I want to first start out by saying this was by far the best experience that I have had with a car company. I ve been to many other and not one of those companies compares to how I was phenomenally treated at Westbury Toyota. From the moment that I walked in I was greeted with such grace and respect. I did have an appointment already scheduled with Denni who took the utmost care of me. Denni went above and beyond to make me understand what I was buying. Mind you this was my first time buying a car so I truly had no idea but obviously my mother knew what to look for. Denni was patient with us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted until I found the perfect one for me, which I truly appreciated. He didn t just try to sell me something right away, he genuinely worked with me. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and happy to say to be a part of the Toyota lifetime, specifically the Westbury Toyota family. I can t wait to work with them more. Thank you again Westbury and especially Denni for helping me find my perfect car

My parked car was totaled a couple of weeks prior to coming here and I had to get a car real soon. I ve been dead set in getting a EV because I get free electricity from the sun and I have a super off peak plan from my utility company, so it made sense to go full electric. I had already gone to the new Tesla showroom that opened in Westbury and the instant state and federal tax rebate on the Model Y made it a very attractive offer.This was also the first time I went to a Car dealership without a referral from anyone or someone who had a friend that work at one. I did some research on the vehicles I was looking for from various dealers before deciding to come here. I was also dead set on gettjng a Tesla Model Y prior to coming in and taking a look just to see what s available.I needed a practical daily driver and wasn t looking to spend more than I need to for the car. Chris Sumba was the first sales person to come and greet me while the other sales people just stared at me. Maybe I looked weird, who knows?Chris was eager to help and showed me vehicles that would suit what I was looking for. He was very patient too. We then settled on the Corolla SE AWD Hybrid. They were closing soon, so we told him we will be back tomorrow morning and will bring my kids to look at the vehicle also.We came back the next day and Chris remembered us. Unfortunately the car we wanted was just sold. But then, Chris said that they have one more and pulled it into the showroom. We were so relieved.Then we talked price, Chris played the old, Let me ask my manager. routine, LOL . We agreed on the price and went through the financing.I have to say, this was actually one of the smoothest and easiest buying experience from the browsing to the financing and to driving out the lot the same day that I have ever experienced. We couldn t be happier with our purchase.

I purchased a 2024 Crown Limited and had a completely positive experience thanks to my salesperson Kelly Castellanos. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in making this an enjoyable process. Also thanks to Luis Bono in finance for getting all the final paperwork done. This is my first Toyota purchase and I m sure I ll be back soon to replace my 2012 Pilot!

By far we had the best experience buying our brand new Toyota Sienna from Westbury Toyota dealership. Everything from the dealership itself, to the staff, and to our salesperson Cassie. The dealership showroom is clean, spacious, and have a great number of vehicles on display. Cassie was super nice and super easy to work with. Even after the sale, she followed up with us to ensure that everything was running smoothly and offered to help with any additional needs or questions that arose. She made our car buying experience a memorable one. I would highly recommend Cassie and Westbury Toyota to take home a new car.

Chris Sumba (Salesman) and Alex Eitan (Finance Manager) were extremely helpful during the entire process. I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before and all the in-and-outs were explained well enough for me to decide what worked best for me. Chris even spent a whole Sunday with us on New Year's Eve, no less, to show me both new and pre-owned cars. He worked with Alex to show me the various payment plans and get my loan approved. Alex was very thorough with the finance end of things. He had answers for all my questions and was very upbeat. I got a good deal and a car that I really enjoy driving. I am beyond happy!

Great experience at westbury Toyota I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to get into a new car Fredy Popal was great he showed me all the bells and whistles in my 2024 Toyota rav4 XLE. He was with me through the whole process. Luis bono the financial expert hooked me up with a great deal and very sound advice. Overall a great place to go very chill vibes I can see why I was recommended to go there. Very happy with my experience at westbury Toyota.

What a great experience! Seamus was a superb salesman! He walked me around the car - front to back, inside and out - to be sure I understood all the features of the car. He was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.It was a pleasure working with Marluin going through all the paperwork. He was very personable and attentive to all of my questions.Highly recommend working with this team!

I recently purchased a pre-owned car at Westbury Toyota. My sales help was Elijah. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure i will find the car that just fits my needs. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the car and it's features. The rest of the dealership staff were nice and kind. My experience was positive and I would recommend this place to a friend.

