Took my wrx in to White Plains Service for a check engine light and to have the brakes checked at 35k miles as they weren t working great, looked from the outside like the pads weren t fully contacting the rotors on the front and they marginally passed NYS inspection. They said it was normal wear and not covered under the 3y/36k wear items warranty changed the pads/rotors myself and the inside of the fronts were only contacting maybe ~50% of the surface!!! (Outside was using about 90% pics of driver s front rotor and pads for reference) rear pads had at most 2mm left at the thickest point and were very unevenly worn.As for the check engine light they were going to reach out to SOA to see if they d cover diagnostics as the car was tuned .haven t received any follow up at all from them since going there 7 weeks ago.Also asked about wiper inserts under warranty and they said I had aftermarket wipers I purchased this car new with 5 miles on it and these were the wipers that came with the car!!!I resolved all of these issues myself at a substantial savings over what they would have charged me.TLDR; center denied replacing worn and unsafe brakes under warranty, did not replace factory wipers under warranty and did absolutely zero follow up on a check engine light issue when they said they would. I regret even going here and would never trust my safety or that of my family to this service center.

I am very satisfied for bringing my 21Subaru wrx at this location,NICK Was very professional he kept me updated throughout my car was there. They found the problem ASAP, The master mechanic jumped right on it to fix the issue.i had no worries at all since my car was there. I would give it 10 stars thanks NICK Keep up the great job

Check online for oil change coupons otherwise it s $90 for an oil change (not including fees and taxes). Bring cash or debit card otherwise you ll get charged an extra 3%fee. Nick has amazing customer service and checked to on me several times to give updates. I d return again due to the wonderful experience!! They even wash your car for free :)

My 10 year old key fob stopped working. Another Subaru dealership advised buying a new one for $300. Subaru White Plains service was able to fix it quickly without issue. Great customer care with integrity.

First time coming here I did inspection, it was a smooth process and staff was very friendly. Came back today for my 6000 mile maintenance for oil change and tire rotation and had the same advisor Devin Murray, very accommodating and polite. Excellent customer service, comfy waiting area with good coffee and my car looks brand new again (thanks for the complimentary car wash!).Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I found a great car online. I called to make an appointment for a test drive. When I showed up the car was ready. The salesman was very professional and courteous. Everyone who helped me with the purchase was so nice. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had an issue with a different Subaru service in Rockland County and my husband and I decided to have my car shipped to this location. In the past, I have had my car serviced in this location and they always gave me exceptional work with my car. They yet to fail me and continue to give exceptional work with my car today. I want to say thank you to Victor having great communication with my husband, giving us the necessary feedback on my car, as well as having great timing to efficiently do the work I needed for my car to run properly on the road. They give high-quality work and they are definitely to be trusted!

I wouldn't recommended this Subaru service center from what my camera caught their workers doing and saying with my car smh. Talk about disrespectful, unprofessional, lack of morals when it comes to other people's property. Now 11/4/22 to find out their worker caused damage to my stud by cross threading. Why would anyone want to go pay so much for service just to end up paying more out of pocket expenses. I can bet I wouldn't have gotten this problem going to a street mechanic. Spent an extra $257.71 just to replace wheel stud and nut . Update 3 months later I had to remove all tires and 2 tires never removed after being touched by dealer gave me same broken stud on rear passenger side smh. Glad I'll never spend my hard earned money at White Plains Subaru, sad to say my wife wants to soon purchase a Volvo. Won't be purchasing with White Plains anything .

This place is absolutely horrendous. From the service to the staff. I Went in for routine maintenance and a recall for software update, Which Volvo emailed me about. I get there and they had no idea of the recall?? How is that possible VOLVO? 4 hours later I get my car back, and driving home on I-95 interstate - What I can only describe as sounding like a tire is blown!! I m traveling at highway speed with a truck behind me, almost causing an accident! I get to the shoulder to find out their staff DIDN T PUT THE UNDERCARRIAGE BOLTS back on! 5, yes FIVE bolts missing, allowing the lip to pop down, at a High speed on a highway! This could have caused a major accident, dropping down like a snow plow! - Of course it s end of day, and NO ONE answers the phone. No way to call for assistance. Now stuck with the damage! I m DONE with Volvo

I continue to find critical help from this Service Center even after racking up over 150000 miles on the Subaru Forester I bought new from their dealership in 2016. They recently completed a major and very expensive exhaust repair I had brought in just prior to expiration of the PZEV warranty, paid for in full by warranty with no games or evasions. Next came an unrelated major misfire weeks later and as before, the Service Manager Tom was clear about options and costs. As an owner often highly involved in maintaining his own car, I appreciated the chance to confer with both Tom and the technician doing my work. Both times after I could obtain an appointment within 24 hours of requesting one, I arrived at 8:15 AM and their team still obtained parts and completed repairs before lunch! Though a young gentleman asked me if I needed their shuttle, I said no, but it is good to know he is there, and they have also provided loaner cars in the past.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been getting my car maintenance done here for the past 3 years and have had a great experience every time! Rubi Garcia in particular has been so helpful and accommodating and she went above and beyond helping me with a recent issue I had with my windshield. Everyone there is always friendly and I have full trust in them!When I first bought my car from a dealership out in Long Island, the sales rep didn't know how to work the built-in remote start and it was closing time on a weekend. The following week I first went to a different service center where I was charged an inspection fee to be told that the wrong remote start was installed in my car and it would never work--they tried to charge me almost $400 to have a different one installed. I then went to White Plains Subaru Service for a second opinion, where they took my keys and immediately were able to show me how to get the remote start to work. Didn't charge me a thing and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I never went back to that other service center and have been regularly returning here for all my needs.

