I recently had the pleasure of experiencing WashQ's car detailing services in White Plains, NY, and I couldn't be more impressed. I took my new BMW X5 to the AutoSpa HQ for a ceramic coating service. Tee and his crew did a fantastic job. The car looks great! Great attention to detail and friendly customer service at a reasonable price.

This is a great place to get your detailing needs taken care of. The staff is super friendly, honest and accommodating. From my first call until I picked up the car after getting work done, everything was excellent. They know what they are doing and can be trusted. 5 stars and then some!

When I first looked into Westchester Auto Spa I was hesitant if the 5 stars everyone was giving was in earnest. Also I was a little anxious I was dealing with the XXX Vin Diesel group from the Fast and the Furious. And as a verified customer now, I would honestly give ten stars if I could.1. Tee answers the phone right away and is polite and knowledgeable2. The copper wash/treatment made my car look brand new - I didn t even recognize it (thanks Chin).3. Then I asked Tee if he knew anyplace for a paint job on a back area of abrasion. He got me two quotes right away and even helped me drive the car to the autobody shop and bring it back. The car came back pristine. They even made sure the gas was filled!Amazing customer service. This is going to be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend.

Today i went to HQ to see if I could get some work done on my car. Unfortunately what I thought was possible wasn't tee and chin was honest and upfront with everything. They found another route which could be done at a later date. chin was easy to work with and went above and beyond. I ended up just washing my car since I was already there and it was A1 service. I would recommend my whole family to HQ.

Great experience thus far. It s my second visit and both times I ve gotten a wash (love that they use the two bucket method) to protect the paint.Also got my two front windows ceramic tinted and today they were redone due to some unexpected bubbles. Owner is very friendly and agreed to redo the tints without any hassle or issues.The staff is great, both times Chino has been the one I ve spoke with and has worked on my vehicle. Very friendly and takes his time to answer any questions / concerns.Highly recommend, if you care about your vehicle for the long term!

I regularly get my car washed and waxed here. I always leave super happy with my car looking shiny and better than when I bought it. Recently I had a disaster where I left my sunroof open overnight during a storm. These guys saved me. I didn t know what to do to quickly prevent mold/smell. My car looks and smells great now. They really came through and I was able to get this scheduled in under 24 hours. Tee, the owner, is very helpful and always pleasant. He will share his recommendations for what services could help you most, without being pushy. T and his team are truly remarkable! Extremely professional, meticulous, efficient and truly a great crew! I trusted them with my Lucid's chrome delete, PPF, powder wheels and tints, and they all came out perfect. Satisfied above and beyond. Very reasonably priced as well. Very nice little shop on the bottom of Battle Hill in White Plains. They do all sorts of auto detail services, tints, ceramic coating, etc. I brought my car in for an exterior wash and the car came out looking fresh! Please see attached photos for the washed car!

Just bought my used car there and the detailing job WAS NOT good. The staff was nice but the car wasn't clean. No attention to detail. That was the point! Detailing. My wife had to spend 2 hours wiping and disinfecting the cracks and crevices, tight spaces, etc after she left AND had to bring the vehicle to another car wash for an exterior cleaning. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately- maybe you'll have a better experience.

