Bring your car here, trust. They did a great job on my car, quick & efficient. Fixed my bumper, light, suspension, tire, everything. Kept me up to date on the repair the whole way, also just nice people.

I highly recommend Roland s Auto Body Shop! I had a dent on my passenger door, most likely from someone hitting it in a parking lot, and they did a flawless job at repairing the dent, leaving it looking good as new! I was also pleasantly surprised by their quick and excellent customer service! I dropped my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up on the same day, in the afternoon. I strongly suggest bringing your vehicle here if you require auto body work.Service: Body & Trim

It s no wonder they re so busy, everything they do is TOP NOTCH! Courteous, friendly & professional!! They said my car would be done in 7days & I got a call midday on day 7 to pick up my car. See before & after pics

JC Collision understands the concept of customer service. I came in with a relatively minor problem with the body of my vehicle. Mr. Caridi immediately looked at the problem, told me to have a seat in the office and 15 minutes later, I was in my vehicle heading home with the problem repaired AT NO COST. That is service.

JC/Rolands is the best! They did repair work after an accident caused damage to my vehicle a couple years ago. It was a Geico claim, and the entire repair job was quick, seamless, and totally professional. Recently I had a minor scrape on the side of my car, so I returned to this awesome shop to see if they could buff it out. I got a friendly greeting and quick service. Plus, they comped it. They didn't charge me! Their calm, approachable and professional approach takes the worry out of having body or collision work done. Totally recommend them!

This is not my first time using this shop and it won t be the last. I have referred many people to this shop and will continue to do so The customer service was WELL above any expectations. Gina was in touch with me throughout the ordeal, catalytic converter removed which was difficult to replace. Gina did it!! They even washed the car for me when I picked it up.A very special thank you to Gina and James for all their serviceUpdate 12/2024. Came back to this shop for a fender bender. They did not disappoint! Professional, considerate and just friendly. Fantastic body work!

Worked on three different vehicles that me and my family owned. Every car was returned in good care. Quality work, professionalism and excellent customer care. I strongly advise that if you need auto body work done to your vehicle that you take it here

One of the best experiences I've ever had in 50 years of driving and therefore 50 years of having repairs done on cars. The price was fair and when some minor parts were not delivered to Roland's on time for the promised pick-up time, they gave me a generous discount for the inconvenience. THe work was beautiful and the folks who run Roland's were as nice as could be. I would recommend Roland's without reservationServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Roland's was great with their work, communication and helpfulness. They were very very patient with me, explaining step by step what will be happening because it was my first accident. They communicated well with my insurance and rental car company. If you want a reliable body shop, Roland's is the place to go!

Picked my car up within an hour of calling and gave me a great valuation. They were very helpful over the phone as well as in person. When I came to pick up the items from my car I was treated with lots of respect and generosity.

I had my car repaired, and the repair lasted for a short period of time, and they wouldn t make good on it. Don t trust these people.

Very pleased and happy the way my car turned out. Some minor hiccups along the way dealing with insurance and a third party shop(had to get my car re wrapped) but Jimmy and his staff was always solid. The thing I respected most about Jimmy is that he did not want to give me back my car if it wasn t 100% and as a customer you want to hear that. I always appreciate when someone keeps it real and in my eyes it s the right way to do business. I highly recommend Roland s Autobody, Great work Great people!Service: Body & Trim

My new Range Rover that I purchased in November was rear ended in February. I was devastated at the outcome. I called Roland s auto body immediately. Gina, the lady at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. I drove over so the owner Jimmy could take a look. He was very assuring that he can fix my car without a problem! Well less than a week later my car was finished and it looked as good as new! It was perfect. My whole family and I trust and are truly happy with Rolands auto body for any car repairs. They are - a very neat, friendly, and organized team!!!

My parked SUV had sustained fairly extensive front bumper, front side panel, wheel well trim and driver door damage. Gina nicely and very proficiently helped me with each and every step of the way with my insurance carrier. The repairs were performed exactly when it was supposed to be and totally perfect in everyway. Refreshing level of good service and attention. I was referred by neighbors who raved about their service and prices. The work to my rear quarter panel was done quickly and perfectly and they were competitively priced. I went away on vacation the week they repaired my car and they held my car in their lot until my return. I am very satisfied and have already recommended Roland's to others.

There is no place like Rolands for Auto Repair/Body Work. It is like leaving your car with family. Between the owner and his daughter Tiffany.....I know my car will be fixed with a decent price and all paperwork handled and nothing to worry about. We go no place else. I highly recommend them. And they do a fabulous job. Car looks like new.