It is always a pleasure doing business here. They truly have the best service. Everyone has such a positive attitude from our advisor Rubi to the guys that bring back your car all shiny and clean. They were able to secure us a critical loaner car and helped give me exactly what I needed for insurance. Do yourself a favor and visit a different Service center. This place has constantly lacked with their service, in every aspect. You choose a Subaru center and pay extra because you're hoping to receive trustworthy service and it's obvious that mistakes happen but there's too many at this place and there is nothing else here to compensate for the time and bad service. Instead, visit Koeppel Subaru. They are exemplary in every form of service. The car always felt fantastic and we felt great after visiting there. They actually make it worth it, but this Tarrytown Subaru center is not.

Amazing experience. We lost a key fob in the car and could not find it. The fear was that it somehow slipped under the carpet via a small crevice. The staff was so helpful in providing options, eg, purchasing a new key fob and resetting my remaining one, or providing a thorough search within the car. They were very transparent on the costs, and explained which alternatives were the most cost effective. Happy to report that they found the key within a very reasonable time frame. Overall, a very good service experience.

I loved the hospitality. Kimber was very attentive and made me feel that my tight schedule was her priority. I was offered a complimentary breakfast or lunch while I waited. I was updated at least every 20 min. My crosstrek stayed for warranty services and she worked with my schedule for pickup afterwards. Everyone was polite. The center was very clean. I had work on my bearings and regular maintenance and the crew working on my car noticed an issue with my Ebrake and fixed it on their own. That's top notch service in my book. Feels like I'm driving a brand new car all over again.

I have been taking my Impreza to this service center for 2 or 3 years now. I appreciate the positivity of the staff and the responsiveness of everyone who has helped me, as well as the expertise of their technicians. It means a lot to know I can rely on White Plains Subaru Service to keep my Impreza still running smoothly after 9 years of owning it.

Had a 7:30AM appointment to replace the glass on a side view mirror. I arrived early and was 4th in line. By 10:30AM the update was they installed the wrong mirror and were correcting it. People who came in after me had left earlier. They finished by 11:15AM and the charge was 3 times as much as they told me originally. Their excuse of being down 5-6 people would have been fine if they told me it was going to be 3+ hours for a 20 min job so I could go to work and come back. Terrible experience with the lack of communication.

A big shoutout to Rubi for being the absolute best! 10/10! Whenever we ve had an issue (we have 2 Subarus) but Rubi has always gone out of her way to do everything she can to making sure everything got done. Rubi, my family and I are forever grateful for your help and attention. Seriously don t know what we d do without you! Subaru services is so lucky to have you!

My parents came here to get an inspection and service done before the warranty on their car expired. The service department was able to identify a couple issues that needed to be addressed. They clearly communicated each repair they recommended, and which were more critical. Devin, the service advisor that assisted us, was very friendly and professional. He even worked with the warranty company to get the most value for the repair costs. Devin was a pleasure to work with.

The staff where good in the service area. Small waiting area. Clean nice lighting. Free coffee, no bagels in the morning though. Only thing is they have a one way service road to the side of the building and heavily used. They ferry customers for pickup and drop off and, exit for customers who are done with service. There is no sign that it is a one lane road used both ways, that you have to let the other pass by and wait. Also, from the other end it is hard to see if there is car coming. I am not sure if their setup passes town codes but for customers safety and employees they should put a stop and go electrical signal signs or have a person work on the signals. Spend a little bit. It gets busy especially in the morning. I Was half way through and this van, coming in that ferry customers, went barreling towards me, stopped right in front of me as if he will not budge. I had to put the car in reverse and go back all the way to let him through. He was a little baffled as I was. But I don t want any issues that is why I deferred. I did question him and explained, and he was apologetic. I told him I was following the exit sign and explained maybe customer priority first?It was because they don t have proper signs/signal. When I go to a dealership and pay full price for the service, I expect better service and facilities than any regular oil change shop. They should maybe take the parking lot beside it and expand.

We have been using this service center since purchasing our Subaru in 2017. I have to say that other than the cost of repairs (which is pretty much status quo with other auto repair shops for a subaru), the service is great. Ask for Kimber. She is always polite, attentive, and very helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we can get in for an appt when something happens to our car. I do not feel pressured or misled when discussing necessary repairs. They work around my crazy schedule and don't add on useless costs. We are very pleased.Our lil dog Bogie LOVES Subaru as well.

Very polite and helpful people work here! I brought in my new Subaru a couple of weeks ago after the check engine light came on. They were very busy and didn't have any appointments available but still checked it out the very next day. The issue was resolved, and since this was the first time this happened they even waived the small fee. (I learned that if you don't tighten your gas cap ALL THE WAY this will happen). That's a great way to build a good customer relationship! I'm glad to see I can expect the same polite service here that I experienced at the dealership. I have my first oil change coming up in a couple thousand miles and wouldn't imagine bringing my car anywhere else. Thank you!

Took four hours around for just my first WRX oil change. My service tech? Was very very nice, apologized kept us in the loop etc, but then the free car wash (really really wanted to get the salt off the car ) would be another hour to an hour and a half . My girlfriend couldn't take it so we left lol hey I even had to take Ubers to bring her to home goods so don't feel too bad I've had eight Subarus and Subaru white plains is just .. there not very good at some things, but hell no ridiculous market adjustment fee on my WRX which other dealers tried. Just crazy...

Excellent service. Cost estimates online for routine service are lower than what you ll really pay. They re pricy but good.
