This is a shop that cares about people! They helped me out big time when I blew a tire coming down Route 22 with all of its terrible potholes. They helped me figure out how to locate a tire that would fit my car. They negotiated a better price for me than I could get on my own. And stayed a few minutes late to get the new tire installed and get me on my way home to NJ. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

So... My radiator hose blew. My boyfriend helped me replace the hose. While I was on my way to my mechanic, I started to smell the antifreeze burning. I pulled in and asked them to check to make sure the hose was put on correctly and he discovered the clip was broken. He replaced it, filled me up with more antifreeze, gave me some great advice and gave me the rest of the antifreeze, and sent me on my way. (NO CHARGE). An angel in disguise. Thank you.. I am sure it was the owner taking care of a lady in distress..Service: Auto maintenance

Took my 2019 car for inspection, it s practically a new car. They didn t want to pass me unless I replaced my windshield wipers. $60 total to pass the inspection and replace my wipers. Yet my windshield wipers work perfectly fine. They were willing to accept $50, I denied and wanted my car back. They didn t allow me to take my car back because It s too late once they input It in their system. (Never heard of that but I complied). After they insisted I pay $50 I refused. Initially They said it takes 30 min to inspect (should ve listening to that first red flag). They ended up giving me the car back, didn t pass me and charged me $10. They are liars and completely untrustworthy. Deceitful management.

I go to DJ's Shell in North White Plains as they are a trusted Mechanic from an Inspection to a Transmission to Tires. John runs his place with great Customer Service.

Please don t go to these two guys, John and Nick, I ve been going to this repair shop for years until I saw that the new manager was the old manager from glens towing in Elmsford. Nick lost his job over at Glens for a good reason and it s a shame this repair shop will go downhill because of him. It doesn t surprise me that the owner John hired someone like him to run his shop. I ve seen the owner John steal from customers by telling them they need something when they really don t. While pumping gas I ve seen the way he yells at his employees and disrespects them. On the last week of April 2019 I witnessed how the short manager nick yelled at one of the young lady s from the office while I was pumping gas (just for asking a simple question). How the owner John stood there and didn t reprimand the manager Nick for yelling at her like that is beyond me. Bottom line is don t go to this shop, the technicians do good work but management needs help. I ll be reporting them to the BBB and the state so they can investigate this repair shop for the crooks that they are. I feel sorry for his fleet accounts who must get robbed the most.

Used this company to Tow my car. I've towed a bunch of cars and have to admit this was the fastest most professional tow I've had. I believe the man's name was Jay. Very down to earth, super nice friendly guy. Will recommened this service again! Thanks guys

Go to this gas station almost everyday Monday through Saturday and never had or seen a problem. The management always greets with a smile and "Have a nice day", attendants are great , always a person maintaining the perimeter, and the mechanics always have done everything I have ever needed swiftly and professionally.

Charged my wife 50 bucks to plug a hole (nail in tire). This costs about 10 bucks in the Bronx or Yonkers but these jokers charged for an hour of mechanic repair time. Make your own decisions but that s about the worst price gouging I have ever heard. It s takes less than 10 minutes to plug a tire.

Courteous and professional. Took on a job that the dealership apparently couldn't handle and did it in record time. Usually do my own work, but couldn't. They definitely lessened the pain of paying someone else to work on my truck.

I go to this shop every time something with my car needs to be done they always get it done in good time and done rite the first time and never charges more then agreed price and John and nick are always the best to talk to about what needs to be done to your vehicle best shop in white plains in my opinion

theifsmake you alot of excuses to buy parts from them.trying to deal for my under warranty tiresand then sanitizing the car what a joke just open then driver side door and car is clean.hahhahaalways ask them upfront for prices

Don't go to this guy unless you want to get ripped off, complete crook. Do not use this company for anything. They will try to scam you. They say something on the phone and will charge you something else for repair.
