I have brought my car into three different mechanics in the area where I work for an on going issue but each one told me "nothing was wrong." I was home and decided to take my car to SLR Auto Repair. They were able to see what the problem was, diagnosed it and were able to plan out what to fix and what to address in the future. Laura and her team is extremely honest, courteous and amazing to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs!

Thank you Bobby for your help. I highly recommend SLR Repair. You can and should trust SLR. My mom s car was side-swiped in Manhattan. The problem was I (her son) borrowed her car that day. Although I was the one who brought the car in and managed the repair, Bobby took the time to explain everything to my mom (93 years old) and kept her updated. He even called her directly a few times too . He took the time although he was clearly very, very busy. Out 1-5 stars .I give these guys, not 4 , not 5 stars or even 6 stars (which exceeds the range of 1-5), I recommend SLR/Bobby with 20 stars! And the car looks great too.

Great experience! Laura was very pleasant on the phone. Bobby worked on my car and checked out everything meticulously. He explained why there was an issue and what he did to fix it. First time I left a shop not feeling taken advantage of.Thank you all!

Bobby goes way above and beyond to help his customers. He is honest and makes sure that repairs are done right so drivers are safe. Excellent Repair Shop with great customer service. We found our mechanic to help my daughter who is far from home.Thanks Bobby!

Family owned and Operated. Hands down one of the most honest shops I ve dealt with. Bobby has been in service to this community for many years. As a family guy and parent of three, he understands repairs are costly and does his best to keep prices reasonable. Will be referring many to this shop and will continue doing business with them for as long as I own vehicles.

You will NOT find better, more thorough mechanic in NYS. It s rare to find anyone that goes the extra mile but Bobby and his team do as he runs a class A operation that you just don t find these days!
