Went here to get my flat tire plugged and they were very kind, professional and fast! They were attentive as soon as I pulled up and got to work immediately. I was in and out in 20 minutes tops (no appointment) - they even put my spare back under my car which was very helpful. I interacted with two guys and they were both very courteous.

Recently, I damaged the lower panels of my doors. After contacting several auto body repair shops, I chose Consumer Auto to do the repair. My decision was not only based on costs but getting a very good gut feeling from the owner Mike. Not only did they do an excellent job on repairing the damage, both Mike and shop manager Rodney were professional as well as personal and went beyond by repairing minor none related marks. I would highly recommend this business.

I brought my car with rear end damage to Consumer Auto Body based on the overwhelming positive reviews. They deserve all of the praise that has been posted. The work is clean and excellent. Mike, Scott, and Mike ensured that all damage was addressed and communication with my insurance company was seamless. They went above and beyond in locating the perfect match for replacement parts on an older Infiniti, which was a challenge, but they would not compromise on the parts or work. Great job guys! Consumer Auto Body is one of those places that when you discover it -- you feel like you found a needle in a haystack. It's one of those places where in some instances you wish you never required their services (e.g. auto accident), but when you do they are fantastic to have available. I couldn't speak more highly for Mike and Scott and the team's work, professionalism and service. 5+ Stars easy.

Got into a fender bender before the holidays. Mike and his team were able to take us in immediately and began working on the truck. By going above and beyond, they made this whole experience practically seem less. Thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail, our truck looks like it s brand new. Consumer Auto Body Shop is an outstanding establishment. The staff is not only friendly, but also meticulous in their work, resulting in a clean and immaculate job. Their efficiency is also remarkable, as they complete their work in a timely manner. Personally, I had my car fixed at this location and was thoroughly impressed with the outcome. I highly recommend Consumer Auto Body Shop and believe they deserve more than just a 5-star rating. Wooww you guys are THE BEST.

My car was rear ended while I was stopped at a light causing to me to hit the car in front of me. The car had $15,000 in damage. The guys at Consumer Auto Body made this experience so easy. From helping me get my rental, keeping me up to date every step of the way to fixing the car as if it were brand new!!!! Scott, Mike and everyone there was friendly, professional, helpful, patient and communicative. I highly recommend for all your auto body needs. This place is top notch!!!Service: Body & Trim

Warm welcome to determine what work was necessary and esttimate. Mike & his team were friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive. Mike communicated with me every step of the way; including answering questions via email and letting me know promptly about delays with my insurance and parts on backorder. Everyone I encountered at Consumer Auto Body was professional and respectful. The icing on the cake is that my car came out looking brand new... even BETTER than when I bought it! I am so happy with the quality of service I received from this shop and I would not hesitate to bring my car here again and/or recommend it to my friends & family. Thank you, Mike & Team!

I had a wonderful experience using Consumer Auto Body. I scratched my car 4 years ago and avoided getting it fixed because I didn't want to deal with the hassle. Consumer was recommended to me by several people and I finally went down there and I can't begin to tell you how easy of an experience it turned out to be. They were professional and very organized and I would definitely recommend them to others. My car looks and feels new to me again as it's now perfect.Service: Painting

We were two hours from home and our tire blew. My son and I were able to replace it with a spare but we needed the tire fixed before we could head home. We pulled up to Consumer Auto Body unannounced. I can t begin to describe how kind and professional they were. The shop is clean and their crew was hard at work.Without hesitation, Roy immediately fixed the tire and exchanged it with the the spare. Honesty, he and mike (the proprietor) were a gift from heaven. I can t possibly recommend consumer auto body highly enough.Service: Tires

My 2020 Honda Accord had damage to the passenger-side mirror and door, and some large scratches on my driver-side door. Consumer Auto Body did an amazing job - the car looks brand new. They are very friendly and completed the job in a very short timeline. I will absolutely go back if I need any car body work in the future. What a great experience.

Had what was a relatively small trim repair done on my '20 Grand Cherokee. Work came out beautifully; show room new. Mike Fusco, the owner and his son in law, Scott were not only very personable and attentive but wanted to be sure that I was happy with the result. Mike Fusco and his team are magical ..professional ..highly skilled..kind &..courteous..I can go on and on with praise..been a customer since 1990. Mike is the only person my family trusts..in over 20 years he has always provided impeccable work and assistance. On one occasion my new Jeep was so severely damage by an ice storm his team had to refinish the entire car..it looked better than new when completed..however he will repair the smallest issue with the same care and expertise. He is very quick on the estimate, works seamlessly with the insurance company company, does excellent work and delivers on time.He is very easy to talk to, as he always answers the phone. Consumer Auto Body , They do excellent work! Fixed my BMW.Mike Fusco and his staff are top notch!, Knowledgeable, Respectful, Professional Skilled, Honest, Very thorough, kind and Timely... Truly a great small business that provides supreme service and always puts the customer first. ROY SANTANA can assist you if you speak Spanish, he is really helpful and friendly.My car entered on Monday, June 21 and by Thursday it was ready. They kept me permanently informed of the repair steps.Finished product looked a brand new!., You can't even tell my car was ever in an accident. Highly recommend them.

If you're shopping around for an autobody shop, stop your search and go right to Consumer Auto Body! I was in my new car for 3.5 weeks before being rear-ended. I called Mike and he assured me that everything would be taken care of. Mike, Scott & Roy were so beyond respectful, helpful transparent & accommodating. If you have a ding or dent without paint damage, Consumer Auto Body are the go-to guys in & around White Plains! Strongly recommend stopping by for a quote if you need these services. Mike and the whole team are the best. High quality, white-glove service, very professional and timely. My repair was quoted one afternoon, with work scheduled and completed the next morning by noon. Finished product looked and felt like showroom condition!

I brought my car here after an unfortunate hit and run accident. The guys here were so helpful and amazingly professional! I was in absolute awwww when I received my car back and it looked like nothing had happened! They produced spectacular work in a timely manner for a very reasonable price! Consumer Auto has amazing customer service! Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. They make the experience of repairing your car quick, easy, and most importantly stress-free! Especially Mike and Mike. They are great at what they do. They dealt with the insurance company and the rental company directly, and all I had to do was pick up my car when it was ready. Plus my car looks brand new! :)

Mike was a consummate professional through and through. I had a repair done on my Mercedes Benz SUV rear pumper and lift-gate after being rear ended. the repair was flawless and he took care of some other dings and scratches around the car for a very reasonable price too. I would recommend them to anyone and will be taking my other vehicles there for some over due work.

If you are looking for a loyal body shop that is trust worthy and reasonably priced, Mike & Mike at Consumer Auto Body are your guys!! I was rear ended and needed almost 2K worth of work on my Wrangler and I have to say, my experience was a very delightful one. Mike and is staff are AMAZING and I will be going back to the shop for any future work needed. Was also not expecting a freshly wax car and tires when I returned to pick up my vehicle. :) Book your appointment today!
