I cannot thank Claycomb Auto Sales Inc enough for the kindness and selflessness they showed me to help me out of the awful situation I was in with a prior dealer.I gave them quite the list of what suv & perks I was looking for they exceeded it while keeping me in my budget, made the process quick and easy, and made sure I wasn t going to be upside down in my loan!Superb customer service I cannot say enough good things about Sewell & Kim, I cannot thank them enough.I will be back every time. No questions asked.

Today I took delivery of my "New To Me" 2021 Ford Explorer from Claycomb Auto Sales! I had been looking at the 23's and for ALMOST 20K less I bought the 21 that is PRISTINE and couldn't have had a smoother, more pleasant experience with Kim and Sewell. He's just as pleasant and down to earth as he is in the commercials. If you like to do business local, here in the Mohawk Valley, these are your people. They're certainly mine. Thanks Claycomb!

The was possibly the quickest vehicle buying transaction we ve ever had. We went and looked at a truck on a Saturday. The owner was there and not once did he try to sell the truck. He simply told us the details and answered our questions. He was never pushy nor did he hover (those sales people are the most annoying). We called back Monday morning and said we wanted it and drove it home Wednesday afternoon. Everything went so smooth.If you re looking for a good vehicle buying experience, please pass those big dealerships and give these guys a chance. We even got some goodies!!

Claycomb is very friendly. They make you feel comfortable in the whole experience. They take care of everything for you. They listen to the customer and are true to what they say. You can't beat their amazing warranty that comes with your new ride. As a first time customer I'd definitely be a return customer in the future. I'm proud to have them located in my home town.

From the moment I called, the owner had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go test drive. He was extremely friendly and funny and not pushy what so ever like some of the other dealerships locally are. His employee Kim was super helpful and friendly as well. 20/10 recommend getting a vehicle here! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and great prices!

We found it very easy to do business with Claycomb Auto Sales. We got a fair trade for our vehicle and received more benefits than we expected with our "new" truck. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely competent. They were service-minded, diligent and accommodating. Low over-head makes for a more personal business transaction. Their integrity was evident in that they will only sell you a SAFE and affordable vehicle that suits YOU. With no pretense, we stated what we were looking for and they made it happen. It was simple, efficient and very satisfying.

After a disappointing experience with a different local dealership, we visited Claycomb auto sales. The salesperson was out for the morning, but the service guy, Luke, told us to look around. If we wanted to drive anything he would set us up. We ended up test driving 2 vehicles. I left my name and number, and the saleswoman, Kim called me back that morning. After only 2 days, and without having to leave my house again... I came home with my new car today!They gave me a great value for my trade in, helped with my bank and insurance, and set me up with a sweet warranty. I highly recommend Claycomb auto sales on Rt 233. Of all my vehicle purchasing experiences, this business was, by far, the easiest, hassle free, most friendly and professional transaction my wife and I have ever encountered. Kim (sales) and the service staff took care of every detail including trade-in and financing needs. I can't thank them enough for making my truck purchase such a great experience. I drove it off the lot two days later!

Always a welcoming atmosphere here even without a sale. Bought two cars from Claycomb four+ years ago (2015 Honda Pilot and 2016 Subaru Forester - still running awesome) and had a great experience. On purchasing the vehicles back then, there were a couple requests for repair that were accomplished with no problems (driver mirror / replacement owner manual on the Pilot and battery on the Subaru). Decided to stop a few days ago as the Pilot had lost a chunk of paint above the windshield. Owner was fantastic to talk to and work with once again. Had a discussion over a few minutes as he had multiple people buying or trading in vehicles. Owner was super friendly and patient with everyone and after our discussion took the Pilot in to a Honda dealer as the paint was still under factory warranty due to a recall! Will definitely look to Claycomb when a new vehicle is needed!

Just bought my sixth vehicle from Claycomb. It s always a great experience. No pressure or typical used car salesman tactics from them. They always give us a great trade-in value for our vehicles. Claycomb makes buying a car painless and that is why I keep going back. Sewell is an all around good guy. They also have a top notch service department that you can trust and will get your vehicle back to you quickly.

Bought our third car from Claycomb because I always know we'll get a fair price. More importantly, it's the best service around! If anything happens to my vehicle I trust Claycomb to fix it, even if it means in my driveway

My purchase last week was another relaxed, no pressure experience with the folks at Claycomb Auto. The vehicle was delivered in near show room condition. The service department has been great. They are reliable, honor appointment times and everyone is friendly. My previous purchases have all worked out well, with no major problems. Highly recommend that your check this dealership out.

Kim was extremely helpful; Knowledgeable and great to work with. She was patient with our requests to view several of the vehicles offered on their lot. We had an idea of what we wanted for comfort. Sewell is awesome to work with. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from the dealership. He is never pushy and we love chatting with him. His service dept has serviced all our vehicles. The last thing we had done was new tires and the tire company sent the wrong size of tires. Sewell was very apologetic and is taking care of getting the correct tires and getting our car back in the shop. I would highly recommend buying a car from Claycomb.

If I could rate this business a million stars, I would. As a first time car buyer I was stressed to the max. The owner was so kind and had a great sense of humor. He made my buying experience as stress free as possible. If panic was a person, it would be me. I've been doing business with Claycomb Auto Sales since Sewell first opened his business on Rte.5 in Kirkland. I hate the car buying experience which is why I buy from Claycomb. Buying a car from Claycomb is a stress free fact based business discussion. Sewell has a very large return customer base because he listens and works hard to find the vehicle that will make you happy. Happy customers come back. Sewell has made the car buying experience pleasant. He stands behind the vehicles he sells and he stands behind the service his team provides. At Claycomb Auto Sales there are no games, no checking with the Manager, ....just a small business that is committed to growing by taking care of their customers first and always.

I bought a truck here in June and couldn t be happier. I saw the truck I wanted on a Friday afternoon and by Monday it was purchased and I drove it home that day. I also needed a quick service before a vacation and they got me in immediately. Excellent sales and service and they go the extra mile for their customers. From the moment I walked in til the time I picked up my SUV, my experience was non-problematic. Sewell couldn't have been more easy going. The vehicle I purchased I absolutely love and he gave me the best trade in offer that he could for my 2013 Lincoln Navigator. I encourage consumers to check out his inventory and give him a call.

The only honest car dealer I've ever come across. I have bought 3 cars here and see no reason to go anywhere else for my next one. Kudos!Update 11/3/22: Excellent car selection, friendly staff, honest repair work, and just an all-around fun place to hang out. Oh, and a wonderful warranty with each car sold. We started to look for a new truck and when you go in they really listen to your price range and all the details you want.The staff and customer service you get here is "exceptional."They take the time to listen to your needs in buying a new vehicle. Honest and polite staff who go above and beyond to make you happy.I highly recommend this company when your looking around for a new car or truck.
