Great dealership to work with, everyone is very helpful. Depending on the work to be done it may take some time but quality of work is a 1st priority!!! Loaners are tough right now due to the recalls on several types of vehicles. But you will be kept informed on the progress of the vehicle. Definitely A+

As always another great experience with Westbury Jeep! Behi could not have been more helpful and accommodating. My husband and I test drove the wagoneer multiple times over the course of a few months and shopped around for other large SUVs. Never once did we feel pressured by Behi he was extremely patient and professional. The other dealerships we dealt with were either too pushy or showed zero interest unless we wanted to sign that day. A few didn t even offer us a test drive! After much research we ended up coming back and leasing the Wagoneer. From start to finish the transaction was seamless and professional. We had the best experience ever. We recommend Westbury Jeep to all our friends and family. Thank you Behi, Cosmo, and Kazi!

Wow. Just had the absolute rudest customer service person answer the phone when we called to inquire about bringing our Chrysler in for work. Wouldn t answer questions, had a terrible attitude, and basically has convinced us to never buy another car from the dealership. Impressively bad customer service.

If I could give them minus 5 stars, I would. I find it quite saddening that as a customer, one cannot trust businesses. Upon arrival, I sat down with the staff member who would be helping me. I told him that I was there for my car s yearly inspection, it was my very first inspection ever (first car) and it was supposed to be free. He started putting the orders in computer and asked if I wanted them to check the brake fluid while inspecting my car. He said it was recommended, not being familiar with all the aspects of a car s inspection, I said yes. Staff member made it sound like it was part of the free inspection and never mentioned any additional charges. I sat there for 3 hours until I was finally called to the front desk. There I was given the invoice which upon looking at showed I owed $$200 plus dollars! I went through so many emotions in the couple of seconds I had to react, I went from feeling confused to feeling betrayed and taken advantage of. Apparently, the brake fluid change wasn t free but for some reason the staff member thought it was okay to suggest it WITHOUT letting me know that it would be an additional charge. At that point, my car was already a few feet away from me, ready to go. Upon confronting the service center member about him not informing me that the recommended brake fluid change was not included in the inspection and I would have to pay $200+ for it, he had the AUDACITY to lie to my face and say he did mentioned the price. I was speechless. At that point, what was I supposed to say to them? Put back the old brake fluid back and take away the new one? I also didn t want to get arrested for refusing to pay even though I was lied to. In retrospect, I should have refused to pay because they LIED to me. They took ADVANTAGE OF ME. They BETRAYED ME AND MY TRUST in them. This is why I am NEVER going back to westbury jeep service center. I have lost my trust and respect for them. I can t believe they re such sellouts, they rather gain a measly $200 dollars than keep a client who actually liked purchasing vehicles from them. To all first car owners, make sure to always ask if there are any additional charges when offered a free service. We have to lookout for ourselves because these places do not care about what s best for us as cliente but only about making a sell.

What a negative experience at this location with advisor Kelly. This place has a total disregard for customer experience and lacks accountability and customer service. My husband brought in our Jeep at 9am this morning to run diagnostics for a noise coming from under the hood. Yet, there was no appointment scheduled nevertheless the business chose to take the vehicle in and didn t set any expectations. We waited for a call and had to call them at 230 pm to check on updates and were told no updates yet and Kelly will be getting back to us. Waited two more hours for a call back and yet again we had to call for updates. Kelly was AGAIN unavailable to speak with us due to her lack of bandwidth however once we made them aware of us coming to pick up our vehicle we magically got a phone call back from Kelly sharing they were running diagnostics now. Interesting way of making money because from 9am till 430 pm and after two calls there were no updates on the vehicle however after we ve mentioned being our way to pick up our car, it s magically being worked on. It s disgusting how customers are poorly treated for services they re paying for. This will be the last time at this location. If as an individual, you value unprofessionalism, unreliability and lack of accountability, be our guest and go to Jeep at 111 Bond St in Westbury. Despicable service.

