I walked into Tasca knowing that I needed a new car and that I wanted a Jeep. Besides that, I knew absolutely nothing.Francisco was amazing throughout the entire process. He was patient and helpful but not pushy at all. He was always available for my endless questions and multiple visits to the dealership. I definitely wouldn t have been able to make the right decision without his help. Not to mention, he got me a great deal.I can t recommend Francisco and all of the others at Tasca enough. I have never has a better experience with a dealership in all my years of driving and working in the car industry! Thanks to Francisco, he is your guy if you are interested in purchasing/leasing a vehicle from Tasca Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram White Plains, not only was he extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly, he was patient and always available to talk, even on his days off! We leased a vehicle 3 years ago and he has made it a point to reach out every few months or so to make sure we were doing good, I loved that! Because of Francisco's dedication to his job and his customers, we decided to purchase the vehicle at lease end. I have never been involved in such a smooth transition with purchasing a vehicle. He made us feel comfortable and important, and that's something that I know everybody wants when they visit a dealership. While driving to work my jeep gladiator s speakers started an extremely loud, high-pitched siren tone that would not stop. I turned off the radio, pulled over and turned the truck off and got out, and it kept ringing. Everyone around could hear it as I drove by. I immediately called Tasca Service Center and they told me to come right over.Naturally, as soon as I pulled in (and everyone could hear me pulling in), it stopped ringing!! I went in and spoke with Tracy and he was so helpful. While they didn t know what the noise was from, he understood I had to get back to work, and was extremely accommodating and helpful. Tracy told me to keep my service tag they had already written up, and if the noise started again on my way to work, he said I could come right back with the service number and they would take me right away. Then, he made an appointment for 8am Monday morning and said if it happens again over the weekend, now you have an appointment already scheduled. He said if it seems fine, just leave us a message in Sunday to cancel, or you can still bring it in anyway to get it looked at.I was so impressed and appreciative that Tracy totally understood and empathized with my situation that I needed to be at work, but also couldn t have my truck being a broke ambulance all afternoon and kill the battery. I truly think Tracy gave me the best possible options given the situation! I was so happy with how they helped me in this situation, so I will forever be bringing my truck to Tasca for any future service needs, especially to Tracy to get any work done on my truck!Thank you all, again, for all of your help, for taking me instantly, and for being so flexible and accommodating to my unique scenario!!

Great experience at Tasca White Plains Jeep!! I went in on Super Bowl Sunday to look at a 392 Rubicon they had on the lot. I was greeted by my salesman, Orlando, who was excellent from the first handshake to the last. Very easy, no hassle transaction, drove the Jeep home that day. Orlando, also went out of his way with some great after sales support to get me a few missing items. Looking forward to working with them in the future and don't forget to ask for Orlando!Thanks again!

I got a terrific Jeep here that I love! Lauren set me up with it and was so awesome- she made it possible for me to drive the car home the same day I looked it at it which was amazing. She was so helpful and nice and made the experience all around a good one, which was amazing because buying a car can usually be annoying- but she made it the opposite! So thankful for her help!

My experience with Tasca Jeep was wonderful. My sales representative, Alvaro, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and made the buying process smooth. The finance person, Nick, was very helpful when it came time to decide in extra service packages to choose from.This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Tasca, formerly White Plains Jeep, and look forward to purchasing more in the future.

My family has been using this dealership for the past 6 years. My father decided he wanted to buy out his lease. We came in and spoke with Francisco. He rolled out every possibility of payment options along with vehicle warranties. Joaquin the financial manager worked flawlessly getting the loan applications through even working out a better rate than originally offered. The day of signing the everything was prepared ahead of time and we were in/out in about 15 minutes. Superior customer service and satisfaction. Thank you!

Nosh Margilaj was the reason we got the truck. He was honest and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable going through different scenarios with him- lease or buy- to find which made the most sense for me. He didn t do the whole sarcastic manager thing nor did he speak in a way which would cause distrust which happens too often. I would buy a car from Nosh again in a heartbeat. Walter Skinner was a great salesperson. We did not know if we were going to get another Grand Cherokee, a new Wrangler or a Ram. He showed us each car and did not hesitate when we needed to come back the next day to test drive again to really be sure. I walked into a dealership asking questions about the same car and given simple responses without any desire to even show me the car. So we went back to Walter. He would go get the car without pause. Hard-worker for sure!

Upgraded to a much needed car and Alex was super helpful. The staff was also great and willing to work with you as well as answer your questions and concerns. There was bit of confusion at one point but we were able to figure it out which speaks volume of how much they value their customers. Overall great experience.

After driving over an hour from queens, I have met with some of the nicest folks at Tasca Chrysler and came out with an amazing vehicle. I know I have paid little move for the vehicle, but i think it was worth it. When I told Elvis that I needed to pray as it s Ramadan and I didn t want to miss or delay it, he quickly started searching for a spot and one of his coworker gave up his office room for me to pray. I bought a 2023 Grand Cherokee L Overland in April 2023 at the Central Avenue location in Yonkers. In July 2023, I started having road assistance light popping up with a crashed car picture on the screen and a message saying to take it for maintenance.The phone app sent me notifications that there iwas something wrong with the car. I took it twice to the Central Avenue location, and they said that nothing showed up on their computer, so they couldn t do anything. The third time, I decided to take it to the White Plains location, where they told me the same thing, even though I showed them photos and videos of the messages I received.The next time I took it for oil change, the notification came up again, and since I was there, they saw it and told me that it was some parts that needed to be replaced. They have replaced these parts 3 times, and the same problem keeps popping up.They told me once again that they are ordering the same parts and that (once again) this is the last time that will happen.I have missed full days of work. I have had to pay someone to babysit my 2 children and take Ubers to get home and head back to pick up the car because they never have given me a loan car (besides gas and extra miles I am putting in the car). In total, I have done 8 trips for this matter.I have asked multiple times for them to replace the car, since it is a brand new car, but they just tell me that once they replace the parts, the problem will be over, and there is no need to replace the car.I am tired of the back and forth but kost importantly, I am afraid for myself and my family s safety. Erevry time I take the car, I get stressed wondering if something will malfunction while I am driving that will cause an accident (or worse).

I have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I brought in for servicing, mainly needing a screen replacement, upon inspection by the technicians at the dealership it was found that the valve cover gaskets were leaking as well as the water pump. All needed replacement, the work was completed within a weeks time and Service Manager Emily Stevens was great to deal with. Thank You!

This is not your regular dealership. After shopping around multiple dealers in the Bronx for a couple weeks I was getting the stereotypical hidden fees on quotes and shady negotiation tactics that you hear about from dealerships. I was ready to give up and break the bank and use Carvana till I found this place. And within an hour or so of walking in I was the owner of a very fairly priced and beautiful 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee.Suresh, my salesman greeted me and answered every single question I had about the car I wanted. For the first time at a dealership I truly felt like a customer and not just a negotiator because of him. He took care of me from start to finish.Once you re ready to deal with management you ll see that same high end customer service standard that you see in their salesman. Manager Chafik asked what I wanted for my trade in and he made it happen plus some. He then pretty much spelled out the entire quote for the car I was interested in, so there was zero confusion on any fees. Chafik and Suresh even sat down and went over every detail on the carfax report of the car I was buying. The finance manager Joaquin offered me a great deal on a warranty and even though I opted out, there was zero pressure from him. He then finalized my deal with me and went over my paperwork and made sure I had no questions left unanswered.Avoid the constant games at other dealerships. It was simple for me: set your budget, look at their website to see what you want, call ahead to confirm the car is there, come here and they will probably make it happen
