I recently took my car in for it s very first complimentary service at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. Booking a service appointment that worked with my hectic schedule was very easy compared to my experiences with other dealerships in the past. Obtaining a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being serviced was very convenient AND complimentary too!! I was super excited to find out that not only do they service the vehicle while it s there but they clean it inside and out as well! My car came out looking & feeling as fresh and clean as it did the day I picked it up from the dealership brand new! I wanted to take the time once again to recognize & shout out the employees of this dealership for their hard work and dedication to making their customers happy with the ongoing overall experience that comes with owning a Lexus from Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains. Special shout-out to Liz & Latayna at the front desk, Jim the salesman and Ed the general manager ((whom I purchased the car from initially)) that really kept their word making sure I was well taken care of upon entering the dealership from start to finish along with help from their hardworking teammates in the Service Department - Yesi, Brianna, Andre, John, Jeff, Walter, Danny, Alan & Bill who all worked together to make sure that my car is safe to drive & up to par regarding all of its fluids, brakes, tires, ect; along with the team of guys from the detail shop that cleaned my car ((in addition to basically the entire staff)) who all went above and beyond any expectations I could ve imagined to make me feel at home once again. I love my Lexus and I m so happy I decided to purchase it from Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains :)

This establishment is very professional. I made an appointment at the Larchmont location in error. They are both named Ray Catena Lexus. It was my error, I wanted White Plains, however called Larchmont. They were so accommodating and were able to service my vehicle without an appointment. The service was just as expected. The vehicle did not require anything additional. They have beverages and snacks to enjoy while waiting. Courtesy car wash was beautiful, especially since it was a sunny day in May . I look forward to servicing my vehicle here again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service was amazing . They gave us a loaner and my car was ready the same day. The best part was I was not rushed to take the loaner back do To my schedule. Frank was my service advisor this guy really takes his time to know you as a person not a customer. The receptionist is super friendly and down to earth. Love this dealership... Guys keep up the good work.

From the 1st time I stepped into this dealership, I felt welcomed. The staff is great & has always been available to help me adjust to the features of my 2017 NZ 200T sport model. I ve always felt satisfied, never rushed with my service, most recently the availability of a loaner car for my preventive maintenance service. In an ever changing car buying world, it s great to know that their is still good customer service out there. That definitely makes a difference in where I purchase or have my car serviced at .

My second time for service, today is worth the time. I had Frank who went extra mile, I had a problem in cleaning a particular substance that stick to the car but Frank was able to clean it 90%. He did a great of removing it but not only that he was respectful and accommodating. Surely, he is an asset to the business. Very consistent from the start to finish of service. Hoping he'd be consistent in the future. Thank you for the great experience.

I bought a lower mileage engine for my 2007 Lexus is250 and I had to get a few parts from this dealership and it was a great experience. First of all Hector had to be the best to work with in the parts department. He cleared up the confusion on some of the parts I was ordering and he called as soon as they got there the next day. He was a pleasure to work with and i will definitely be referring this dealership and hector to all of my friends and family with Lexus vehicles.Service: Engine repair

Ray Catena of White Plains has the best service department, with the nicest people. I have been going to Frankie for the past 20 years and I will never buy a different brand of truck unless Frankie leaves the dealership. I definitely recommend buying a Lexus for the service department.

A great dealership. With amazing staff. All of them are courteous and very professional.. A special shout out to Frank, Jim and Allan who are excellent service advisors. They always go above and beyond in helping you with the appointments and car services.

This is my first experience with Lexus and I could not be more happier to have worked with Rocco who helped me get the model that I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and professional. In addition Donovan explained and went over things that I needed to know about my new car.Thank you!!

Ray Catena Lexus of white plains service center , I give it a A+, as when I walked in, they took care of me right away and with great customer care. From good communication to full service on deck. I would recommend to anyone.

Service was amazing as always. Service advisor frank is super helpful and friendly. He has the highest level of respect for customers. Recommend this dealership 10 time out of 10. See and ask for frank.

This is without a doubt the best service dept. I've ever gone to. Each time has has been a positive experience. I feel very comfortable in their wait area with the tv, newspapers, computers, drinks, and snacks.