I would give this place a zero start if I could. I went to this place for service last month because my Jeep had a dashboard warning light. I took it in for diagnostics along with other regular maintenance. They quoted $370 for diagnostics, an exorbitant price just to identify the cause of the warning light. Again, Jeep is not a luxury brand. Reluctantly, I agreed, as they promised to waive the $370 diagnostic cost.After waiting for a couple of days with no updates, I decided to call them for an update. To my surprise, they wanted me to pay almost $11,000 to address the dashboard warning light, claiming that three components needed replacement. I promptly declined the offer due to the outrageous price. A few days later, I purchased an advanced OBD reader and discovered that only one component needed fixing. It became clear that they had lied and attempted to overcharge me.This service center, and my advisor Kelly in particular, are extreme dishonesty. They want to charge as much money as possible from customers. I strongly advise against going to this place for any services; go somewhere else, or you will regret your decision!

The best experience we ever had with the Westbury Service dealer. We unfortunately we didn t buy the car from them, but they took care of us very very good. I advise anyone and I m honest about this. If you going to buy any vehicle any brand belongs to the Chrysler Dodge ram Jeep to use Westbury Dealership. I cannot tell you how much they are good in term of service and respect the customer they treat you with a very loyalty

What deceitful costumer service for a place that claims they are #1. What s the point of making a service appointment to bring your car in only to arrive and be told the car won t even be looked at for 4 days and given the excuse there are 50 cars in front of you. Maybe tell the costumer when they make the appointment instead of wasting their time or you should change your business model of how you book a service appointment. I thought garden city jeep service was horrible, Westbury takes the cake.

I went to Westbury Jeep where Juan was my service contact. I had a terrible experience at Jeep Merrick Dodge Ram which is only a few minutes from my house and was so Happy I had the exact opposite experience with Juan. He was professional, courteous, explained everything about the problem with my car and told me how long it would take. He also called me and kept me updated. Two months later when I needed an inspection and oil change I did not go to Jeep Merrick around the corner. I went back to Westbury and had another great experience with Joseph on a Sunday. The guy was there working by himself and did not stop for a second. I was in and out so quickly. Highly recommend Westbury Jeep!

I got my car serviced here a few years ago, roughly around 2020/2021, for a malfunctioning radio. When I got it fixed, my car was given to me with the door panels lifting on all four doors as shown in the pictures. It has been like this for years and I bring it up every year I get the car inspected and maintained. Every time I am given the same response, that it is either "unrelated" or that it could have been "weather damage" but I know that it was neither: I got an interior service done and when I received my car back my interior looked like this. If this was just fixed this wouldn't be an issue, but the fact that I get told every year that I would be charged for it is unacceptable when the car was given to me looking like this. My one regret is not making a bigger deal of it when it happened, but this should not be an issue in the first place. After hearing again that there's nothing that can be done, the least I can do is leave this review up.

Juan was amazing. He went through the car and addressed everything possible. He set up a follow up appointment for me when the backordered parts come in so the car is taken care of right away.SUCH A BETTER EXPERIENCE HERE VS EAST HILLS CJD!

Service center, indeed! The amenities here while you're waiting for your vehicle are top notch. Always coffee, bagels, danish, tea. TV, newspapers and several seating options. Oil change in around an hour, no appointment necessary. One time I needed a repair that took longer and they got me an Uber home and back so I could wait at home. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Garbage. Loooong wait and you always leave with a couple of scratches on your car and with a SiriusXM subscription that you didn't ask for and they don't even tell you they put it on your car. You get an email "your subscription was activated". Good luck in getting rid of that. I'm sure the NY attorney general will love to hear this one.

Don t waste your time. The level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled. They get you to wait all day, put a deposit on a vehicle, and tell you it s in transit just to sell it to someone else! They also lied to me about it being damaged and needing to return it to the warehouse. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend anyone to deal with this dealership. Now my vehicle is due back from its lease tomorrow, and I have no new car. Scammers!