A very good Toyota dealer, especially the dealer Melvin. My family and I bought our second Toyota here yesterday. He was very patient and detailed in answering many of my and my family s questions, and even replaced it for us. We bought cars in several colors to determine which one we like best, because many times the feeling of the pictures and the actual car are different. There was also road testing. I did test drives in the city and on highways, and Melvin was very patient and detailed in his explanations. . I have been to several Toyota dealers and this one is the best. No wonder the ratings on Google Maps are so high. Every good review is earned by the dealers enthusiastic, meticulous and thoughtful service. I strongly recommend everyone to go there if you need to buy a car. This store, especially Melvin, really does a good job. Of course I will also recommend my friends and neighbors to buy. Of course, there are some shortcomings. Yesterday may be a weekend and a holiday. They were very busy. We will follow up. The waiting time for registering a license plate is relatively long. If you don t have enough time, it is recommended to avoid weekends and holidays. Finally, I would like to thank the dealer Melvin again for helping me and my family choose a car that we like.

I was recently looking for a Toyota Corolla for my mother with a specific color, Underground I called roughly about 10+ Toyota dealers and no luck. Then I called Westbury Toyota. I was attended by Robert Southard. He let me know he will call me once he locates one that color for me. Within a day or two he called me with the great news that he had it in. I went the next day at 10am and by 10:40am I was out the door with the new car. Robert was great and super informative on everything. I highly recommend this location and highly recommend having Robert assist you, you won t be disappointed. Thank you once again Robert for getting my mother the car and color she wanted.

Chris Sumba. 3/2/24 was the most miserable day of this year. It was pouring heavy rain. Walked in Westbury Toyota drenched. Chris greeted and offered me towels to dry off /coffee and asked how could he assist me. I told him I was interested in a Grand Highlander. Chris grabbed a GH and took me for a test drive in the miserable rain. He went over all the details on the vehicle and offered me his business card.I was no rush to buy a vehicle. I've previously been to 5 other toyota dealers. Chris spent over an hour with me and treated me as a friend and no pressure.I bought the vehicle at Westbury.Chris made the experience worth it.

Kelly Castellanos Toyota was so helpful, she s is amazing, I will recommend her with anyone, the store it s clean chill and they have a frat environment, Kelly speaks Spanish and English, I found here specialized and very helpful counseling, I try so many dealers before coming in here and I will never come to a dealer, they do not care about clients, bad treat and I will always come and recommend here. I friend of mine referred me here and now I will reference here all my friends and family. Great team great experience thank you for everything

It was the best experience. Carlos Ummana helped me through the entire process from ordering the car until we finish the last paper work and setting up the car. Even after a month I contacted him for extra papers and he was very helpful and very responsive. Ah, Westbury Toyota, the car dealership that not only sells you dreams on four wheels but also throws in a free endurance test for their sales staff, especially if you re lucky enough to get Christian as your salesperson. Legend for surviving me as a customer. He had the patience of a saint and the resilience of a Nokia cellphone from the early 2000s.Highly recommend Westbury Toyota, my experience was wonderful! Both Christian and his team endured my TikTok researched haggling with a smile and were able to put me and my family into a safe, reliable, and sexy Grand Highlander! Looking forward to the finishing touches when my black rims come in

What a fantastic experience at Westbury Toyota. Our salesman, Fred, made us feel very welcome and worked with us in regards to which vehicle we wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable in order to choose which vehicle was right for us. He made the whole entire process of purchasing a vehicle smooth and stress free. We ended up purchasing a 2024 Toyota Camry LE. Will definitely be visiting him and Westbury Toyota again for repeat business!

My dad has been wanting to buy a Toyota for the longest time. Recently, the time had come for him to buy his next car. I went with him to Westbury Toyota to make that dream come true. From start to finish, the entire process with Westbury Toyota was transparent, fair, and enjoyable. We worked with William Chin and he was amazing to work with. Excellent dealer in special my sell person Kelly. She did everything to get the suv my uncle wanted. Excellent customer service at the time we get there everything was ready to sign and drive. Clean dealer, different model in stock to get the car we want and the best was Kelly work hard to get the MSRP PRICE WITHOUT ANY EXTRA FEES. Thanks so much for you help.

Excellent experience! My family had the pleasant to purchase their new Sienna car from the Westbury Toyota. People there are the nicest, From the moment you enter to the moment they hand you the keys. Special thanks to Ibtissam (Sami), she was our sales associate who helped us through everything. She walked us around and give us all the information and details of the car we chose. She also made sure to ease and smooth all the paperwork process besides the good deal that we ended up with. Much appreciation and respect to her and will definitely keep in touch. Sami is a big recommendation to anyone who needs help with buying a Toyota car.
