I had to bring my Buick back to the dealership for service, and the service department offered exceptional service. I worked with Lydia, and she was wonderful. Lydia is open, honest, and professional, but most importantly, she communicates clearly. She offers an up-front assessment and clearly states what's being done and the timeframe, walking you through every step of the process. She's highly knowledgeable, but if she isn't sure of something, she ensures you're connected with the right people to give you a clear definitive answer.In all my years leasing cars and dealing with dealerships and service departments, Lydia outperforms everyone. She's a pleasure to work with and offers a level of professionalism that is rarely seen. She is the only service department associate I will go to.

I purchased my car at GMC and have been going there for service. There's always the perennial decision of where to go for the best price, and the dealer many times is not that choice. However, I do want to preserve my car and Lydia at the service counter has been informative and super helpful. When I brought my car for service yesterday, I waited for it, she kept me abreast of everything that was going on - caught some things that probably would not have been caught at a mechanic like the makings of a mouse nest in my car - which can happen in a public garage, during the winter, and my options at each turn. I was in for the 45K check up. I trust her, she cares about the customer and exudes professionalism - so that is why I am writing this review. If I did have to say one constructive comment, it was that the mechanic forget to put back my rear windshield wiper before returning the car, but that was caught promptly and put back as normal. I even got a free car wash and am waiting for a call-back for some new key fobs that I ordered. All-in-all, my goals are to preserve my car, keep it fresh and new and the dealer servicings help in that goal. In addition, Lydia ROCKS! I will be going back!

Lydia Gutierrez is the gold standard of customer service. I have been taking my car to this location since the 90's (when it was a Saturn dealer). I have always had excellent service. Before Lydia there was a man named John whoalso provided super service, but I have to say that Lydia has been taking care of my cars for over 25 years and has alwasy provide me the best service I have had anywhere.

I had to return for a follow-up regarding my 36k mile tune up because my reset was not done when the mechanic changed the engine filter. I kept getting alerts on my GMC app that there were several issues with my car which of course had me concerned. JOE the service representative was very helpful & courteous while I waited at the dealership, he kept me informed as they ran a diagnostic test. The stars are for Joe* I removed 1 star because the time I had to take off to drive there because of the mechanic not resetting my car... There was nothing wrong.

I brought my car in for regular maintenance , oil change and tire rotation. Service was quick and friendly, also free as part of my service plan when I bought the car. I have been a customer for ten years for sales and service and have always had a great experience.

Lydia is a great asset to Empire Buick GMC. She explains what service will be done on your vehicle. She greets you with a smile and calls you when the service is completed. I love going to this location because of Lydia. I trust her and the service department here. They will only do what is needed.

This is my fourth car that I have leased from Empire. In the over 12 years that I have been doing business with them, the service has been impeccable.Lydia Gutierrez, represents excellence, and has consistently provided the best service during the years I've been with Empire, AGAIN boggled my mind and taught me something new about my car! My experience at this location was a five star once upon a time but now it s a one star due to the service department has failed to provided me an alignment print out of before and after result in which eventually long period of wait time, I refused to pay at the end without one. I was shown a photo on mobile phone with one of the service advisor an alignment result report with an incorrect vehicle model that wasn t even mine. Anyway they told me the printer was working the day before I set an appointment and upon arrival to my appointment I told the service advisor who assisted me if the printer for the alignment is working, he said Yes, at the end when they finished the job they wanted me to pay right away without showing me the alignment report sheet, all sudden they told me now the print out alignment report sheet machine is not working and I told them they should fix it, ASAP. I am very very disappointed for wasting my time, this was once my favorite GMC dealership location, I come far away to come up here cause of trust and now that is gone.Result: I took it to do a wheel alignment local shop the very next day with the report print out they gave me and 100% Empire GMC dealership at white plains did NOT do the job they claimed they did my vehicle alignment was off range. The local shop corrected my issue and price was much cheaper, my vehicle is now smooth and in spec again.

The moment I entered Empire Buick of White Plains, Lydia Gutierrez greeted me by my name. Lydia has always been very professional whenever I come for service. I was there for regualr service oil change, etc. also had my air and cabin filters replaced. Lydia recoomend I replace the cabin filter after all the smoke we had last summer from the fires. Service team is great. Explain everything in understandable terms. Work with you on a maintenance plan. Lydia Gutierrez was all over it and a pleasure to work with. Good service only downside was wait time. Services took a little longer than I because they didn t have as many people working on the weekends as they do on a regular weekday, but I m satisfied overall with the service I received.

I have dealt with Lydia Gutierrez at Empire Buick White Plains for a number of years. I have always found her to be courteous, proficient, and knowledgeable as service manager. She is thorough in making sure any warranties that may apply to servicing my vehicle are acknowledged.I take pride in my 2017 Cascada Convertible. 10+ Year's going to Empire Buick GMC of White Plains, purchased two vehicles from them and got them serviced @ the dealership. I went to get my car serviced due to a vehicle back camera recall and had the pleasure of dealing with Lydia Gutierrez. I was very satisfied with David Santana with his help and knowledge In reference to a computer chips .When I leased the vehicle back in September of 2022 it was missing two computer chips one was installed the second chip I was never installed nor was I notified when it came in.when I mentioned it to David on Feb.3 ,2023. he placed another order for the computer chip and assured me I would be notified when it arrived.It s 5 months and no backup up beeping and no front pedestrian breaking.David assured me that it would be taken care of as soon as it came inThank you David in reference to this matterI was also Satisfied with the work and time it took to complete the work on my Vehicle..On Feb 3,2023.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
