By Far Best Autobody Shop. From time I dropped my car off, I was always kept informed. Rob the owner made my awful experience of my accident, make me feel from the second I contacted him that I was in great hands, not to worry about anything. I felt safe leaving my car there immediately. Sophia the receptionist was also very Nice and kept me up to date on my repairs. My car looks phenomenal, brand new again, clean and shiny and the body work 10++++++. Jimmy did an amAzing job and took his time explaining all details when I picked up my car. Highly highly recommend.

initially stopped by for a hood latch assembly issue which was caused due from poor work done at different collision shop. car was in poor shape, they worked with me to make everything right. car came back mint and cleaner than i've ever had it. quality work, good manager and great secretary!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I was referred here by a friend when I rear ended someone and needed a reliable body shop to repair my 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan. Sophie and Rob got me in immediately and helped me from the very beginning, step by step until the very end. Kept in communication with me with updates and when I got my vehicle back, It looked brand new! The facility alone is massive and clean and well established. Vintage Auto Body- The experience starts the moment you open up the door and walk inside. The waiting/ front desk area smells so fresh and clean, the aesthetics complimented the area, all around spacious and nice. My dad's vehicle was towed by this company after being in an accident. They were very accommodating. The customer service and communication was seamless. We arrived about 20 mins before closing to go and grab items from the car, My husband also needed new brake lights put in, and without hesitation they got it done. One of the staff (maybe owners) even showed us footage of the accident. They were also was willing to help us sought out all the extra details with the insurance carrier. If ever I'm in need of their service, they will be my number 1 pick!

Vintage Autobody was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great communication , step by step updates, always available by phone for any questions. Busy Busy Shop .Louis is Outstanding to deal with. When you walk in you get treated like the only customer they have. The work was phenomenal, The Quality great. Sorry guys about your experience, but anyone who dealt with Justin, he did a horrible job on my vehicle and was doing things without Robs knowledge, rob had to fix his mess, i was giving this guy money way in advance, he did a horrible job on my wrap, he did not do the things I told him to do. Rob completed my truck and I will not take it any place else but Vintage, they do fantastic work, Rob and Sofia are really cool and respectful. I'm getting ready to do more work with Vintage. Every advice Rob gave me for my truck was on point. I highly recommend Vintage for any type of body work etc.

I got into an accident and someone recommended Vintage. They were outstanding throughout the whole process. They towed my SUV , got me a rental and dealt with the insurance company directly, repaired my vehicle. When I would call with a question Sofia was very nice and answered all of my questions. If she didn t know the answer she would find out and got back to me immediately. The place is very professional and extremely clean and nice for an Autobody shop. Rob the owner and Sofia were great! I highly recommend Vintage.

Excellent service. Great prices almost 40 percent cheaper than some other reputable body shops. The fixing and painting of the damaged bumper was so well done that it looked like a new replacement part. They cleaned the entire body and tried to remove old scratches as well as detail the inside for free.I will recommend them to anyone. They are the best.

Vintage Auto did a phenomenal job fixing up my infiniti QX50 after it got dented/scratched up. I was stunned when I picked up the car a few days after dropping it off and it came out looking all brand new and clean!! No dents, scratches, chips anymore! The whole process of dropping the car off and picking it up was flawless. This will be my new auto shop if I ever need in the future &, what I will recommend to my family/friends. Rob and his team are great! Got My Nissan Maxima fixed by them within two weeks after a front end collision. Highly recommend them! They are quick and efficient! The car looks as new as the day I bought it. Thanks Rob! 11/2017- I am a good customer of Vintage Autobody. I have read some of the fake reviews. They are not true and most are written by competitors. If you are intrigued by the review... Very happy with the customer service as well as the repairs done to my car. Allstate wouldn't cover $152 of my rental car because they said that I'm allowed a certain amount per day & that the car I rented was to expensive so when I told rob who is the owner he told me don't worry about it & he actually paid the $152 for me that I had to pay to the rental company. Very impressed with there faculty, it's very big,clean & beautiful. I will 100% be a return customer & I highly recommend Vintage & give them 5 STARSPS. They even gave me a really nice vintage t-shirt

Worstt experience with my car had no mayor fix and they kept my car for 2 months because one of paint machines blowed up . Never Again will i bring any car to this shop. Very irresponsible and the desk people are super rude especially Sophia when you call more than once asking for your belonging.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Vintage towing was at my door the very next morning after I lost four cars due to Sandy damage. They were able to get me a rental and made the process go as smooth and as painless as possible. I have recommended over 15 people to Vintage and each one had nothing but great things to say. They are the greatest hands down!

