My car was hit really bad by a motorcycle who fled the scene of the accident. I was really upset since I just got my car a couple of months ago and now I didn t know how I was going to repair it and make it look like how it looked when I first bought it.When I went to a few other body shops it seemed that all they wanted to do is start the claim so they can take the insurance money and get the job done as quick as possible. I was referred to First Class Collision by friend who told me how awesome his car was fixed by First Class Collision.The minute I entered the establishment and met with George Jr. I was treating like a First Class customer. George took a look at the damage and set the right time and financial expectations for me from the start. He also helped me process the claim and forwarded my dash-cam video that I got when the bike hit my car and took off. George and his entire family are amazing people they really care about their customers and running their business with utmost respect.During the repair process George kept updating me on the status of the repairs and always was available to answer any additional questions I had on my mind. When the car was done I picked it up and I could not believe that the damage was ever there before. The job was flawless.I m very happy and appreciative of First Class Collision and their entire team for fixing my car to its original beauty.Thank you to George Sr. and George Jr. who are amazing people and take their business and craft very seriously.I will definitely recommend First Class Collision to all of my friends and family because they are the best of the best.

I was in a car accident and my friend had recommended that I go here and the only regret I have is not knowing about this place sooner! It's full of honest, hard-working, communicative people who do a great job at a more than fair price. They made me feel welcome and secure in the fact that I'm trusting the right people with my car. Now it looks MORE than "good as new" it's better. I won't be going anywhere else for my car problems in the foreseeable future.

First of all !!! what can I say that isn t already said! This is a shop that treats you like family . Tells you straight up how things are going to go and what the cost is. I love how they don t leave any information behind or sugar coat anything especially when shops nowadays charge you random prices! THERE PRICES ARE FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICES ! And they go through every detail on why and how it came to those prices!! I honestly couldn t thank the team for getting my Lexus back on the road in such a short period of time for the New Year ! If they re good enough for a shelby owner, they re good enough for anyone!! They did an amazing job with the factory paint. Body lined up perfect. Almost the entire car was painted and you can t tell where it wasn t; they ve got great blending skills. Brake calipers and valve covers color matched with precision. They took care of a couple little dings for a reasonable price and you can t even find it if you try. Great work! Exceptional experience at First Class, the name truly speaks for itself. It is never a pleasant feeling to be without your car. However, George and the team at First Class have truly made this experience remarkable. They maintained constant communication with me, providing regular updates and thoroughly explaining the entire process.Above all, the quality of work was outstanding. Upon receiving my car, it was impossible to tell that it had been involved in an accident. I am extremely satisfied with both the experience and the services provided at this establishment. While I cannot say that I am thrilled to potentially return, as no one desires their car to be damaged, I am comforted by the knowledge that I have a reliable place to rely on should such a situation arise again.

George and his team were extremely helpful to me during a very stressful time. I brought my brand new BMW M3 here to get repaired and they were very professional, kept me up to date on the whole process, dealt with insurance, used OEM parts and didn t cheap out. My car came out better than showroom ready. 99% of shops just want your business and don t care about your car, that was not the experience I had with George and his team.

They took care of everything after my car got banged up from dealing with insurance, securing those extra funds when the insurance company was trying to put aftermarket parts on my brand new car, to getting me situated with a rental. Plus, they kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really eased my mind. Well, where can I start. About a few months ago I had my 21 Camry's hood painted by another Bodyshop because it had been all scratched up. So, I'd looked around for a place that did vinyl wrapping. Driving around I had surprisingly found such a place close by. Thank God I didn't have go far. But let me tell you, the job that George did on my Camry impress me a lot with his skills and patience in wrapping the hood, is flawless. But that's not all folks I have a 95 Acura Integra hatch back that I brought that was in not so good condition. I had plenty of rust by the outer quarter panels of both sides, inside the rear wheel well and some underneath. They had also fixed the front and rear bumpers and both front fenders. Before I knew it the whole car was being done. All the rust gone, freshly painted and well practically restored. So, when George had call me and said it's ready. I went not knowing how it was going to turn out and excited to see what the car looks like now.When George and showed me the car, I could not believe it, I could not speak or find words to describe how I'd felt at that moment except "WoW!!!" yep still WoW. What an amazing job these guys did. They are definitely first Cass body shop. They're a family own business, they provide a great service, and they make you feel comfortable and people you can trust getting your car fix. I believe he has the best team of guys on the job. Knowing the job will get done right and your car will turn out like it was never hit. This team is great, amazing job! guys you're the best Thank you. George and Gina thank you so much for what you did for me I couldn't of ask for the best and nicest people I have met.If you need any body work on your car done. First class and class act ! We needed our bumper repaired for a long time. We kept putting it off because we didn t feel like dealing with dishonest , greedy collision places . I am so happy to say that we found a new place ! From beginning to end George Jr and the family ( and of course Hector who I ve known for years ) were so helpful and kind . They made our car look like new ! I d never hesitate to recommend them to others. If we need anything going forward I know who to call !!

Looking for a high quality auto collision shop in Westbury? Look no further than family operated (father George with sons George & Matt) First Class Collision. I recently had a minor fender bender and requested an estimate. They quoted a fair price and I accepted. The next day after they had started repairs, they called to suggest an alternate repair solution that lowered the cost by 35%! I accepted and the work was perfect. I would strongly recommend their services.

These guys did a fantastic job! Needed work on my bumper and these guys nailed it, not only did they fix it they made the car look newer than before. They also got the work done in a week and also took the time to clean my car as well! I'd trust these guys with my car any day!

I never write reviews. Recently after a very long day at work I came home to my neighbor dozing off behind the wheel and hit my parked pick up truck. I was nervous about bringing my truck to just anyone and a friend recommended First Class Collision so I gave them a call and I spoke to George who runs a tight shop. Being a plumber by trade there are days I just need my truck. George arranged for me to have a pick up truck rental for the duration of the repairs on my truck. They were on top everything and my truck looks great. George handled everything with the insurance company for me and made the whole process very simple. Now here is the part you have to pay attention to because this is very rare in this world these days George and I sat down and he went over everything that he was going to do with me and he did everything he said he would do and more. Some places don t live up to their name, and I must say that this is not one of those places! When they named themselves first class collision, they hit it right on the money! From our first interaction over the phone to the very last moment of me, leaving their offices, they legit gave me first class service through and through. This is a family owned business and you can tell each and everyone of them take a lot of pride in the work that they do. The service was impeccable. The Work was immaculate. As a female, I did not feel discriminated against. I did not feel like they were talking down to me each and every one of them treated me with respect and like I knew what I was talking about which I appreciate greatly! I will continue to do my business with them, and they have now gained a loyal customer with me do not hesitate give them a call and have them do the work for you!

They are a bunch of lying sack of you know what. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car. They swore up and down they did everything the right way and the all the glass cleared. I didn t mind them up charging me $50 for the non oem window. But they couldn t even clean out the broken glass. Don t go to this dump. He was more concerned for my ire than their lies. Can t trust dishonest people. Young kids trying to run their daddies business to the ground. Maybe they only do good work for celebrities and not regular folks. Good luck see you on the unemployment line.

I got rear ended and had a good amount of damage to the rear gate of my Acadia. From start to finish George and his crew took care of everything! They dealt with the other drivers insurance, filed the claim and fought for me to get my vehicle totally repaired. They even set up the car rental for me while my truck was being repaired.
