard after a pretty horrible experience at another Honda dealer when I purchased my last vehicle. Patsy and the team were all professional, transparent, and patient with me throughout the whole process. Even though I left with a different vehicle than I initially went in for, I feel like I got the right vehicle for my needs. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda!

I drove in without an appointment and Alexander Valera greeted my family and myself right in the parking lot. We talked for a while and we ran through the numbers but it wasn t where my wife and I wanted it to be. He wasn t pushy and went above and beyond to find something that would fit in our budget. We went in looking for a Pilot Touring but ended up leaving with a Pilot TrailSport instead. We didn t expect to get such a great deal with the TrailSport but Alexander and the management team made it happen. Everyone in the dealership was kind and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the inside of the vehicle was a little filthy upon delivery to my house.

I can honestly say white plains Honda is one of the best dealerships in the New York State. Everybody is so welcoming and understanding. Thank you James , Raquel and Gustavo for getting us a great deal on a brand new Honda HRV 2024 sport. I never felt pressured or anything like other dealerships make you feel , everything was super smooth and it was in and out. Also i got a great demonstration of the car and everything was explained to me . Im really happy with my purchase at White Plains Honda.

Wonderful experience at WPH! I selected this dealer after researching on dealer rater. It did not disappoint. All staff I dealt with was extremely pleasant. However, a special mention to James Contreras who is the consummate professional. He was consistently accessible, facilitating communication via text and promptly securing the precise vehicle I desired. We look forward to continue working with him in the future.

We got our first CR-V Hybrid and are very pleased with the WP Honda!We have been looking around at different Honda Dealerships in the Westchester area and White Plains Honda is the one that met our expectations. Dahoemis Castillo was our sales representative and she was super sweet and very helpful. Highly recommended!! The pricing was transparent with an extra discount on the road protection plan. Yanis sold me this car using google translate. I only understand Mandarin. Went to multiple dealers and nobody wanted to help me because of communication issues and Yanis was the only one that found a way to help me. She saved me 2000$ dollars on car insurance. She s very good.

Been looking for a CRV for a while. Color, trim and good customer service was always a factor and white plains Honda really had it all. I am very happy to have chosen White Plains Honda to lease not one, but two cars these past few weeks. I had a negative experience a few years ago, but now that they are under new management, they are like a different business and have exceeded all my expectations!Huge shout out to Jorge and Alex who did everything in their power to accommodate my needs, they worked closely with me to make sure I got the best deal and communicated extremely well with me every step of the way.If you are thinking about getting a car, I would strongly recommend asking for these two amazing people, not only they will have your back, but they will entertain you along the way!The cars are also beautiful and this location always have a fantastic selection. I have gone to White Plains Honda for service on and off over the years. I've had mixed experiences with them, but have gone back because of the added services that they offer such as pick up or drop off. Today I made the mistake of bringing my car in for an oil change and check. The appointment was at 10am, but White Plains Honda Showroom started calling me at 8:50 am asking about if I was interested in getting a price quote and how they would offer me more money for my car because of the current need. While I told the person I was willing to get a quote, I specifically stated that I did not want multiple phone calls or communication. The person didn't stop talking to listen to me to the point that I wondered if I was even speaking to a real person on the phone. I let it go for the time being and they proceeded to call me at 9:28 and 10:02. Thinking it might be service, I picked up and said I was on my way to my appointment, but was running late as there was a family emergency. They called me again 10:07 (2x) and 10:21(2x) which I ignored because I couldn't believe the gall of these people. I finally was able to drop my car off at WP Honda Service at about 10:20 and was grateful that they were okay with me being late to my appointment. I got a different agent other than the one I requested, but decided to go with the flow. I asked when the car would be ready and she said 2 hours. I confirmed that I would be waiting for the car, but over at the local library instead of staying there in that space. I then received another unidentified call from Honda at 10:58. Told them about my negative experience with all of the relentless calls and was told I would be removed from the list. I then got a call at 11:02 was told again I would be removed from the list. I got another call at 11:42. At 3:12 when I had now waited nearly 5 hours for my car, I called the service center to check on the status of my car. I was told that they had no information and would label me as "urgent." Flabbergasted that they could find the people to call me 9 times about buying my car, but couldn't call me or tell me anything about my car, I walked back to the dealership to see someone in person. As I was on my way back, they figured out to send me a text at 3:20 to tell me more work was needed. Fascinating that it took 8 minutes to tell me something was wrong with the car. The agent proceeded to try and convince me that the information had gone out to me already as if I had been the one that dropped the ball! At that point, I was so disgusted with the LACK OF ACTUAL SERVICE that I decided to take my car without doing the extra work (over $2,000 worth I might add). At the time I arrived in the morning there were at least 20 HONDA people working in the office and I counted about 8 people when I picked up the car at 3:30. With ALL of those people, NO ONE could call me during the 5 hours that my car was there??? I thought the saga was over, but they proceeded to call me 4 more times about purchasing my car for a total of 13! I may have missed a few, too, because there were so many different phone numbers coming through! Outrageous!

