Highly Recommend!I ve leased many cars over the years - Steve is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. Steve is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my 4 series took about a few weeks. The best part Steve stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Steve or any of his wonderful knowledgeable colleagues at the BMW of Westchester to purchase or lease your next vehicle!

Would have given it 5 stars, but their service department is inexperienced and overpriced. They consistently misdiagnosed issues. Beware!

Recently purchased a 2020 430i from Justin. Super cool guy, very transparent and honest. The manager Joey was also very friendly and helpful. We weren t the easiest customers but they walked us through everything along the way and accommodated all of our needs. We test drove the cars we wanted and they answered all our questions. Strongly recommend this dealer. We were existing Ray Catena customers and we just decided to give BMW a try (coming from Lexus). So far love the car and the entire experience. No complains! I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received for an issue with my bluetooth connecting to my car. I walked in unannounced, expecting to make an appointment and the two ladies at the desk were most welcoming and extremely helpful. They immediately called a genius to help me. A few minutes later, in walked Moses to the rescue. Moses walked me to my car, reassured me that he would be able to fix the issue and indeed, less than five minutes later, from what took me hours with no resolve, Moses solved the problem. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but gracious as well. Thank you, Moses, for your help, it's much appreciated!

Other than the waiting 2hrs for my car to be ready this place its the best. I understand the reason why it takes time to service the vehicle. These people go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Thank you Edwin for your excellent service.

Was My 1st Time Purchasing a BMW And By Far Was The Best Experience Ever Transaction Was Quick Normally Anytime I Go to A Dealership to Purchase a Car I'm Normally There For Atleast 3-5 Hours But My Salesman Ruben Made Sure I Was Happy And I sure Was I Definitely Will Be Returning When My Lease is Up Thanks Guys

First time here bringing my vehicle in for service. It will definitely be the last. Over 3 hours for an oil change is not the type of service I was expecting.

Excellent staff. Jorge is the best service advisor I ve had in a very long time. I used to get my car serviced at other dealers and I m very happy I switched to Ray Catena. They are professional, and your vehicle gets repaired the right way. Management really cares about making customers happy and even the people that greet you are friendly and hospitable. This place is all around great!

The service rep and cashier were great to good care of me so my rating is for them. As for the rest I give a 1star after I found a small scratch on the molding that was not there before. And the floor mats were still wet from being washed. More than likely a valet but it's small and not a major scratch. But you should be more careful with someone else property.

This is the worst place you can bring your vehicle to. Every time it s in this service department it leaves with some type of body damage. I recently brought my car there and they scratched it. All of a sudden they don t have photos of my car and they are trying to say I brought it in this way. Mike Siecienski is the manager there and of course he is trying to cover up his service people whom did scratch my vehicle, they are careless and rude, the worst that exists .DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, I promise you will leave with some type of damage!!! This place has no respect for you or your vehicle!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

i take my car here for service and its not the best customer service but they have loaners IN THE PAST so ive continued to take my car here because of that. now i have almost a flat tire and they have no loaners to get my car serviced there. i explained i cannot be without a car because i have to work and take my child from and to daycare and i asked if they could at least try to find a loaner and i never heard back from MARK. I called again today and suddenly MARK IS out on vacation until next week. THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT RETAINING CUSTOMERS.

Today I went to BMW of Westchester and let me be the first to tell whoever is reading this. They are amazing people and they work with their customers. I was helped by Joseph Puleio. He is such a humble and nice person. He will always be my service representative. They did a good job by repairing my car and it is working so smoothly. I appreciate their service. I give them 5 stars across the board

Tried to order some parts. They were very busy. I got passed around between Parts and Service 3 times. When Parts finally picked up (and I could tell I was on speakerphone) there was so much background noise the rep couldn't hear me so he hung up. They seemed very scattered. I would say outside of making an appointment, go to the dealership. You may get a better result.

Daniel Grecco is patient, helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. We bought two cars from him. He found us cars within our price range and provided sound advice. We are pleased with the service from him and everyone else at the Westchester BMW.

Eli was EXTREMELY helpful and my savior. I usually tend to go to the BMW of Manhattan since I work close by. My car was making noises around the right tire. Everytime I drove, turned the wheels, etc. I would hear noises. Frank Worrell said my shock mounts were damaged and it had effected my shocks. This didn't make sense, because my shocks didn't feel different when I drove. There was a sound, but it didn't feel like there was damage. I asked for a loaner and they told me they would charge me $900 to my credit card. Steep. After driving multiple cars in my life time, you know if your shocks are damaged. This felt wrong. 1 week later, I finally got a call back from Frank.� He tried to charge me $3,500 for shock mounts, both shocks in the front (even though they said the damage was on one side), and labor. The pieces were $1,500. The rest was labor. WOW. My brother experienced great service in Westchester, and told me I had to check them out before making my decision. He also told me the guys at the service department get a cut from what they sell you. I should've knownWhen I get to Westchester BMW, I� meet Eli. She asked me if I needed a loaner. I said yes, and they didn't charge me anything. They only took my credit card information in case I got a ticket or didn't pay for tolls. 2 days later, Eli gave me a call back saying the noise was gone and they replaced the piece. I was lost at first because she didn't tell me how much it would cost. When I asked how much, Eli said the noise was coming from a damaged strut mount. They replaced it for FREE because it was still under my warranty. She was also very thorough with any questions or concerns that I had. Not only was the service quick, but they didn't try to rip me off for something covered under warranty. I have found my home. I will never be going to Manhattan again. I hope no one else falls for their trap

Absolutely the best place to get service, Benito is always super helpful and he takes care of every single detail that the car needs. He is always nice and his 30+ year experience makes everyone feel so comfortable in regards of what needs to be done for their car.For every Bmw service location that i have been this is the most clean and most updated facility, but the costumer service is what makes me come back, especially Benito.

I moved out of state for school. When I called Tim Stone to inquire about a possible mix-up at the dealership, he quickly responded and got me the help I needed. Thank you for your good work and continuing to make my BMW experience a pleasant one. Will keep you in mind when I come back!

Had such a wonderful experience here and highly recommend Rashane. He was professional, courteous, and not salesy in that annoying way. He totally heard everything I said and helped me get the best deal possible. Car salesmen often get a bad rep but Rashane is the reason they should have a good one!

I have brought my car in to this establishment for a number of years for all of the service to my BMW. I generally wait there while they perform the service as the waiting area is very comfortable. Note that you pay for the good service as BMW parts are not cheap and they have fairly high labor rates.

Bought my 535 in 2010 since then had to bring in for minor help at the service area for instance bluetooth connection- knobs that fell off . Edwin Tavares in service has always helped me without hesitation Been courteous and service oriented. See him if you have a problem-Dr Tomack

This place has the worst customer service in all of ny ive been to alot of different dealerships for service im a 750 g 11 customer they always gv me a 3 series for a loaner car there cofee sucks facility looks old as hell service manager is very rude he cares more about selling his cars than servicing a customer i wouldnt reccomend service here to anyone very rude and uncourteous a honda dealer will treat you better try going to pace or greenwich wayBetter service check the reviews come here at your own risk
