Great care and great service. Very knowledgeable techs also. They're able to give you suggestions for the best possible service as well as alternatives to fit in your price range. They also work very quickly and get your vehicle back to you within a reasonable amount of time. The care and concern they show are also top-notch. We recently lost both of our vehicles when a tree branch fell on them. They were very courteous and sympathetic as they helped us through that entire process, including removing the plates before the cars were hauled off to the junk yard. I highly recommend this company.

Joe and team at A & C was very professional and was extremely helpful to get my car fixed. Definitely recommend! Also, I was in a complicated situation where I only had 3 business to fix my car and return to the dealer as my lease was ending; Joe and team went out of the way to accommodate my situation and got my car done right on time. Given the damage to my vehicle, I was honestly very surprised that it was done on time!

Got my car fixed here after an accident and they used duck tape to fix the wires inside my car which is now causing mechanical issues. Thankfully, Mazda figured out the issue and corrected the poor job A&C did.

Had an unfortunate incident with my car being assaulted by the door of another car in a parking lot. Their insurance was Geico, who sent me to A&C Auto body for an estimate and repair. Before agreeing to have my 6-month-old car repaired here I read the reviews, it all seemed quite positive.They assess the damage, and concluded that it needed to be repaired and couldn't be removed through PDR. The insurance company agreed to pay for it, and A&C did a fantastic job, you can't even see where the damage was or that the car has been repaired which is exactly what you want.Joey was amazing, and a car guy who you could tell, cares about cars as much as I do. If you care about your car you want somebody fixing it who cares about it as much as you, and is going to fix it the way they would fix it for themselves.Overall I was very satisfied with my experience I got my car back sooner than expected. I hope not to have to come back again and see Joey, but if that is the case, I know where I'm going to be taking my car, or my wife's car, or my kid's car, or any car.

Brought my car here through a geico claim for an accident I wasn t at fault for. Flawlessly easy process from start to finish. The rental car was set up for me from the start, good communication, rear bumper on my car was done in a week and they did a complimentary interior cleaning. 100% would recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They have worst customer, service, in the body shop industries. They promised to be repaired vehicles within a week and it took almost 2 weeks. Whenever I call that when my vehicle will be prepared, they were saying in the morning. And next day they were saying afternoon, and Vincent said that after eight 4:30 PM. Finally, I got my vehicles. It was frustrating to deal with these auto shop. I will never ever go to the shop for the estimate estimator is coming just for two minutes . They are expensive as well. Even the insurance is paying to them, but they are very expensive. Hopefully I will never use them in my whole life.Service: Body & Trim

Steer clear of this place and do not believe the positive reviews. This pit is teeming with liars and incompetence. They kept my car for nearly two weeks and did no work on it while supposedly waiting for parts. So why hold onto my car instead of giving it back until the parts arrived? They didn t want me taking my business elsewhere, so they kept my car hostage until I got a third party involved. I am thoroughly disgusted and do not recommend A&C Auto to anyone but my worst enemies.

Working with A&C was one of the worst experiences I have ever had taking my car to a body shop. I was in a small fender bender in April 2022. There was minor damage to the front grill and the major issue was that the sensor on the front of my car was damaged. In trying to fix my car, the employees at the shop made false promises about how long it would take to be completed and when things will be finished. They fixed my car after having it for about 6 weeks, but when it was returned to me the sensor was not calibrated and therefore not working and the front headlight was not working. When I brought it back to them they told me it would be fixed in one day. I brought it back over three times, was always told one day and it was never fixed. Finally, they took my car to another auto shop in Ardsley without my permission or knowledge, to complete the work that they were unable to do. At this point it was discovered that they had used faulty equipment which caused a shortage to the lights altogether. I was told again the car would be fixed in two days. I did not get my car back for five days. It is now August 2022 and I am finally getting my car back and fixed. At no point did this body shop offer reasonable explanations for why there were so many delays nor did they offer compensation by means of a discount or offering a rental/temporary vehicle to use. I went to this shop because it was suggested through my insurance and I will absolutely never go there again. Besides all of the details already listed, dealing with the owner was a disaster. He was rude, disrespectful, and from my perspective, a little misogynistic. I will never bring my car here again and I hope that no one else will have to experience the months of back-and-forth nonsense that I had to deal with.

