The Best shop! Honest! Reliable! I was worried about my car noise since Summer. When I went to other mechanic, they pretended they don t know. But Bart told me that my car had weird sounds the minute I got into his shop. I googled the price for the parts he mentioned and it was good price. I WILL definitely go there again for my precious car. Amazing!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Side view mirror repair, Auto detailing, Oil change

2nd year I did NYS inspection for my 2011 Mazda3 here. Also oil change and some general checkups. Best service I ve ever had, professional and honest. Will not go anywhere else.

Bart has been taking care of my family's cars for decades. If I could award him more than 5 stars, I would. You can't find a more skilled and honest auto mechanic than Bart. You can trust that he knows how to solve your car's problem, and will do it at a fair price. I've brought several of my vehicles to Bart's for various services. Each time I've been met with great patience even when busy and excellent service all around. Bart's is a trustworthy repair shop and I highly recommend them for both foreign and domestic repairs/maintenance.

After moving up to White Plains, NY, I needed to get 2 automobiles inspected. I researched available inspection stations, and settled upon Bart's Auto Service. Bart was most pleasant and professional and gladly inspected both automobiles. He is a true gentleman with GREAT TRAITS of integrity, professionalism and what a master mechanic is all about. Excellent auto service businesses are hard to come by. You'll leave Bart's Auto Service knowing that you received excellent, honest and affordable automotive work. I will be a loyal customer as long as Bart's Auto Service is around.

Bart is friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great service. He did all bunch repairs to my Point Trans Am. He repaired the malfunctioning dashboard gauges, Steering wheels pump, headlights, and other stuff. I brought my truck in for an oil change, checkup, and tire repair after moving to New York. The tire was too damaged to repair, so he gave me a new tire at cost. At the same time my wife and I went and got the car registered in New York. When I came back Bart said he would take care of the inspection while the tire was finished so we wouldn't need to wait more time. We moved from a state that didn't require front plates so our truck had never had a front plate on it, so I went and got a plate bracket from the Ford dealer and Bart installed it for me without an appointment. When I asked him what I owed, he just shook my hand and said "Nothing, you're good." You want a customer for life, because that's how you get a customer for life. To top it all off, all of the work was reasonably priced and done well. We had a family friend doing our auto service before we moved, and were thrilled to find Barts. If you're in Westchester, take your car to Bart's for service.

Had head gasket repair done on my '08 Subaru Legacy and the job was fantastic. They were thorough and replaced what was necessary and then some. I've known Bart for almost 25 years and he has service at least 3 vehicles over the duration. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest which attributes to why he is successful. He stands behind his work and is just an overall great guy,Chris

Had a flat tire and needed a mechanic close to metro north in case I needed to leave my car there over night. Made an appointment, came in, and they took my car immediately. After a quick inspection it was determined I had a broken tire valve and it was promptly repaired. They could have convinced me I needed my tire replaced which would mean I'd need at least two tires replaced or that I needed my rim replaced and therefore made a lot more money. However, they were honest and when all was said and done it cost me $23. I guarantee if I went to a large change like Sears, I would have been fleeced. I am a big fan of local mechanics and body shops.Small but airy, bright, and clean waiting area that didn't smell like a body shop. I will return if necessary!

Bart serviced my 1992 Nissan Maxima for 20 years and he now services my 2013 Honda Accord. He is the rarest find - an honest mechanic. Professional and a genuinely great guy. I've referred others to him.

Had a broken valve stem on my front driver's side tire. Called him, drove in about 10 minutes later. he had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes for $20. Good guy.

I m from out of town I went to him. he charged me $674 for wheel bearing hub and break pads, I picked my car up when I got on the expressway the car was making the same noise. I took it back the next day he said he had to get me another part that something went wrong with the first part, and he told me that my axle would have to be fixed once I made it back to buffalo, to get home and find out that all he did was jimmy up the car for me to make it back home now I have to pay for the same job twice on top of he over charged me by $360, it s sad that these car places are still taking advantage of women when we put our trust in them, I will be taking him to court.

Was my first time here, just for mounting winter wheels. Obviously not a complicated job by itself but owner seems like a good guy and shop is well organized, price is very fair. Will come again!

Reasonably priced, and they eventually got the job done. But it took twice as long as they said it would, and I was only there to some new tires.