If anyone out there has a need for an excellent auto body shop, I have one for you. After over 45 years of driving unfortunately I have used a few different body shop for minor and major issues. Vintage Auto Body in Westbury is far and above the best auto body experience I have ever had.What I was quoted was exactly what I paid. The car looks like it did when I bought it new 2 years ago and this is after a tree limb fell on the car while it was parked.Do your self a favor and make Vintage "your go to " auto body shop

Thanks to Vintage they made my bad situation into a positive one! Last week leaving Century 21 Department store my Mercedes was involved in a very bad accident. A young driver did not stop at the red light and t-boned my suv. The cops came and I summoned Vintage Auto Body off their tow list. They were very courteous to me and a Man by the name of Charlie was very helpful, instructing me on how the accident procedure works, while safely getting my truck out of the road and on a flat bed.The team at Vintage was super and had rental for me at the auto body shop. My car was fixed in 3 weeks. My insurance cut them a check and my suv was back to new condition. I can not thank them enough for being so great!

This is the WORST auto body shop I have ever dealt with!!! I got into an accident on the August 26th, the impact was on front passenger side bumper, since it was a lease vehicle I decided to go through the dealership with there certified auto body shop which was Vintage Auto Body. The adjuster looked at my car on the 31st August at this shop and I never heard anything from this shop at all as to any follow up on my vehicle. Finally I decided to call after a week to know what was going on and how far was the process, and I was advised that they were waiting on the parts and they should be here soon and then they will start working on the car. I waited few more days and decided to just take a drive to there shop and maybe see how far things were since it was a Saturday I knew they closed at 2pm so I got there about 1pm and saw that the shop was closed. I was little confused and decided to call the shop and a gentleman that answered the phone advised me that he had let everyone go because it wasn't a busy day. After driving all the way there I was little upset and just decided to call them on Monday again and spoke to a female that said the parts will be coming tomorrow and the car should be ready by Saturday. I definitely was really happy that finally after two weeks I was going to get my car back. I decided since they like to close earlier then there time on Saturday I will just pick up the car on Monday. On Monday morning I called them and asked when can I pick up the car to which I was told by a female that answered the phone whose name is "Sofia" that we just got the parts today and will start working on the car but there are other people before you since we are very busy, with a very impolite tone of voice. She was very rude and unprofessional. I just got very annoyed and said so when will my car be ready to which her reply in loud voice was when your car is ready we will call you and hung up the phone. It was weird to know that they are so busy that they can't get to my car yet but are closing earlier then there open timing because they are not busy. I was so upset and decided to deal with the dealership directly as this was the kind of shop they have decided to do business with. My car was finally ready on the 22nd September after 3 weeks. But of course as I was afraid there work was clumsy that they didn't attach the bumper back correctly and now there was a big gap between the light and the bumper and the car had to go back to the shop and of course got it back but it's still is not properly done. At this point I don't even care to get it fixed as it's an lease vehicle and I have no more rental coverage from insurance left since they took this long to just fix a bumper. I swear I have never dealt with any auto body shop where they are so unprofessional and Incompetent. I am just so disappointed at myself that I decided to go through the dealership to have to deal with these people.

This is the worst auto body shop on the planet earth. These guys should stick to just towing cars. I took my car to these guy to get some very minor work to be done and they spayed my whole rear quarter and a small percentage of my roof SMH. They also did no let down panels to even see if the paint will actually match due to the fact that they didn't spray the car originally which is mandatory dealing with a three stage paint application. They destroyed my entire car by not following the proper steps. And refuse to correct what they already have gotten paid for because now the whole car needs to be sprayed because they went into other panels. The whole shop is very unprefessional from the owner Rob, the secretary and the workers. They know nothing about painting cars and they all have attitudes when the quality of work gets questioned. I wouldnt refer this shop to anyone...

Replaced rear bumper, lift gate,, and exhaust. They did not put rear bumper protector after replacing it which I originally had on my car. Lift gate handle was installed on the OPPOSITE side, so i was unable to close it until get it fixed. Stain on the rear windshield is VISIBLE. Lift gate door open button is broken. Made complains to the dealer for the clumsy jobs, someone from the body shop called me and yelled at me for complaining to the dealer. Worst... inside of the car got messed up. Spent more than $100 for detailing car wash to remove the mess up.

Very nice and professional shop! I had a incident with my 392 challenger which made the fender and side of the front bumper look terrible, but the team at vintage was able to help me out and now the car looks new and as if it was never hit.thank you vintage!

I had the WORST experience here! Justin at the vinyl shop did a horrible job on my car. The owner Rob and Justin both in my opinion do not know how to talk to or treat customers. Also, when you go Sofia at the front desk is very rude! The customer service is horrible and the work quality is horrible in my opinion. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. I feel this place does NOT deserve a 3.8 rating they deserve at -.5

This tow-truck driver was especially slow. He backed up traffic for a very long time and did not care. If you want a tow to take twice as long as it should and enjoy the chorus of several horns beeping and people yelling as you get your car towed, then you should use this company. They negatively impacted my day.
