Gabriel Salcedo was very helpful in helping me choose among the services recommended I should have you do now. I will come back to do the others in a month or so, but a few items could be postponed until then. He also was very communicative in keeping me informed and let me know when I could come pick up the car. I'm very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend your service!

Always a pleasure to deal with a professional and honest service department. Took my Infiniti here to diagnose a warning light issue. They checked it out right away, reset the code (based on what we determined the correct approach should be), and didn't even want to charge me. I will definitely come back when I need more work done.

My wife and I bring her QX60 here for service and the service manager, Stephen, is polite, well mannered and explains the work in great detail. We never feel pressured into getting service done. This location runs so much better under the new manger Stephen. The waiting area for customers is improving too under the new manager. He deserves a raise with the tremendous turn around with this location. The previous manager gave my wife the creeps.

I received excellent service at Empire. The oil change and rotation were done exactly within the time promised. Diego Rodriguez was my representative. He explained everything clearly, including what should be done during the next service.

Great experience at Empire Infiniti Service. Diego was helpful, knowledgeble and my service was super efficient and reasonable! I bought a used Infiniti from a private party and wanted to get the car checked out and up to date on service. Diego kept me informed and let me make choices along the way! I was also surprised when I got a 3 month trial of SiriusXM and lifetime CarFax as long as I own the car. Great, unexpected bonus.

Edit - after seeing this review, the manager called us to make things right and offered to pay for the new tire.---Word of warning about Empire Infiniti - husband took his car there for an oil change and warranty work. He left the shop with a nail in his tire. They blamed him, couldn't tell the difference between regular and run flat tires, tried to push him into buying a whole new SET of tires, then in patching it, destroyed the tire and charged him for the shoddy work that he now has to replace. Do not trust them with your car!

I had my 2012 G37x serviced there. Stephen Blumenstetter was very helpful going through the options for what might or might not be needed, and in the end my ten year old car was treated with TLC.

My recent service experience at the newly opened Empire Infiniti went very well. My service advisor, Stefano Soto was very friendly and professional. He made me aware of a special that they were running on the service that I requested. I also had an electrical issue with my air condition that Lucas, the mechanic, worked diligently to figure out and repair. Thankfully it was covered under the warranty. Stefano gave me a very detailed report about the status of my QX60, which he went over with me. They are very focussed on that customer here and getting the job done.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Stephan was great! It was a quick in and out even considering they re getting things together as they re new and opening. I had a problem with my front seat not being able to recline. I wasn t looking to spend a lot since I m probably not keeping my specific Infiniti for much longer. They were able to accommodate and give me a very reasonable alternative for much less. I know I ll be sticking with Infiniti. The mechanic worked very fast as well and worked with my schedule to get my car back within 24 hours!

The best experience in a long time. Arrived early and was seen right away. An hour and a half for the service and a few extras. HORRIBLE customer service, the place isn t even finished getting renovated but open for business (hmm makes you wonder), got hung up on and the service manager is INCOMPETENT. Paid nearly $3k just to have my check engine light come on after the car supposedly got serviced. Don t waste your time here, take the extra miles and go to the service center in CT or NJ
