This is a really great mechanic shop, can t remember the last time I went somewhere else. They re kind and honest here, and they re willing to offer solutions that aren t as pricey as a lot of other places. Ozzy and all his guys are great- he ll show you what s wrong with the car so you can be confident in the work, and the he gets the work done quickly.

Always get my inspections done here. They take care of me quickly. Change any bulbs that are out. The place is owned by father and son. The son is on top of getting everyone helped out. This is my nearby go-to.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking to fix a tire. Went in for a tire change. My rim ended up all scratched up. And they still charged me $60 bucks for the tire change. Bad thing is i didn't notice the scratch on site. So they didn't want to do a reimbursement, or anything. They said they weren't responsible for any damages. But not until after they messed up my rim.

Needed a inspection told me he ain t have time to do that while the store closes in 2 hours also made me go to the shop 2 times just to tell me they couldn t help me with my inspection old dude always mad 0 customer service the workers are mad cool and friendly also before this incident gave me two different prices to fix my car doesn t add up

Brought my truck for inspection on 5/8/2021. The owner stated that I need to have the brakes replaced with out even looking at the brakes. He saif give me a nice tip and ill take care of it. Gave him $50 even though my car didn't pass. Brought my car back 2 days later and the owner's son said I needed new tires then said, give me a good tip and ill take care of it.What kind of shake down,illegal operation are these 2 clowns running

I've been going here for about 10yrs, however in the last 3yrs, service/lack of care or concern has been on the constant decline. I've been sold dry rotted tires. I've received wrong diagnosis for my car, and lately I went for just for a NYS inspection, and I was failed due to two of the tires, and all he did was eyeballed them, BTW. I had in writing, from my car dealership from 3 weeks prior that stated my tires were of passing thread levels, and I rarely drive my car, mileage is extremely low. He said he would sell me used tires to pass, when he sent his guys to look, I saw them pull down 3 tires, but he said he had none. He then made a call for new tires, and told me he would have them the next day with a high cost. I checked with Mavis later that day, and I could have gotten the same tires for $50 less for each tire. SO YES...that was the plan...for me to purchase new tires. I wasn't able to do that deal, so he failed me. I was, however, able to go to a reliable automotive facility, who literally checked the tire, and stated he doesn't know why I was failed. I showed him by failed inspection receipt. I was able to pass NYS registration without purchasing new tires....Thank God I was able to save a lot of money, and recognized the SCAM that was going on at CB Island. Its a shame, they can't be trusted not even for a simple NYS inspection.

Disserivced! Prior Purchased used tire from CB Automotive that turned out to be very defective causes the car steering wheel to vibrate unsafe . They did not test drive the car just told me to turn steering wheel,then told one of there guys to balance the two front wheels. Then looked at me and said 30 dollars. I offered to pay by credit card they said no they wanted cash. I had went to go to an ATM. As I drove the car it still vibrate as I originally told the mechanic(son). I found it strange that I was paying for balancing tires I thought it was automatic when purchasing the used tires. I returned and told this time the owner that the car steering wheel still vibrates and the mechanic did not drive the car to see what I was talking about. The owner then test drive's the car ,came back told one of his guys to change the wheel without properly discussing and agreeing on issues. He then said I had to purchase another used tire at a discount that it was not his fault and there was no warranty. I and the person I was with was very upset that he didn't change out the tire. The owner got into my car parked the car on other side of lot. Took my car keys and locked it in his cabinet. I was upset with what had transpired to avoid any further issue I paid him the 30 dollars . He gave me my keys.. He lost a customer. make sure how many holes in tyre they will drill hole in tyre and end up charge yu for two flatd 15 dollar each three times 30 dolars for two flats same tyre scam

rip you off stay away they will rob you dno customer service got two sensors in my car for three hundred paid 400 dollars and they went bad after 1 week went back to them they refuse to change

Save yourself a trip and don t go to them. He doesn t know how to speak to customers! He will make you feel you feel bad about yourself and regret going! Good day guys.

Owner or mechanic who runs this place is RUDE tool. The guy wants to force you to buy parts you don t need in your car and with an attitude to top it off. They will screw with your car. AVOID this dump

Very rude behavior from the owner. I just don't recommend it . The way they treat their customers is very bad and they talk in a very harsh manner.