Went to Roland's after a minor single vehicle fender bender with my 2010 Toyota Corolla S and they couldn't have been more fantastic. I went to them because they are a Progressive Insurance Network Shop in the New York City area. This shop absolutely exceeded any standard expectations you would set pertaining to your automobile repairs. My car was ready a day earlier than the ecd date that was previously provided. They also completely washed/used armor all on my car after the repairs which quite literally left my 8T7 blue streak metallic paint shining. Gina and James were incredibly kind and absolutely fantastic. There is no auto body shop I would recommend more than this one.Service: Body & Trim

Automobile accidents are always unsettling and even with good health from no injury the process of repairs can be grueling. We are fortunate to use Progessive Insurance and Rolands Auto Body was an authorized body shop. So we were able to skip to the head of the line and bypass the whole adjuster and haggling gig. And most important is that Roland's office is headed by an employee Gina who offered a "concierge service" by consistently going above and beyond the norm. Bottom line is that if you want to make the whole experience a great one, use Roland's. PS-The repair was expertly made and my car is quiet after having a door replaced.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall great work, Gina and Jimmy are great to work with, communicative, responsible and all around profesional at their business. Conveniently located right by the local highway and parkways and ontop of it all walking distance to enterprise for a rental if your car is undergoing extensive work. Jimmy, the owner (I'm not sure if there is or ever was a Roland) was fantastic. He coordinated with my insurance company, and the initial estimate turned out to be low, with some frame damage that wasn't noticed until the body panels were taken apart. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure my truck was repaired and ready to go when he originally estimated, before the extra damage was found, meaning four grand of repairs in four days. His daughter works the phones and is absolutely professional, and great at returning phone calls and keeping you up to date. The work was all done well and my car looks like new. I made sure to grab a bunch of cards to give to friends around Westchester who need repairs. I really can't recommend Roland's enough.

I showed up an hour before closing but James offered to come out to take a look at the problem I was having with my headlight. He reassured me that it was not an electrical problem and that the light can be easily replaced. Then he made some quick phone calls and gave me a reasonable and fair quote for the part replacement and labor and told me to come back the next day. The following day I called ahead of time and spoke with a lovely woman named Lisa who kindly told me that she will call me at a certain time to let me know if the part was in. As promised, she called me promptly at that time and asked if I was close by and if I was able to come in to get the car taken care of. I showed up and he quickly tended to my car as I waited in the office. To my surprise the office is was very clean with comfortable seating and cable television, which definitely made waiting a pleasant experience. The car was ready in half an hour and I was extremely satisfied with the job and whole experience. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to friends and family.

Roland's Auto Body Shop offered us just a wonderful experience from beginning to end as they restored my eight-year-old Ford Freestyle to its original beauty after a side-swipe left it with scratches, dents, a broken mirror and door handles. No matter that my car was old; They took as much care as if it were a brand new vehicle. I was impressed with their professional and courteous attitude, walking us through the insurance paperwork and counseling us, so that the entire process was pleasant and seamless. I would completely and wholeheartedly recommend their work to anyone.

Really one of the best body shops I have ever done business with! They did work on my Hellcat after a previous shopped kept screwing my car up. Ended up having some problems, and James was super quick to make it right. Not only that, but he gave me some straight up advice about a car issue that turned out to be 100% right and saved me a lot of headaches and money. This is THE shop to go to in the Westchester area!

Jimmy handled my auto repair after an accident and he couldn't have made it any easier on me. From the paperwork, to dealing with the adjuster, to the work.. 1000% stress free. Not to mention my car looked as if I just purchased it from the dealership. Jimmy and his staff are completely professional, beyond experienced and no better hands to be in. I recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs a reliable auto specialist. 5 stars is an understatement.

Just picked up my 2019 Kia Sorento from Roland's and I am super happy with the fantastic job they did! I got rear ended so my back door, bumper and muffler were messed up. I am super happy with how my car turned out and will be returning to Roland's to get some body work done on my mazda3 in the near future. The staff is super professional, friendly and welcoming. Thanks guys for the great job. I'm so happy to have my car back and to have it looking just like it did before the accident.

Excellent service!I was recommended to Rolands Auto Body Shop by a friend. It is a professional and customer service based auto body shop. James, Lisa and the rest of the staff addressed all of my questions, and did a excellent job making my vehicle look brand new.