I do not recommend this place....I went for a diagnosis because I have problems with the ac of my Dodge Durango and they disassembled my car and did not put the parts in their place...also they did not cover my car with plastic and left a disaster...now i have problems with locking and unlocking my tailgate..also i have to pay to have them put all those parts back but i definitely wouldn't leave my car with them

I'll never buy a car from a dealer EVER again. My newest car ever I bought from this place. I never thought I'd have to open the rear doors to check for anything because it was jeep. I was wrong. RUST in the rear door jam. They almost didn't fix it. Not to mention I have parts floating around inside the rear hatch. You can hear when you open n close. What does that tell ya? I already pulled out a nut. Seems like a tail light was replaced or something else. And yet a clean car fax

I was hesitant to write this review only because the first visit with them was phenomenal and the staff at the desk and on the phone absolutely amazing every single time. The second time I brought my truck in , was to repair a front end issue. They replaced a minor part and said I was ok. About one month later my axle snapped and upper control arm broke causing me to lose steering of my vehicle. Had it towed in , they replaced the broken items as well as driving my truck into the lift and popped my front tire (they replaced it ). I received my truck back and apparently I guess someone thought my truck was a great place to sleep in. Seat all the way down to the back and it smelled like something I can t explain. I decided to let it go , things happen. I bring my truck in again for another issue with the front end turned out to be links. They drive my car out. I do a walk around and the side of my truck was side swiped. No , no one said anything !! Good thing I looked. It was definitely not hard to miss. It was then kept for body work. I was given a loaner ram which reeked so bad of weed that it made me nauseous but whatever , I didn t have to rent a car right ? Get my truck back. Here it is not far after , yet more noises from the front end. Guess what ? The links they put in were not tightened and now it s back in service as well as having a transmission issue. They are now replacing the transmission. I have a loaner for almost a month now waiting for my truck to be ready. I happened to go through a speed camera and the fine was $50. I obviously at fault have to pay , but they charged a $75 dollar fee on top. Really ? This was the hump that broke me. I can understand a service fee but $75 on top of the $50 fine ???? This is just robbery. With all the issues that I ve chosen to let go , I get hit over the head with a $75 service fee !! I think personally I have been extremely easy going with having to constantly return for the SAME front end noise , faulty repair , damage to my never before hit or painted truck and no negotiating the seriously wrong up charge on a summons. I will say this , the staff at the front desk . Amazing !!! Always courteous , always on top of things and I appreciate them. Sorry for the bad review only because they make it so hard to say something bad when they are so nice !!! But I m extremely upset over the damage to my truck , the constant return for the same issue and the being robbed by their should be illegal ( which I m looking into ) service up charge on a summons.

The BEST JCDR service center on Long Island. I was recently notified that my 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 had a recall on its backup camera. I originally made an appointment w a neighboring JCDR service center where I spent over an hour waiting to be checked in only to be told that to fix the recall it may lead to a lock up of my vehicle and it will need to be fixed over a number of days and I should make arrangements. After reiterating this information to my fianc� he advised I immediately leave and head over to WESTBURY. I was met at the Westbury JCDR service center by service advisor Dominick D and technician John G. After explaining to them what I had just been through they reassured me that there would be no lock out and the update will take no more then an hour, taking all my anxiety away. They also had my intake done in under 5 minutes and even noticed I was overdue for my inspection and took care of that as well. Amidst all this they showed me to the comfy waiting area where they had fresh breakfast pastries, rolls and plenty of hot beverages. They were true to their word and I was in and out in an hour. I can t recommend them more. Outstanding job. Thank you for saving the day!Service: Electrical repair

