Jonathan was a wonderful help from our first phone call making the appointment all the way until we picked the car up. He communicated with us all throughout the day to let us know what stage we were at with the repair and the car was ready at the time promised.

Eleanor helped with the car buying process for over a month and was professional through its entirety. I chose my my car and drove off in it the same day. That s how easy and quick the process was. Since purchasing it she has asked a few times if I need any help with the setup or any questions about it in general. 10/10 Customer Service would highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW great customer service, very professional,they are super quick with the process I just wanna thank guiseppe he was really a great sales representative he got me in and out with a car fully loaded..he also passionate about what he do he is 100% honest..I also wanna thank finance guys I struggle but they definitely found away to help me I m so happy I was able to get the car I want I recommend any one to this car dealership in white plains they are great! You won t be disappointed I promise!

First I want to start off by saying I walked into this dealership with no clue as to what I wanted. I saw a black jeep wrangler inside and completely loved it. Alvaro helped me out so much by not only being completely honestly about how I might not want a hybrid vehicle but also told me to wait 5 minutes while he pulls up another wrangler that he thought I would absolutely love. He is the best! He found a brand new jeep for me which was in my budget and he is just the nicest man I have ever met, if it wasn t for him I probably would have never found the jeep that I bought that same day I walked into the dealership, he made sure I was happy with the one he completely helped pick out for me. He explained everything to me and showed me everything that the jeep had to offer. He even called me a few days after the purchase just to make sure everything was running smooth and that i loved the new jeep. Fantastic salesman. I m so happy and glad I ended up there. Everyone was so nice from the finance department to Anthony helping to find me insurance for the very first time!!!! I highly recommend this location if you want a new car!!!

Arrived at 7:30AM with no appointment. They addressed my concern immediately on the car I had just bought the night before and took care of the issue immediately. The issue was diagnosed and remedied within 2 hours. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous.

Cisco was great to deal with. He showed me different Wrangler models to consider. Once I decided on the one I wanted, he made it easy to finalize the deal. When I went to pick up the car, the finance team got me through the paperwork quickly. Cisco reviewed all the features and and had my hybrid Wrangler ready to drive off the lot sparking clean, fully charged and with a full tank of gas!

Absolutely avoid this place!!!I brought the car in for service, was having misfire problem.They told me it would be around $300, I said OK.Later that day received a call, it's not misfire but the car had bad engine mount, and now this will cost me $1700, I said "I'm OK with that as long as you fix the shake"Next day I picked up the car, and the shake was still there, like it was so obvious I don't even know how they return the car to me like that, but anyway I took the car in again and told them the shake is still there, you didn't fix the problem and I felt like I paid $1700 for no reason.Eventually they acknowledged it was misfire and charged me another $280. But what about my $1700 ???????About a month later, the shake came back, and this time I took the car to the local shop.He said when there is a misfire in one cylinder, other cylinders will most likely have the same problem , and is recommend to fix all cylinder when you fix it because the most of the Labor fee is to open the exhaust manifold and its only additional parts charges involved once its opened.Honestly these people have no I idea what they are doing, so if you don't wanna get ripped off like I did, don't even bother to go to this place.I still can't believe they said it's not misfire because my engine light wasn't on. What a joke.

To say that I am a happy customer would be putting it too mildly. Wow - these guys are great. The two people I worked with at CJD White Plains were Ronnie Green and Shaquille Vazquez, in addition to their Finance Manager, Nicky Costello. In 25 years of purchasing cars both in the USA and the UK, I have never had such a positive car buying experience. Ronnie spent a ton of time with me on a Sunday night (!) on the phone going through options and inventory, and I was also very specific in wanting to complete a purchase in one day (ie., drive off the lot the next day in the car). These folks delivered beyond any reasonable expectations I had. Ronnie and Shaq were funny, had a good sense of humour and a flair for the ironic, but were consummate professionals when it came down to the nuts and bolts of purchasing the car. Shaquille, with inexhaustible patience, spent hours with me, reviewing various inventory options, different packages, options between 2 door and 4 door, considerations between mid range and high-end, endless drama with my insurance provider and never once did I feel even an ounce of pressure from them to choose one car over another, nor was there ever even a hint of impatience with a fussy 51-year old like me! They were great people to work with, and honestly a lot of fun. Nicky in Finance literally went above and beyond all reasonable efforts to get it all done quickly (truly) - I owe him a nice bottle of wine for his efforts. And I very much believe they gave me a fair deal on the car. And by gosh they had me out of there driving home in my new Jeep Wrangler within 3 hours end-to-end (the Jeep has quickly become the love of my life. :)). I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Usually buying a car can be painful, difficult and bureaucratic, but these folks really do care about the customer experience and I cannot thank them enough for a great car buying experience. And I know for 100% certain where my next car purchase will be - these guys win hands down! THANK YOU RONNIE, SHAQ AND NICKY - YOU'RE AWESOME. I started looking for cars online and came across their page which I am very happy I did. I made an appointment with them and meet with my sales man David. I already had in mind what I was looking for and once speaking with David he made sure to find me a car that I would love. When David took me out to the parking lot to see the car I just completely loved the outside of the car already. I got to test drive the car and he made sure to explain everything about it. He also answered all my questions about the car and asked me questions as well to make sure if it was what I was looking for and all I can say it was because I wanted to purchase the car that same day. David made sure I was satisfied from the begging and till I received my car. I highly recommend this dealer ship they will definitely make sure you find what you are looking for and that you leave happy cause I was ! David even called me a couple days to see how I was doing and if I was happy with my car which I thank him for because without him I wouldn t have my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2023 :) !!!

