I m from out of town, having problems with my Jeep breaks, they were super helpful and when they did not have a part I needed in stock they told me where I could find it. 5 stars! Great service!

This is the most unorganized Napa I ve ever been to, they do not even know where things are. I ve called in advance serval times and they still have problems tracking things. They need to do an inventory shutdown. I recommend having lots of patience when coming here.

On a late, absolutely blisteringly hot afternoon I was desperate to find a replacement battery for my 2006 Harley. An internet search showed one an hour away in Buffalo. They had one and saved the day! And it was all in a day's work for staff here. Great job!

Always very helpful, extremely clean, and very courteous service, every single time I walk in their doorway! I am not sure if I can actually say that about any other business..now that's a very sad, sad, sad thing..

I bought a battery before measuring and you took it back even though you didn't have the right size battery to sell me. And not having the right battery is why I gave a 4.

Call ahead for parts most times with bigger trucks....they have to order them, other wise good place
