The mechanics at this garage are good mechanics but more so good people, they were fair and didn t try to rip me off unlike most of the shops in my area have done or tried to do to some extent , they diagnosed my new faulty alternator I got from autozone less than a month ago and even stayed late to install the replacement and only asked for an extra $20 on top of the quoted price and they put the cost of the diagnostic towards the labor of the repair. High recommended!

Came here three times to do photo inspection and got turned away for different reasons every time. ie only 9-11 ie system down. This place just want the referrals from insurance company but doesn t wants to do anything extra.

Pedro and Manny are great and very knowledgeable, they were able to fix an electrical problem on my car that the dealer couldn't figure out! Pedro is very honest, if the car needs something he always SHOWS me the problem on the car and doesn't scam you, thats rare with automotive repair shops! Their prices are fair. I use them for both my vehicles. Highly recommend them!Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

This place is the worst. They are crooks and dishonest about pricing they will do mess things up in your car to keep u coming back. I took it for breaks and oil change all of sudden when I got back their was other damages to my car that ended up costing more. Stay away and read every bad review they all say the same thing they will rip you off. I m reporting them to the BBB.Services: Auto engine tuning, Auto brake replacement

The worst auto shop I have ever been to in my life, terrible services! Waited one hour for inspection and I was told only 10 minutes wait. That s ok, I waited patiently, they did my inspection in 5 mins, The owner who did the service was super rude. Fine, I m not here at auto shop for service . Then few days after my Audi car inspection light turned on, kept saying inspection due, so I went back to them, the same guy Who helped me first time I was told by him, I need to change my oil which is $180 !!! While my car system showing my oil level is perfect, I was like this is definitely not my oil, guess what he said to me, pay me $75 I will remove this from the computer, I was like you sure about this? Put on the sticker cost $40 and put it in to the computer about what I did is another $75? First time in life since I do this ever year . Then he didn t even let me finish just left.. I sat in the car really wanted to go in and battle with him. Then I told myself, he is not going to do nothing but asking for more money from me. so today I went to this place in mineola, this nice gentleman took 2 minutes to fix it. And he said who ever did this job he never hit the button to reset so the system never knew my car had an inspection, just the sticker on the window, that s all. They didn t clean it, left my window so sticky from the previous sticker. And, this gentleman didn t charge me nothing, but I tipped still! This is called give and take, not an ripoff! Don t go there guys, they don t know what they are doing, for the basic!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went while they were on lunch and a man told me he can do my photo inspection since I was in a rush . He took my info and took pictures . He told me he will do it and I wouldn t need to come back . I went on about my day because he said once he s done with his break he will take care of it for me . I went the entire day without coverage and again today because he didn t do his job . And when I called another person answered and tried to undermine my experience. If I can give 0 stars I would .

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! This place is THE worst, most unprofessional shop I ve ever been to. I stopped by the other day to inquire on the price to get a used tire.. the guy told me $45 per used tire (a little higher than most but I said no problem). We went the following day to replace the tires because this place is around the corner from my house and my tire was very flat so I didn t want to go far. We get there and apparently ALL FOUR tires had to be replaced - again, I said fine. We came back home while they replaced the tires and when I called to ensure I can pay with my credit card they said the total is $45 PLUS $25 installation fee PER TIRE!!!!!!!!! I was so upset and told them I don t want them to touch my car and the manager said it had already been installed all while being VERY rude on the phone and cutting me off when I tried to speak. My fianc� gets there about an hour later to pick up the car AND THEY HAD NOT FINISHED INSTALLING THE TIRES!!!! They are liars and unprofessional crooks!!! Definitely reporting to the BBB tomorrow. Don t go here for anything!!

Honest, reliable, and friendly, I've continued to go back to them after leaving the neighborhood. I had searched around for a mechanic shop for a while, and am very happy to have been told about Mariela Autor Repair. I can't recommend them enough.

Just remember going here just to check your vehicle what wrong an the price to repair it (it s a whopping $95 dollars +tax just to check an diagnose you car(I will say check around first there are many shop will check your car for free an tell you the problem is an leave you up to it if you want do it or not

I've been taking my cars to Mariela auto repair westbury for repairs for over 3 years and in my opinion, they are the best car repair shop I have been to. Highly recommend them to my friends!!

Pedro is the thief. He gave me one price and he said bring your car here. I bring my car there and he game me different price. It is hard to find honest mechanic. This guy definitely, lair and cheater. I don't recommend anyone to go there!!!