If you re in the market for a new vehicle I strongly recommend making the trip to White Plains Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealership and asking for Orlando Ghoshroy. He s informative, attentive, patient and kind. By the end of our transaction my mom was ready to invite him over for dinner. He will not steer you wrong!

Horrible and dishonest sales team. I have never heard so many lies and trickery from one dealership. One example, all brand new jeeps come with a complimentary oil change. Sales agent made it seem like he was negotiating that with his manager. They also lied about the price of the car until I asked for a detailed breakdown where the numbers didn t match. Be very careful here. I ended up going to a different Jeep dealership to make my purchase.

Unfortunately the day I picked up many new car from Tasca I was told it only had one key and so i had to have a second key made. To do that I had to deal with the service dept, which was terrible. I was able to schedule the appointment with Jonathon in Service pretty painlessly, but he told me it couldn t actually be confirmed until the part (the new key) was confirmed available. He said he would get right back to me. I never got a call back and I called at least six times over the next five days to reach Jonathon. I left three messages for Jonathon, but he never called me back. This was very frustrating as I had to make arrangements to get the car I had just bought back to the dealer for the key to be programmed. I finally was able to get someone on the phone (Brian?) to confirm after five days of trying. The lack of responsiveness was stunning especially given I had literally just paid Tasca full asking price in cash for a new car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I would like to start off by saying that I never knew buying a car would be so easy. I ve heard of others experiences but mine was amazing from start to end. From setting up the appointment with Laura, moving to sales with Joaquin, and lastly wrapping up with Joel in finance. Everyone there truly went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience for a first time buyer such as myself. I would certainly recommend them to anyone interested and will continue to rave about their incredible service. Thank you all again for everything, I love my new car!!!

This is now my second timing leasing a vehicle from WP Chrysler Jeep Dodge, and both experiences have been great.Specifically this transaction with Orlando went very smooth. As we are starting a family and are looking for the perfect car, Orlando took his time to make sure we understood the vehicle, that we were focused where we should be, and he was very patient with any questions or challenges I had. Orlando was personable right off the introduction and made a usually stressful transaction, very enjoyable. The rest of the team, led by Nosh, all worked to make sure the financials were transparent, the deal was fair, and that we left happy. What a great team! Thank you!

We purchased our 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee from WPCJD in March 2017, having been introduced to Oliver, he listened to what we wanted and got exactly the spec and the deal we wanted. It was a pleasure to deal with him, he was very accommodating as I was traveling at the time, so it delayed the collection slightly. He kept me informed every step of the way, the only downside is we have to wait another couple of years before we can change into another Grand Cherokee! I have no hesitation in recommending him as my go to Jeep guy.

Alda at Jeep White Plains was wondering just backed out a 2022 High Altitude and might I say I was not an easy customer to please. This process was as seamless as it could be and they ordered me exactly what I wanted. Nosh provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. Their patience and dedication to providing excellent customer service really convinced me to go through my purchase. I had some issues with my 2012 Chrysler Town and country in the past with Larchmont Chrysler jeep.They could not figure out the problem with my car witch was a fluid leak. So i decided to make a change and bring it to white plains Chrysler good thing I did problem solved so far so good no more leaks. Thanks white plains Chrysler jeep for doing the right thing ten thanks to the service manager James Smart .

First of all. Let me say that Orlando has been the best sales person we have had the pleasure of working with. He listened to our needs. Kept us in budget. Wasn t pushy and really provided some insight and provided us with options. His sense of humor helped ease some of the stress of buying a car as we were in a position that we had to buy something quickly with limite supply of what we were looking for. I m not really a fan of buying cars due to the $$$ they cost these days but Orlando was truly friendly, engaging and a complete professional. Thank you Orlando.

I think it was open in early 70s and no major redone after that. Service area is so bad.. I had appointment early Saturday and cars are lined up like free service and they refused to entertain me as electric vehicles are not subject to service on Saturday..(really).
