Maurice and his team are beyond fantastic! Their level of professionalism and service is unmatched from anyone I ve brought my car to for service. They were super helpful when I dropped my car off until I picked it up, it drives like a dream now better than before! The service was quick and ready before I knew it, even after added a last minute inspection at them. (They even topped off my wisher wiper fluid stuff the dealerships would do only by request) This team is amazing and worth the drive from Nesconset!If you re looking for a new Shop for your Auto needs this is it.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

SVM proved to be honest, concerned, kind and caring. I, a 74 year old woman, needed necessary repairs on my 2019 Honda Accord. The personnel are professional. They are people friendly and cost friendly. They honor their work. They do very great work. They fixed my catalytic converter and did so very quickly when I needed it! I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a motor vehicle they care about. Great entrance and front parking unique, variety of air purifying plants in the waiting room window cute neat and pretty, very nice comfortable chairs, kindly put an armless higher up chair for handicapped customers. Owner friendly very business savvy. I like it. Quality home like bathroom. I would like to tell you all this was my 1st visit to the SVM Repair auto shop recommended by a mutual friend.I was late for my appointment of checking total repair of my vehicle to save it. So, I asked him about my new problem of 2 tail lights out. Even though he was about to close up by 6 p.m., he waited for me to drive up old country road Westbury get 2 new bulbs from the auto store retun to SVM repair shop and his mechanic replace the bulbs .in less than 20 minutes.

My rear door glass was shattered when a rock hit it. SVM auto repair came highly recommended, they replaced the glass within a couple of hours and the price was reasonable. Maurice was very helpful and professional. It was an easy transaction. I would definitely be recommending this place as well!

After weeks of having engine and oil problems, we brought our car to SVM for repair, and diagnostics/repairs were done accurately. Maurice was able to pinpoint the problem and provide a clear explanation of the repairs done. Looking for a reliable mechanic?Maurice and his team are the absolute best!! He is one of the most caring and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met. His integrity is beyond impeccable and he proudly stands behind all his work. No job is too small or too big. He takes the time to explain things and always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. This is my first visiting this place. Last time Thursday I brought my white Ford GMG that couldn't pass inspection for months. The experience was extremely high, nice environment very neat and clean. Maurice was my attending very professional and friendly! Great customer service! He was really honest upfront in telling me that the catalytic converters are expensive but will need to be changed in order for the car to pass inspection. He seemed very confident and knowledgeable with his details. I gave him the ok to work on it and the car finally pass inspection after few months from trying at other places. In addition I received a discount from his labor part after mentioning that i was a heath care worker. I highly recommend this place and will certainly keep them as my mechanic. Thanks again. Keep up the good work....

Just following up on my previous review, Maurice and his team are the best of the best when it comes to quality of work, turn around time, price and professionalism. If you ever need help or a trustworthy shop this is the only place to go guaranteed Maurice is a straight up guy who is great to work with. Have had some work done on my 7.3 trucks in the fleet past few months and both times the price was very fair and turnaround time was very good. Each time him and crew went above and beyond to get job done well, hard to find now a days. Highly recommend!,Service: Transmission

I had a vehicle sitting in my driveway for the past several years, and being told that I needed a new engine, I knew it was going to be expensive or just junk. I looked online and saw the reviews of SVM. I decided to give them a shot since they were local. They came with their flatbed truck and hauled it away. Maurice had his team look at my vehicle and was able to save the vehicle. They had the vehicle test driven on the highway which I didn't think was possible in a couple of days. The engine was actually still good and with some part replacement, it was purring like a brand new engine. They diagnosed an issue that was caused by my prior mechanic's work, saved me an unnecessary engine replacement, replaced my water pump and troubleshoot my traction and abs lights. Coolant flushed, new battery, oil change, inspection and out the door I go!The vehicle although is aged sure sounds new. I can stand next to the vehicle and I don't even hear the engine running, which is absolutely awesome!Priced right and very honest business. I HIGHLY Recommend SVM for auto repair. I ditched my mechanic of 10 years and will be returning back to SVM for further services and also recommending others to do the same. No regrets and extremely thankful for their expertise services! Great reliable service always. From our company service trucks, bucket truck, and personal vehicles they do it all. Highly recommended. The owner took his time to show me his shop and how effective his team of mechanics are. Clean shop, well lit (LED lights high above) and very professional.I had extensive work done to my 1996 Camaro Z28 and the work was done on time as promised. The owner even told me to return in a week to put the car on a lift just to make sure everything is in order. Nice waiting area with news channel 12, coffee and water. Highly recommended! Thank you!

I have been client of SVM Autorepair Inc since 7 years ago and I am 100 % satisfaced with the repair, punctuality, quality of work made in my cars . Highly recommend SVM. They are honest, friendly and thorough with their work. They saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on unnecessary work that an other mechanic insisted I needed. As a female I ve always felt taken advantage of by auto mechanics but not at SVM! Go to them for all your auto repair needs!

Needed State inspection asap. Maurice came to the rescue. Very professional and friendly. Even though his work shop was within 30 mins of closing, he accomodated my request within minutes. I will definitely come back to him for oil changes and any other car issues in the future.
