Went from having a perfectly drivable car to a car with 6k worth of damage. I m not sure how a tire just comes off of a car in the middle of driving, but this is the only place I ve taken my car(s) for almost 10 years. Nobody touches the car since it is in a garage most of the time.Most ppl I have asked said this is usually (at least 95% of the time) due to human error. I don t care who s fault it is, although the last thing we got done was a tire rotation. You be the judge.6k is not a small amount of money to deal with unexpectedly. That s what I care about, since dealing with insurance has been a nightmare.Somebody made a costly mistake, it s not me, and yet I m paying for it. I did everything I was supposed to do. Regular maintenance, etc. So this still baffles me.I m just glad we re alive, it could have been catastrophic.

STAY AWAY from this place. Went in for a coolant leak. Told I needed a new radiator... total cost $850.00. Got a second opinion... it was a worn hose. Total cost $275.00. STAY AWAY from Ro-Ro, unless you want to get ripped off.

My experience with these guys has been exceptional. They're honest, knowledgeable, and professional. My former mechanic recommended them when he moved out of the area. I am very happy he did.

Hand down definitely highly recommended.Excellent service and very professional team. The best of all, Vinny is very honest! This is the kind of place where they prefer see you coming back and bring more client instead of charging you more money for repair that you don't need to be done and never come back.Bravo team of ro-ro automotive

My family has been going to Ro-Ro for years! They re an honest shop, and the owner and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I recently got a new exhaust installed by them and they did a great job

I actually requested a check up before a long road trip. Had my tires rotated. I was in and out in reasonable time. The young man that assisted me was professional and accommodating. He didn't just communicate to me what he found, he took the time to show me what he observed and what I need to address. He answered some concerning questions, priced out what it would cost and sent me on my way!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have to say, this is the most honest mechanic I have ever gone to. I live on Long Island, but work in White Plains, so I only come here for emergency repairs such as tires or if something happens on my drive in.Every time I bring my car here, they fix my car the same day, they are upfront and honest with their pricing (to the point where I have never had to even think about haggling the price down), and the repairs are top notch.I highly recommend this repair shop to all of my coworkers who live in the area.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really great place to get work done. Vinny and his team have helped me with general maintenance as well as more complicated repairs on my daily vehicles as well as my track car. They have always done a great job and are easy to deal with as well which is not always the case with independent mechanic shops. Highly recommended.

Very trustworthy place. I had a hole in one tire, which they fixed quickly! They also identified my brakes being very worn down, which after about 65k miles, was right. I completely forgot to get these checked at 40k and they saved me from potential issues in the future. Would recommend coming here for any need for your car!

Wow... what can I say to a place that has treated me like family...thank you.... thank you!!! Ro-Ro is a great place to go when your needing an oil change, change tires, gas, or fix anything you need for your car. They give exceptional service every time I m there. The owners are incredible people and are always ready to take your car for service. At least I can speak for me and my family who have been consistently going for years. Al is mostly my contact and one of the manager there is amazing!!! Love going there and love them personally!!! Thank you guys and may God continue to bless your business!!!!

Found Ro-Ro Auto by sheer luck - I needed a photo inspection last year when I changed insurance - a few shops listed by the insurer seemed to lack motivation or concern for this task. I popped in to RO-RO who where friendly competent and found a way to help me immediately. While waiting I noticed that this place had 3 mechanics that day with two service bays, I took note at how much pride they took in doing the job correctly. Once the photo inspection was completed I requested to come back over the next couple of days to get an oil change.I was able to get an appointment at 8 am - oil change, tire rotation - done is a timely manner with no surprises or issues. I was such a relief to finally have a RELIABLE place to get my car serviced. I have since been back two other times and just scheduled something for this week.I have received follow up texts after service, (and as requested) service alerts. I strongly suggest checking out this business for quality work on your car.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Pretty decent shop. The guy at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The mechanic was knowledgeable.They do a lot of services and are also a gas station so it is pretty convenient. Right near the train too so if you have to drop off your car you can get home easily.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My car started making a strange noise and the engine sounded louder than usual.Ro-Ro provided an accurate initial diagnosis of the issue on the day I brought my car, and they fixed the issue within the promised time period.The sounded and ran perfect when I picked it up. They re friendly, honest and communicate well. I highly recommend their facility.

Garbage Business with no morals. Asked for $10 of gas on credit (Needed to replenish gas in a uhaul I rented). The Owner(presumably) Informed me this was not enough for a credit card charge. I said fine I will just go to another gas station. He quickly said no its ok. He comes back a few minutes later and charged $45 to my card. Did not hand me a reciept or anything. It was only until I looked at the pump did I realize. Claims he "Misunderstood me". The gentlemen at the uhaul center said the same thing happened to him last week.Absolute trash business with NO morals. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb and a police report with WPPD (Unfortunately for this guy I work very closely with law enforcement). I hope it was worth the extra $35 pal!

Had a blowout on 287 on a car with scan of glue and compressor for a spare. Vinny and the crew went out of their way to get me a new tire and back on the road ASAP. Wished I lived closer he would be my guy!!Service: TiresService: Tires