Made me drive 58 miles tolls and wasted gas to buy a part that was confirmed to be in their parts shop .. when I get there the lady at the front Kelly told me the price of the part and that it will be 900$ in labor but she can do it for 700 .. I felt scammed .. as a jeep owner Im ready to give up on them .. always some b.s ..by the way they didn t even have my part in stock !!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at the Westbury Jeep Service center. I brought my car in for safety recalls anda missing wheel flair molding. While the car is there I had them do an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. The first issue that arises when the service rep calls me to tell me the cost to fix the wheel flair molding. While explaining the cost he tells me it is because the piece has to be painted. This piece of my car is a piece of plastic with no paint on it. I have to call the service rep back and tell him I believe he is misinformed, and to please look into it futher. He calls me back and apologizes and reduces the price about $200.The second issue occurs two days later when I go to pick up my car, and they tried to return it to me with a tire pressure sensor broken. I tell the man who brings me my car that there is a red light in my dashboard and he said the other guy told me it was fine . It is extremely unprofessional to break something in a customers car and then try to give the car back without informing them of it. The next day I bring the car back (because I was told not to leave it that night) and they try to charge me $539 to fix the tire pressure sensor that was not broken prior to it being in their possession. When I expressed my displeasure they offered to lower the cost to $450. I turned down the service and brought my car elsewhere.The last issue is in regards to other recommended services I turned down. After my inspection I was called and told I passed inspection but had recommended services. I turned them down but documented the cost of each. Two days later I go back on the provided link to see the videos of the recommended services, and the prices of multiple services were lowered. This seems like they were trying to charge me inflated prices for these services.I am extremely unhappy about everything that occurred and I will not bring my car back. I do not trust a shop that initially overcharges you for a repair, does not inform you when your car breaks in their care, and does not offer to correct the issue appropriately. I also find the altered prices of the services very suspicious.

Thanks Dominick denovellis customer #214220 for fixing my truck without giving me hard time about warranty they fixed my truck for free and oli change and car wash I haven t washed my truck since I bought it almost 7 months ago and gave my truck cleaned and fixed even tho I couldn t get a loaner I m still satisfied I thought it was going to take a week like he advised but he did it fast in 2 days I was about to rent a car for the week and I was at checkout for almost $1,500 and Dominick called right there in the spot and he saved me $1,500 thanks Westbury jeep

I went to Westbury tonight Tues 10/10/23, because I have a 2022- Jeep Grand Cherokee WL, and all my sensors came on and I wanted to know why my salesperson was Steve, the first thing he asked was did I purchase the vehicle with Westbury.I told him I did not purchase this vehicle but I have bought 6- different Grand Cherokees in the past with Westbury and he confirmed it on his computer.I just wanted to have someone check out my vehicle and tell me what was wrong. Because I didn t purchase the new vehicle with Westbury, Steven started to tell me they have over 700- vehicles to repair and I would have to make an appointment for another time. Steven, then told me I could back my truck up to leave.They had 2- other salesman sitting down staring into space with no customers.This is why people don t go to dealerships, because they don t care about customers. They only want your last dollar and this place has the nerve to stay open until Midnight, not to help anyone. WESTBURY DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO DO BETTER.. SAD!!Service: Electrical repair

Liars, took my jeep for service and they lied about the free tire rotation, didn't wash my car, as of a matter of fact they left a large oil stain on my passenger leather seat, thank goodness it's leather b/c that could've permanently left a stain on a cloth seat

Regrettably, I did not have a positive experience here. I bought a Jeep grand Cherokee SRT from Westbury. One year after having the car all interior appliqu�s started peeling/cracking (known issue). My service advisor said that under a service bulletin the new parts would be covered, and that he would call me when they came in. Months went by with no call, and the next time I went in for a service he didn t appear to work there anymore. I asked about the parts again, and apparently the time spam for the service bulletin had expired and the parts are no longer covered. So although jeep knows that this is a manufacturing issue, because of a careless service advisor I m out of luck. These parts would total 2-4K to replace out of warranty. I m very disappointed in both westbury and the mopar family.

Keith was great and efficient with the service he provided. He kept me in the loop with everything going on with my Jeep and responded in a timely manner. Rose was also great and explained everything during the checkout process as well as set me up with a loaner car for a few days when my car was being worked on. Both Keith and Rose were extremely nice and professional throughout the entire process. I recommend anyone to ask for them when they are getting service done to their cars.
