Had my Ram there for a check engine Chris scanned it gave me estimate and made appointment. Few days later brought my Ram in met Frank for the first time he changed out part engine light gone paid and off I went . Have many people I know going there. Very busy shop but that shows they do great work.

5/5They re very busy for a reason. 3 day waiting list for an appointment but it worked out for me anyways since I was only available in 3 days to drop the car off. Price was reasonable and more importantly, they were able to diagnose the AC Freon leak and replace the AC condenser which the other mechanic couldn t find and overcharged. Glad to find my new mechanic.

Country Parkway has been my go to place whenever I have a issue with any of my cars. Frank & Chris are true gentleman, honest, knowledgeable, and great mechanics. I can recommend them (and have to all of my employees)They can do it all.

It's hard to find a mechanic who is honest. Trust me, I know as I'm an engineer and very knowledgeable about cars. Frank and Chris have always been that way. Hard workers and on time workmanship. The best!

I have known Chris & Frank for more than 8 years. I have always been using them to service and repair my family's cars. One of the headlights of my Camary stopped working and I recieved a ticket with 24 hr notice. Country Parkway repairs was able to entertain me the next morning and fixed the headlight within an hour. They were quick, and with customer service.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Frank and Chris are master technicians who are incredibly honest and trustworthy. They are thorough and take the time to research solutions if a repair is not readily apparent. I never go anywhere else for car service. Frank and Chris are the best! They are professional, courteous, honest and efficient. A number of my colleagues at a local college also use Country Parkway, some of them for many years. I ve been going there for about ten years now and I won t go anywhere else. Frank and Chris are the rare old school mechanics who actually care about you and the quality of their work. They take pride and care in everything they do.

I've been a customer of Country Parkway for over 40 years. I'll remain a customer for as long as I own a car. It's a friendly atmosphere, they do quality work and their prices are reasonable. Most of all, they are honest. Before I became a customer of Country Parkway, I never trusted an auto mechanic. They always seemed to find something else that needed to be done. I have friends who have moved 30-45 minutes away that still go there. Five stars is not enough !

This place is amazing. They were so nice and professional. I went to to another place to have an oil change done and I knew I needed breaks but they tried to tell me I needed something else. I went here to Country Parkway and I told them that I needed breaks and what the other place said I needed also. They serviced my car and were honest with me by telling me that part was no needed on my car at all. I like how they kept it honest with me and didn't try to get over on me. And they did a great job for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service from experienced mechanics. Frank and Chris treat their customers with respect and their work backs it up. My father first started using them at their old location on Old Country Road and followed them to the current location on Urban Ave. The first time I used them I felt very comfortable and it was a good feeling to find a mechanic you can trust. I live more than 30 minutes away from them but still travel back there to have work completed on my vehicle.

These guys do great work, are super honest and deliver on time (or earlier). Last year I went in expecting to need a full brake job and they told me I only need to resurface the front rotors. They could have sold me all new brakes but didn't. I am a customer for life. Country Parkway is a hidden gem. They have been my go to for years now with maintaining my vehicles. There is no job to big or to small for these guys. They are one of the few honest Garages around. We have been customers of Country Parkway Repairs for probably 10 years and before their current location, we were customers of the family Gas Station on Old Country Road where we had all our repairs done by their father and then their son Frank for 32 years. We have always found them to be honest, hardworking people who did a great job. They are the best mechanics around. A definite hidden GEM as far as repairs go. If you haven't been in to see them give yourself a treat, visit them for your next repair job for your car.
