Pros: Carol was a fantastic service representative, very communicative and friendly. This review is not aimed at her, she was wonderful.Cons: The day they finished my car up, they called me at 6pm to let me know, and I had to bring the loaner vehicle back within 24 hours or they would charge me for it. This is a ridiculously short time frame to change my busy schedule to accommodate them, and I had to change several business development activities for my new company to ensure they didn't charge me. This was super disappointing. There should be some kind of grace period after notifying you the car is ready, especially if it's AFTER 5PM THE DAY BEFORE.They also did not fully clean my car even after I did not attempt to negotiate costly repairs they quoted me. This just felt like a slap in the face.I don't think I'll be returning. This experience soured my perception of Rallye...bad policy for anyone who has a busy schedule with regard to loaner vehicles and lack of attention to detail with the "complimentary" wash/cleaning.

Brought my car in to fix a leaking coolant tank after another dealership refused to give me a loaner, bill was my advisor, they gave me a loaner and had the car fixed and ready to go within 24 hours. Great experience. Definitely will be going back.

I used other BMW services center in the past and it was a nightmare. So bad that I literally stop leasing a BMW not to have to deal with that center. Rally BMW is absolutely an amazing place. Super organized. It stars when you call over the phone, they are very accommodating to give appointments and to give a loaner. When u enter the center, whether to pick up or drop off the experience is great and never takes more than 15 minutes from beginning to the end. They text you as soon as you leave to say what you will hear from them soon. They keep you updated with status about your repair. I highly recommend this center. Chris was my service advisor and he was great.

First time going to Rallye for service. The rep was extremely friendly and helpful. The service itself was fine. But I was quite disappointed with the waiting area, there was no food, cheap coffee only. I have been to other luxury car dealerships, Rallye didn t feel so luxurious.

What a pleasant experience! First time the salesperson actually knew more than I did about the model I was deciding to purchase. Courteous and mindful of my time, prompt no hassle delivery. Would definitely recommend Aldamar to anyone thinking about a new BMW purchase.

Damaged the interior of my 2023 330e when trying to remove old inspection sticker. Left behind crumbled pieces of the old sticker wedged in plastic joints of dashboard. Ignored me when I called the service center.

While the car is great, I dislike the strong arming regarding additional services they want you to pay for. I felt like I was dealing with a used car lot. I tried to speak to a manager about this but he has not bothered to return my call.

They are super nice and sweet and amazing at wasting your time by not fixing the problem and making you come again and again and again and again and again and again and again. Not a care in the world about the inconvenience to the customer who has to keep switching out car seats each time to drive their loaner for 3 weeks at a time just to pick up the car and have to return it AGAIN 3 days later because the issue isn t fixed.

Appointment went easy. Loaner car was smooth. The diagnostic was quoted as one price but they tried to charge anAdditional hour labor. Car was ready Friday but no one told me till Monday.

It is a sad day for an ultimate driving machine owner. I would never have thought after 11 years I would have to junk a yearly oil changed 2013 bmw X1 3.5 (N55) with 100,000 miles because of a valvetronic system issues so expensive to repair that it would have almost exceeded the value of the car. With no hint there was anything wrong with the vehicle the check engine light went on. We immediately took it to our local mechanic Matt at ( Little Car Garage) where we were told the vehicle had a valvetronic fault. We payed close to a $1000 to change the valtronic motor. In reality it was the whole valvetronic system, VALVE TRONIC MOTOR, SHAFT AND SPRAY NOZZLE needed to be replaced, but they didn t want to give us that information ahead of time because like Matt said it s bad for business. What a guy.So we took it to Rallye BMW in Westbury to get the problem verified by the experts. Carol the service manager told us the valve tronic was fine and showing no faults but the vehicle had front end suspension issues and intake leak. Long story short after 1000 miles and $3700. The car engine light went on . We took it back to Rallye BMW and guess what? The Valtronic system is now showing a fault. I guess they re going by the same playbook as Matt.It s unfortunate to see a 10-year-old car which was properly maintained to have an engine failure too expensive to repair, and a service department milking their customers for repairs less crucial to maximize their profits.By the way I called Chris Blanco the service manager and he never called me back.

Absolutely wonderful service in Parts.Pleasure doing business with Parts Manager Manny.Whole team class act.Edgar usually delivers our parts flawlessly and attention to detail is imperative when dealing with our clients and BMW certified requires a level of customer service I provide second to none.Owners should definitely appreciate the quality of service in parts , i deal with multiple dealers to keep up with rotation .Rallye BMW #1 .

The labor costs is too high even though when is a very small part to change. Check your labor costs. After that Rallye is by far one the best dealers I fully recommend it thank you for your service.

Whenever I have a problem with my car or my daughter s X3 , I immediately get in touch with my two advisers.My advisors, Chris Blanco and Adam Romano. They get our cars in right away and repair it quickly. When they call, I know that the problem is corrected and I have a 2 year warranty to go along with it.

Bought a brand new car and the headlights are fogging up. Have been waiting 3 months and still no ETA on when part will be available. No problemPumping out new vehicles, but apparently can t be bothered fix a faulty production item.

Software upgrade was failing to transfer from my phone to the car. I called Genius service but they could not help. Then I kept calling the BMW number but they kept pointing me to the Genius representatives. Finally, I called the sales person and he asked me to come in person and ask one of the service personnel. The person asked for a charge but then after talking to the manager and my sales person, they agreed to work on it for free. However, my car had to be in the shop for more than 30 hours but finally it got done. I was told that there was some corrupt memory which had to be deleted. Thanks to Chris, Darren and the team for finally ending couple of months of my frustration.

This dealership double dips on your bmw warranty and NY state emission regulatory repairs. They claim your warranty repairs from BMW NA while trying to charge the ignorant customers for the same amount. Once you complain, they will pretend they re doing you a favor by getting it covered, even though it s by law. Look up your ULEV & SULEV warranties!I paid $250 for a diagnostic and they won t provide me the diagnostic report after repeatedly asking the service manager.

Rallye BMW, the best service center.If you are looking for a good BMW service, I recommend Rallye BMW.They gave me the best opinion, it saved me time and money, and they were honest.I had value service from them, and I felt safer driving after they replaced the brakes on my vehicle.Their computer system checks the condition of your car's VIN �and tells you each part's status; service manager Chris knows what and when is the right time to replace it, and the service advisor Dennis D. is friendly and does not recommend it if it is not necessary.The place is busy; if you can go by appointment that will make more sense.

Experience was good, but since then my car's rear seat tablet stopped working, this is the one Rallye BMW updated in Feb/march 2023. The advisor should have checked to see that every thing in the car is working. Plus the communication from the advisor could be better, i had to call to check in about my vehicle.Services: Tires, ElectricalServices: Tires, Electrical

Rallye BMW service department has the proper attire ( incudes highly experienced mechanics and updated technical tools) to fulfill your car needs. It s very important to me because I want to drive my car as if it s still new.

Never again. Rallye BMW Service have lost my business. Claim they do a multipoint inspection. How is it that the PSI tire light is still on post service? They supposedly checked fluid levels. How is it that windshield washer fluid tank is empty. A small toe kick for the passenger side seat track came off and had to be replaced. They never gave me an option to order it and when I picked up car broken piece was in the car. I asked to see Christopher William the service advisor and he states the piece costs $600 so they did nothing. The piece is $40 in their parts dept. They supposedly changed the oil. I honestly don't think they touched the car.The service advisor was more than willing to try and up sell me for a radiator flush and brake fluid replacement upon arrival. To top it off it took 30 minutes to pick the car up after paying the bill.