I was really happy with A & C! They made it simple and easy. Great customer service and a very professional team. Joe and Daniel were very friendly and easy to interact with. Great service. Friendly staff. Good experience with a serious matter involving insurance issues after an accident. They took care of me and made sure to provide me with information, instructions on my steps to take. Everything was professionally handled, and I was given top notch service for a complex situation. And of course, they took good care of my car, and did a great job making it look like new!

My front bumper and fog light needed replacement and I took it to another body shop that told me I would have at least a 5 day turnaround, and didn't care at all that I would be paying out of pocket for a rental. That wasn't gonna happen. I instead reached out to A&C and they totally blew me away with their personalized service by ordering the parts in advance, cutting down on the days in the shop, and making my car a priority, due to my rental situation. They have Enterprise on-site so the rental process was a breeze, and I was driving my car again in less than 2 days! To top off the great service, they washed and vacuumed it as well! I hope I don't get in another accident again, but if I do, i will definitely got o A & C Autobody again! Thank you Anthony and Will!

A&C Autobody in White Plains was excellent! I went to them with auto-body damage due to a car accident b/c Geico (my insurance company) is actually on-site there doing assessments. They have an email communication system that alerted me as soon as there were any changes to the status of my car or claim - it saved me time and was really informative and helpful. The staff was always friendly,accommodating, patient and knowledgeable about my car every time I called to check on it. Service was relatively quick and the job that got done was done perfect! I would highly recommend this business.

Needing an auto body shop is not something most folks need routinely, as it was for us. Add to that that we are new to the area and we were really at a loss regarding choosing a shop to repair our new Subaru. Geico recommended A&C so we got an estimate... got another estimate from a different shop, prices were very close so we took a chance and went with A&C. All went well, very nice work, no complaints about workmanship at all but mostly was the friendly service. Unfortunately, within a couple of months i then wrecked my other car and again needed body work. Again, great workmanship and very friendly service. I highly recommend A&C Auto Body.Editing my review...Had to return 3 times for corrective work on my original repair on the first car...1. Paint not applied well and had to repaint within a day or two2. Aftermarket taillight leaked within a few weeks and filled with water, they replaced with a OEM assembly3. Nov 2019 had to return as original paint job showed rust bubbles.They immediately offered to repair the bad paint job for free. I asked them to fix a couple of unrelated small dents in the same area. They quoted $350,i said yes and work was done.They did not repair all the small items and are now saying that the unprepared small damage was on a bumper skirt, not the quarter panel they agreed to fix.So I paid $350 to repair poor workmanship and a couple of other small items and the did not repaint the small ding on the adjacent bumper skirt... only 4-5 inches adjacent to the repair work they just did.No call to say.... Hey mister, do you want this fixed? We did not include this in the estimate and are not fixing this issue a few inches below...Very disappointed.If you use these guys, document everything that is said, take pictures and have them sign off on exactly what you are getting done.

This Auto Body shop is by far the best in Westchester County. Amazing work ! Everyone is so nice and very professional. I read previous reviews and this is how I picked this auto body shop, plus my car insurance backs this place 100%. My car looked like it just got off the showroom floor! Not one thing I'd change. I highly recommend going here for any car body work.

Waited 30 minutes for an appointment for an estimate on a Geico claim. Whoever works in the office wasn't in to open, and the cleaning crew just said they would "probably be in soon."

Had some car problems on our way back to New Jersey, stopped in because Google said this shop was local. Everyone was helpful and attentive, service was quick and easy. The gentleman took our car and got us back on our way promptly.I would easily go back if I lived locally. Great impression, great service.

Phil and his team are truly professional.� After someone caused bumper damage to my new car it now looks as though it just left the showroom floor.Danielle kept me informed at every step, which I appreciated immensely.Really great to go to a body shop that you trust.Side note: there is a Geico office inside the body shop if that happens to be your insurance company.Update: I was sorry to learn that Phil left for a position closer to home.The new guy Anthony, is a pleasure to deal with.

Our car was sent to this place by Insurance company for body work, at the conclusion of repair we had to tow the car to a mechanic shop because while the car was in their possession the fuel pump failed. A&C doesn t take responsibility and referred us to mechanic shop. Consider this before leaving your car with them, specially if your car is not under warranty.

Just picked up my car this morning and they repaired a dent in my door. The car looks amazing and like brand new! So happy and it only took 2 days. I would recommend them to anyone!

We ve used AC quite a few times over the course of 25-30 years. And this time was no exception....First and foremost is quality of work. You would never know there was a repair and we ve never had to go back because the repair wasn t done properly. Price is always fair and the staff is always respectful and courteous.