I've been searching high and low for a car detailer to do ceramic coating and tints, and I'm so glad I found Westchester Auto Spa HQ (Wash Q). I did my research online, reading reviews and comparing prices. I was really impressed with the reviews for Wash Q, so I decided to give them a try.I was not disappointed! The owner, Tee, and his team at Wash Q are incredibly friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions in detail and explained the process.I was blown away by the results! The ceramic coating and tints turned out amazing! The shine and the feel of the car are amazing! It was so clean and shiny - showroom worthy! I was so happy with the results, that I am now taking my wife's car to be done. I would definitely recommend Westchester Auto Spa HQ to anyone looking for a great car detail. One of the best places by far for getting your car washed/detailed. So much attention to detail as well as well-priced. Had my Tesla Model 3 seats ceramic coated and outside paint sealant done. So much gloss and slickness! Definitely will return for further washes and cleaning. I recently purchased a used car that was nice but did not quite feel like mine. It had residual marks inside and out, debris from the previous owner, and even a faint odor. On top of the fantastic ceramic tints they put on, the crew at Westchester Auto did their thing with the detail! The car looks like it just rolled off the factory floor! Silver Package. Truly raised the bar of professionalism, courtesy, and most importantly above standards work. These guys spare no expense to get the job done right. First time here and couldn't go anywhere else after this. I knew they were official when I picked up my car, checked inside the door sill, and between the hinges and it was spotless. My cars never looked better! I took it to WASHQ for a paint sealing, as I leave my car outside all winter. The team there was super flexible, friendly and attentive. I bought the car used a few months ago, and the dealer didnt even have it looking this good. I will for sure be going back after the winter for a paint correction to really make it look like new. 10/10 recommend!Services: Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing

Couldn't be more satisfied with their level of organization, courtesy, professionalism and thoroughness. You can see what they do in plain view and what a difference hand-washing makes! I brought my car here to have it detailed because of the great reviews. I couldn't be happier with the results the results! They restored my car to near perfection. The detailing was top notch, the interior was immaculate. I received a quote and they honored it. If you want your car detailed by professionals, look no further. I have been looking for an auto detail company for over a year, and last night, I came across Westchester Auto Spa HQ during a Google search. The fact that it has a 5.0 rating with recent reviews captured my attention. I read several of the reviews and decided I would give them a try. I was able to book my appointment online. When selecting the package, I was pleased to see the company provided the approximate time required for the service. I chose the Bronze package and it stated 6 hours. I didn t want to wait, and I certainly did not want to have to get a Lyft. As I scrolled down, I saw an option to arrange for my vehicle to be picked up and dropped off at my home. At this point, I felt very good about my decision to give Westchester Auto Spa HQ a try. This morning, the owner called to thank me for selecting the company and to get my address since I am a new customer. He asked for a convenient time to retrieve my vehicle and said he would call when on his way. He called exactly at the time he stated and called again when he was close. He greeted me, did a 360 video of the vehicle, asked if I had a specific time for him to return my auto, and promised to have it back BEFORE that time. He called me when he was done and again when he was close. He gave me details of the work performed, asked if I had questions, recommended additional services, and to my surprise, he told me that going forward, because of the excellent condition of my vehicle, I could choose a less expensive package. I was impressed with his honesty, auto detail knowledge, and passion for the business. It is evident that customer satisfaction is extremely valuable to him. He treated me like a valued customer. I highly recommend Westchester Auto Spa HQ and I will ONLY use them!!!! I do not recall ever having an excellent experience like this with an auto detail company. My vehicle looked better today than when I purchased it. I m still in awe of how these folks made my 11yr old car look brand new! I booked a Silver Treatment and window tinting as my wife will be taking over our old car and I wanted to give it a little more life and they succeeded!Professional and great communication from start to finish. This place is the best and the staff are really wonderful. I had an amazing experience and my car came out looking like a just bought it from a dealership. I also spilled a protein shake awhile back and my car smelled like death. I tried everything and even took it to several auto cleaners and the smell wouldn't go away.this place saved my car and they were able to take the smell out and then some. Im absolutely grateful and thankful that they were able to fix this problem. Im totally in love with my car and i would highly recommend them million times over.Service: Auto detailing

Cleaned every last corner of the car!! Removed all miscellaneous items, and put them in a bag that way they could effectively clean.Even looking over their shoulder, you could see they pay attention to detail. Would highly recommend!Headlights were rejuvenated. Brought them back to life! I thought they were done for. From Yellow to Clear, I wish I knew their secret.The shine my car had leaving there, I could've sold it for double the price I paid!Very Professional, Great Work. Worth Every Single Dollar!!!I've been back several times in the last few months and they've been consistent!They even have a nice cozy waiting area.
