The least you guys could have done is send a letter or something to all your past Infiniti clients to let them know that you are closing the Infiniti dealership. I bought an infinity just before the dealership closed and I received no word of this. I had a service appointment which was canceled. when I went to the dealership, the service manager was bad mouthing infinity as a bad car company that is impossible to work with, so that s why they said Pepe motor group was dropping infinity. This is beyond bad business. I would recommend to anyone not to buy any vehicle from Pepe motor group if this is how they treat customers. I think there was also some shady business going on as they were trying to clear their inventory of all their infinitis. Based on my experience, I have no trust in them and I can t even guarantee that the car that I bought from them was actually pre-certified.Pepe motor group is the worst.!!!!!!!!!! Don t ever consider Pepe motor group for a purchase of Eddy car, or for any service!

As per my previous statement , the response from Ashley Harris avoided everything I stated , this goes to show you how they deflect the actual problem or concern from their customers.The main concern here is how their employees neglected to follow protocols and left a client with a major inconvenience.

**LEMON** BUYERS BE AWARE!Mercedes Benz of White Plains leased me a LEMON CAR. THEY WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Dealership told MB car's "pull" is normal. Car is been in shop 6x in 90 days since owning the vehicle. Henry the service manager and JP the shop foreman are covering up the situation. I have had a second dealership confirm the vehicle pulls / drifts to the right. I have filed with the NY Attorney General a Lemon Law Suit as well as a consumer fraud case against Mercedes Benz White Plains / Pepe Auto. I WILL NEVER BUY A MERCEDES OR DEAL WITH PEPE AUTO. This is my second car from them. BUYERS BE WARNED

I am currently having a horrible experience with my CPO 350 ML Mercedes. Tomorrow will be the 5th time the car has had to be serviced in 3 months at the New Rochelle dealership. They should exchange the car at this point or my dissatisfaction might turn to rage. Hopefully someone with some authority to make wrong things right will read this review.
