I took my car to Splash this evening after having 3 very pleasant experiences there. They detailed my car and made it look like new. However, tonight, I took it for a basic full service interior/exterior wash and I am extremely disappointed. When I left the car wash I noticed that my cup holders hadn t been cleaned-at all, not even a wipe with a cloth. I was in a rush for time and decided I would do it on my own at home. I drove a minute up the road and realized that the windows of my third row were covered with fingerprints (which was part of the reason I brought it for a wash in the first place). I turned around and decided that a $30 car wash should at least leave me with clean windows. I drove back and was greeted by the same person who took care of me the first time. When I explained that parts of my car were left untouched there was barely an acknowledgement of what I was saying let alone an apology. He asked me to pull to the side and he had a woman come take care of the two things I pointed out. Again, no apology or follow up before I got back in my car to leave. When I finally got home I realized that the backs of my seats, treads of my doors, exterior handles, and mats were barely touched. It s infuriating that prices of everything today have skyrocketed but even paying those prices doesn t get you your moneys worth. I ended up having to spend 25 minutes at home cleaning up all they missed- complete waste of my time taking TWO trips and my money.

Splash Car Wash on Central Ave in White Plains IS the place to go for all your daily car wash needs AND detailing. Been a member for a while and have enjoyed the unlimited washes. Recently got a detail inside and out and it made me feel like I had a new car.The manager Anthony is the man to go to. He is a pleasant guy to deal with. And even the cashier Cami is funny.Overall good service, and even more important awesome customer service.10/10.Services: Scratch removal, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Way overpriced and they don t even wipe down the inside of your car. For a $32 car wash they should at least wash your mats and wipe down the inside. I understand that they want you to join the membership car wash price but if they can t even do a decent job for $32 why would I want to go back? Very poor Marketing strategy. They should be doing a terrific job on the full price car washes so that the first time customers will want to come back to buy their membership.

We paid for a full service car wash and paid extra for the works. After car came through car wash we were told toGo to the back of the building to get the amor all done but only the tires were done. We asked several times for the inside to be armor all done. And was told we had to pay extra. I showed receipt that I paid the extra but was told no. How can you run a car wash with rude people and poor customer service. Things inside the car were moved and not put back. They didn t even clean the inside of the car. See photos below

Great car wash, brushless so it s not as bad on your paint like the traditional car wash. Energetic, detailed, and fun employees work here. You can tell they love their job and work hard,not to mention the car looks great every time!

Love this Splash location! The 30 minute interior detailed option is worth every penny. My car looks like new every time they do it. I have an unlimited wash club membership and can get my car washed as many times as I need to every month! UPDATE: Splash replied and provided an email address to contact, which is invalid and emails bounce. Funny that even their response to a bad review is bad service.Avoid at all costs!! Car was worse than when I arrived! There were soap streaks and fingerprints all over the windshield and drivers window which unfortunately I didn t see until I turned onto Central Park Ave into the sun and it all became visible. I dont even understand how it was possible to make such a mess.Only the front seats were vacuumed. Second row and cargo area were not vacuumed at all despite being part of the package. There were leaves still everywhere and even an apple stem still on a seat. I honestly don t know what WAS done. Huge waste of money and time.

I got the most expensive option, "the works". The inside of car was not vacuumed well at all. The wheelwells were filthy, didn't even look like any water hit on them. The rear window was very dirty. They do a terrible job of "drying" vehicles. The drying cloths are always wet when they start, and they leave parts of the car dripping with water, leaving streaks. I need to find a new place because this place is awful. It used to be much better when it was Magnotta's.

Love coming here! The staff is so friendly (always smiling and kind), the waiting area is clean and I'm ALWAYS pleased with the results! They work so hard and yet are fast and efficient. This car wash is horrible. They don't clean the inside well. They need to hire ppl that understand better what the client is asking for. They are very fast with the service but long line of waiting. Need to pay attention to the detail

Love this car wash. They are quick and doesn t a better than decent job for unlimited monthly for the price of 2 car wash, which makes it a no brainer to get the monthly plan. And if anyone is neat pick like myself, they add on detailing services are very reasonably priced and pretty quick as well. Nevertheless, their customer service is amazing.

