This place is absolutely fantastic. Why? The customer service is excellent. The workers that are here are dedicated, helpful, and sincere. We've used this AutoZone for many years but today I got the opportunity to actually go in and get a battery and was helped quickly, efficiently, and thoughtfully. We can ask for more when purchasing something and having great customer service. When you leave a place with a smile on your face with something as important as replacing a battery, it says something about the professional environment of these workers. There was a trust factor involved and there was an immediate sense of comfort. Don't even hesitate if you need something from them. They all worth it in every respect.

Great customer service. Very nice employees.I needed a new bulb for my car, I was the first person in the door at 7am. I received help finding my item, as well as some advice related to installing it.I will definitely come back to this store. Huge thank you to the staff!

Needed new wiper blades-I love they they will change them for free! When I went to give the guy a tip he said no, no just give us a good review online!Efficient, kind and helpful!

Ask if i was to buy a battery for my key could they install it for me and the guy said no as if it was huge deal. Went to the AutoZone on central ave and they did it no problem. Every time i try to bite the bullet and come to this location i leave disappointed every time. The central ave location has better customer service for sure!

Came in today for a car battery that needed to be changed asap. The whole crew took great care of me and changed the battery. Manny was awesome and did it in a flash!Thanks you Autozone White Plains

Needed a new battery, had to wait around about an hour for an install but besides that it was easy and everyone I talked to was helpful. They say you get $20 back if you give them your old battery which is great, but after review of the receipt it seems like there was an EXTRA $20 'core' charge. So not really sure the customer is actually getting anything out of it. For that I'd rate it only FOUR STARS but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it's just something more complicated than what I see on the receipt.

If I could give them zero I would , there was a time this AutoZone in greenburgh was the place to go . However, since a new group has taken over it sucks . Clueless and not helpful.went in for oil and the person didn t seem to know what oil to give me ...today I went to for replace batteries , the person helping tried to pass off the job to the same clueless person I had yesterday after staring at the screen not sure what to type in to find out the type of battery I needed. When ask if they could change them for me the answer was no .. their excuse, there was a problem with one customer. If every business stopped great customer service because of one person . Everyone would be out of business..I left and went down the street to Das.. great service and helpful..Das is the place to go if you want great service Booooo AutoZone .. shameful

Horrible customer service. Called at 9:40 to make sure the store is open and they had the part. They confirmed and said they were open till 10. I told them I am on my way and to get the part ready to avoid keeping them. They confirmed. I rush and drive 15min to get there and arrive 5min before 10. Yet upon arrival, they shut the door in my face and say they "close when they close" to come back tomorrow. Extremely unprofessional. If you give someone your word, you should keep it, let alone sticking to the advertised hours of the business. I will no longer be visiting this autozone.

I would like to thank manager of this store. My brake caliper fell off my Explorer while driving home to Massachusetts from South Carolina. They were able to assist me in getting back on the road.Luckily for me, they were the only parts store open.Thank you guys so much for the help.

Visited autozone today. ERIC is honestly the best employee autozone has. He was very kind and efficient he showed my little one how to change the back lights and fished out the front lines thank you!!!! Give that kid a raise !

I recently visited AutoZone and was greeted by a gentlemen named Daniel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted me with a diagnostic on my car and was nice enough to explain every error to me. This made me happy to understand all the issues my car is having as a woman. I will definitely return to the location if I need help.

Met a wonderful employee named Daniel who went over and beyond. He was nice and was not bothered when asked many questions. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns in which I appreciated. I recommend anyone to this location.

Do not ever try to buy car parts from the AutoZone in Greensburg NY they never have anything in stock and when you order it they tell you next day and then it never comes. Just so you can buy it. And a lot of the parts they get break. I've brought struts twice from them within a year and they broke both times.What a waste of money and there warranty won't allow you to upgrade to better so told to me by the misinformation giving employees. If it's not for something really simple don't do it. This specific store sucks.

I am very disappointed in this store, I asked a gentleman do put my light bulb, the gentlemen lied and said my light was to down mind you it was done in the other autozone. I ended up having to take my car to Ossining autozone to change the light bulb and was obvious the gentlemen lied about the light being down. You guys should get works that won t lie to get out of doing work. I will be sure not to go back to this store and go to Ossining where they actually value the customer and not just taking my money,

I needed to replace my car battery, and I called ahead to ask if they would be able to do it at the store. By the time I arrived, two sales associates were standing outside waiting for me, ready to do the job. I could not ask for a better experience thanks to the team at this store. I've been shopping here for years and I highly recommend this location. Awesome work to everyone on the team.