I had an extraordinary experience leasing my new civic from White Plains Honda. Darwin and Chris were phenomenal to work with. I have never been accommodated so quickly and efficiently at a dealership in my life. No B.S. and straight to the punch. I highly recommend their services if you re looking for a deal with no hassle. Also special thanks to Elvis who also took care of me for my previous lease with Honda as well.

Jan. 8, 2024, (less than one star) I've been mistreated by your staff at the Honda dealership.Never, ever have I been mistreated as I have by Richard, Joe, George, your receptionist (s) and the ladies with your answering service.Your website declares that you buy used cars? So I have a 2014 Honda CRZ and it has a background of issues, (what I call are minor issues) and trying to get information on the value of my car. After several calls, with everyone noted above, wouldn't give me any input as to the value of my car. Finally today, after speaking to George (not sure if George is a real person on your staff?) I felt at ease that George would be straight with me? Well, immediately after hanging up, I received a text message (insult) from Richard, claiming to pay me only 2-3G based on the inspection of the car?The car is worth somewhere between 14-17G on the open market based on its rarity. (I said I would sell my car at 12G and that still stands)My complaint is that I waited and waited, and played all the phone games, before someone actually quoted the price. I'm mad about the quotation, but not as mad as I am with the games your staff played with me.. (Insulting me with a low ball price).If only your used car staff, was up front with me at the beginning, I'd have more respect for your firm. If they're lowballing people, you'll never gain any respect from your customer?

Just leased a new CRV from Honda White Plains this week. We've been leasing or owning Honda cars for years and have only gone to WP. Love the cars. While we have always had a good customer service experience in the past, this experience was outstanding. All of the sales staff, front desk, managers and finance folks were a pleasure to work with: respectful, responsive, no pressure. Huge kudos and thanks to Delimar Diaz our sales rep. She was fantastic. She was everything a sales rep should be. I would work definitely work with her again. Clone her.

Great experience with salesman Pedro Gutierrez and his manager Ivan Rados! Pedro was incredibly knowledgeable on the features of the car we purchased and Ivan was able to get us to a price with which we were comfortable! Paance Hassan was a great help in the financing department too! Would definitely return here to buy our next Honda!

My wife and I recently purchased a Honda from Yanis at white plains Honda. We had been dreading dealing with another dealership as we shopped around for a new car. But when we showed up at Honda our saleswoman Yanis really made us feel super comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and answered all our questions thoroughly. When I told her I wanted to take home the car that day she went above and beyond to make it happen, including putting the license plates on the car in the pouring rain! Great experience and I couldn t recommend white plains Honda more! We had a minor hiccup when trying to trade in our old car but the manager Ivan stepped in and made it happen! We walked out the same day with our new car and both my wife and I were shocked how smooth the whole process went.