Be sure do not have bug spots on windows do not completely come off be ready to go somewhere nearby to clear any bug spots, dry off car too, plus way lined up cars in front of you awful, some leave doors open how do they expect you to move anywhere, anytime go there be prepared to get inconsistent service, guess that's what happens when you're not doing wash car yourself. Will be thinking about canceling as well since they promptly , sometime even earlier than the closing hours, even open hours bit late too......now they skyrocket and the new upcharge, say will get certain wash not so sure as well when check see there's film residue not getting good rinse as well...

There is nothing better than having a good team and machines do the good job but most important is having the great team working together. If you need it wash this is the place, if you need it shine then this is the place. If you need it extra shine and protected then the place can offer you the detail work. Totally recommended.

This car wash is the best in the westchester area.I went there to get a detailed service for my car. it s was amazing how clean it came out. nice and shine outside. even my 4 years old son say how clean it was my car. the stuff it s amazing very friendly.I recommend this place and of course I will return soon.

I went to the car wash a month ago and was told if I participate in one of their promotion, I can get one more car wash for free. I didn't realize the thing I signed for was a monthly subscription which cost 59 dollars, which wasn't clearly communicated to me at the time. Had to go there in person and cancel it. Annoying.

They're ok... they clean a lot of cars, so their time spent on each car is limited. Maybe bring your own rags and glass cleaner to touch things up in the mall parking lot?

Great car wash! Great crew! Mind you, this is a car wash, not a detailing service, and they have good interior cleaning service separate from the actual wash. Their unit gives a good underbody wash for those salty roads in winter. They also have Unlimited plans where you can have a car wash daily and in multiple locations, but the White Plains crew are the friendliest, most reliable folks.

I have been using Splash car wash in White Plains for several years now. Always top notch service. They offer exterior car washes to full detailing services. Only takes a few minutes out of my day and my car looks great.

Avoid this place at all cost. After a car wash I got home only to realize that the entire side of my car was scratched and scuffed. This place does not change any of the equipment. Do not come here you will have to pay for damages

Okay service, the bug stains and deeper stains did not come off even though i got the higher package. Tire shine was subpar and underwhelming. Had to come home and shine them myself. If you need a quick simple wash then just choose the exterior basic package and you ll be alright. Have gone to the pelham manor car wash a few times and they offer similar prices for better quality work. Overall okay experience, staff was friendly.

I love this place. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They detail all my cars so beautifully, and the prices are very reasonable. When I can't make it in to drop my car off because of my busy work schedule, they come to my home and pick it up. I recommend them to everyone I know. Splash car wash on central Ave white plains. They are the best!

I went to get my car washed today as I am installing a new car seat in my car. I wanted everything on the interior to be fresh and clean. I selected the full service express wash with super shine package after speaking with the worker who takes your order and explaining to him what I needed done. The full service express wash lists that the interior clean includes a dash and door jam wiping. I paid $23.83 for entire thing and was horrified when I got back into a car with a dusty dashboard. It didn t even look as though a rag was wiped across the top. I ran my finger on my dashboard and dust was everywhere. I went back to speak with someone to first see if I misunderstood the level of cleaning that was suppose to be done. I was told by a worker that they were sorry I was not satisfied, however if I chose to spend an additional $20 I could get my dashboard actually cleaned. I tried to keep my composure as I ran my finger across my dash to show proof nothing was wiped down. In the end I refused to spend another dollar so I left. I will NOT be going back to Splash on Central Avenue in White Plains, NY. The sad part is I love Splash and I used to always go to the location on Kensico Avenue in White Plains, as they do an amazing job cleaning cars. It s worth the extra 5-7 minute drive. Don t waste your time at this location. I will include pics of what my dashboard looked like after my car was cleaned ...disappointing.
