Owner is great but the little mechanic that I was trying to speak to was miserable and nasty. Also, he left my hood open while doing the inspection. When I went to get my car, I noticed something was wrong and closed the hood. I could ve had a terrible accident if I didn t catch that. I would never go back with his disgusting attitude and carelessness.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have been going to Sam s Auto Care since 1992. Sam is an honest and humble person. He will not cheat you off with unnecessary repairs. His cost is very reasonable. The service is outstanding and he stands by his work. I highly recommend going to him if you have car problems.

I went by to had Sam and Albert inspect a used car I was considering buying. They were so awesome -- professional, thorough, friendly. They suggested a few different tests I didn't think of, identified some small issues but overall put my mind at ease... they even suggested a few ways to negotiate. Overall, I really felt they were on my side.

The service is very good! Fast and the price is very economical. The staffs here are very nice! Just like these flowers. The Sam s Auto do good service, no tricky. The repair staff name Pierre very nice and doing work efficiency. I appreciate a lot Sam s auto. :)There is Mavis auto repair very bad, they put you waiting on hold and raising the price, just for one tire got nail and they said that can not get it done by tonight. Wow. Don t go there.

Sam's is an authorized service center for my used car warranty and I had no previous experience using them. Sam was very diligent with his communication between the warranty company and myself. All repairs were taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend them. Work done - New Brake Caliper, Pads, and Rotors as well as Oil Change and Water Pump replacement.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

They tried to overcharge me to change 2 wheel studs and when I brought up the absurd price they called me poor. I would never associate with this business, complete lack of professionalism and care. You re probably better off anywhere else.Service: TiresService: Tires

i did my 50K mile scheduled maintenance here. Like all other reviews, this is a very great shop. They tell you to change on the necessary parts instead of telling you to change everything.The labor rate is fair and the hours charged are honest.Sam and his folks treat you like family and they really care about their customers. Definitely will do my maintenance or oil change next time here. this is very unlikely to see in those branded repair shop.

I am so appreciative of their honesty. Not only are they thorough, but they are so genuine and friendly; my kids even enjoyed the short time we were there. I will definitely make Sam's Auto Care my go-to!

I stopped in Firestone and Goodyear to get quotes on brake service prior to Sam's Auto Care. Firestone was just a horrible experience. They charged double for all parts. Goodyear wanted to perform work not even neccessary, like flush my brake fluid. Found Sam's Auto Care on the internet, called and asked for a quote and was given a reasonable price. Stopped by and got in right away. My brakes were done way less than a hour. Very professional, no gouging, no unnecessary work, and no hassle. Great experience and they didn't waste my time. Definitely recommended.

So I am not from around this area. But I snapped a break line and messed up the brake cylinder as well. I have an 80 mile ride home. Sam and his crew got me in fast and they are going to have my truck ready before day's end and I came in at 2:45. I am really thankful and happy for there reliable and trustworthy and dependability of this shop.PS this is also a real deal mechanic shop.Thank you Sam and your crew. Your a life saver.

I stopped into Sams right after one of the pulleys holding my belt went. Even though they were about to close, the owner was kind enough to immediately order the part I needed, had it rushed there, and installed it all at that time. Not only that, but they charged me the fairest price I could've asked for. Coming from someone that knows cars, I highly recommend this shop. There's a reason they've been in business for 22 years.

Sam s aAuto Care is the best place to go to. Anytime I need to check my car for a trip they make sure everything is okay. Sam and the guys are such great people. Very good price and amazing customer service. I work down the block, if I need to go to work they are very kind to drop me off and pick me up.

As a relatively new driver, I've been through so many mechanics that underestimate me being a young adult and a woman. Sam is honest and I'm so happy that I come to him now. One example of his trustworthiness was when my speedometer has been acting up and dropping to 0 many off and on but my check engine light wasn't on and the machine diagnosis couldn't pinpoint exactly what was wrong but I thought we should try to buy a new speedometer. He was a honest and said that this might or might not fix it and at least my speedometer still works but has those off moments , he said he didn't want to take advantage of me buy letting me go on to do this pricey uncertain repair. He's great and so is Romero his other mechanic. It's always a pleasure and I recommend that you try this shop especially if you're new and young to the whole car scene.

First time coming here for a tune up and for motor mounts, heard it from my dear friend about this shop. I will never go anywhere else! The service was amazing,the people here are very honest. Definitely recommending this shop to everyone I know! Thank you guys for the phenomenal job!

Excellent Service. Professional and Friendly Staff. Staff explains in detail and shows customer what exactly is going on with your automobile, and what is needed for it to be repaired in the most cost effective way. Would definitely recommend using this establishment.
