Incredible service! I took my car in with some significant damage, and the team did an exceptional job with the repair. From the initial contact, their professionalism and customer care were outstanding. They explained the repair process in detail and kept me informed at every stage.The end result was amazing. Amazing work , by the shop and The Wrap Lab . I had a insurance claim , the shop took care of everything , very professional. Never did I have to call to see what is going on , Alejandra was on top of things. Definitely will recommended them.

My Miata was hit by someone turning in front of a green light. I care very much about my car; while it may not be a supercar or a luxury car, it's technically a classic and has a rare paint color and I try my best to keep it in the best condition I can - I was very worried and heartbroken when it was hit.I found All Pro by comparing all the body shops in the Nassau/South Shore area and they clearly stuck out ahead of all the others: in reviews, in their reputation, and in their photos.Ahmad who works there was instantly helpful on sight, he was able to make a few quick but ingenius diagnoses and come up with a reasonable estimate for repair - both a high end and low end depending what they found once they removed the bumper, and his assessment would turn out to be as accurate as it was confident.The turn-around was just 4 days once I dropped it off, and both Ahmad and extremely helpful and beautiful front receptionist were kind and went above and beyond I understand my case was not the normal, as it was agreed that the other party was paying out of pocket instead of through insurance, and not only did they accommodate me, they gave me peace of mind with a release of liability form for the other party and I so I have something for my records as well.This is one of only 3,500 Miatas ever made in Merlot Mica paint. I was worried it would be hard to match. All Pro assured me it would be a breeze for them, and the proof is in the pudding, as they say. I could not ask for a better job, especially in a time where quality service like All Pro's is hard to come by. The All Pro team knows what they're doing and does it well. Can't thank you all enough.I will take my car to All Pro for all future matters regarding paint as my car ages.

State Farm referred me to AllPro to get my car fix after the collison. They were incredibly efficient and easy to work with. It was hassle free the entire repair process. The people in the shops were super nice to wok with as well. Highly recommended.

I was heartsick when my 6 month old car was t-boned, but the team at All-Pro put my mind at ease and did great repair work. Very professional, greatly skilled, excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, as well as organized and friendly. They are everything one could ask for in a business. Highly recommend.

5 stars is not enough to rate this establishment. What an absolute pleasure using this shop!This is my second experience using this shop for body work and repairs. I have a 2022 Mercedes and have had unfortunate luck. After two accidents with this car it was returned to me brand new. I am so grateful to the team for getting my car back in less than two weeks !!Thank you endlessly. Definitely recommend.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Top Notch Customer Service from start to finish! My Mustang was rear ended and needed alot of work. They did such Clean and Precise work, it looked like it came fresh out of the factory. They were also very courteous and had a ride setup for me to the car rental when I dropped car off. I will reccomend ALL PRO to everybody that needs any body work from now on. Thank you Guys!

Got my car' body damage fixed from Allpro - they were very professional and did an excellent job, also got the tints done from them which they did very nicely and perfectly. Highly recommended for body work and other services. Staff is friendly and helpful especially Ahmad. They provide window tint services aswell. Got my cat windows tinted and i must say they were done very professionally, love it.

Amazing service, amazing job. 10/10, Highly recommendMy car looks brand new after my paint was fixed from scratches. The turnaround was quick and effective. The scratches are completely gone and the paint job looks incredible.

This place is great and took care of everything for me. I spoke to Chris and he arranged Enterprise to be there shortly after I arrived, and the rest was just as smooth. My brand new car looked the same way it did the day I left the dealership. Highly highly recommend!

They are not professional.I repainted from my car accident,but they did it with bubbles with dirts under the paint. So they asked me to visit after a week. I visited again to fix it and they made some defects on other parts. First time when I went there they were so nice but by passing time they were so unkind.Terrible experience.

I highly recommend this shop. Amazing service....... The staff and mechanics were professional, courteous, upfront, and patient as we navigated a warranty fix on my 2015 Subaru. I could not be happier with the shop or Ahmad who took care of me and my car. I do not want to forget the young lady who handled the updates and paperwork. She was amazing as well. After I was rear ended, I brought my jeep compass to All Pro in Westbury. From start to finish, Alejandra and Ahmad were extremely patient, kind, and helpful. They communicated with Enterprise for me so that I did not have to arrange for a rental car while my vehicle was being fixed. They answered all of my questions in regard to the damage to my vehicle and what needed to be done. They communicated with the insurance company as well which made the whole process flow smoothly. My jeep is working well and I would definitely recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

The brothers that run the shop are great guys, who are not only honest but do some of the best work I've seen. I trust them without question to match any paint on any car I own no matter how difficult. After my most recent job with them I decided to use them exclusively going forward for all of my high end paint jobs

No point of going anywhere else but here for any type of body work. For the price and top-quality work don't think anyone comes near and not to mention the speed of the work. They worked on my Mazda 6 GT 15' last year (Extensive Body work & Rims) and this year with my A4 21' (Body work, rims, calibers and tints).Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I came to the shop with so many problems regarding my vehicle after a hit and run. The owner of the shop was so helpful and amazing. He explained everything with great detail and the whole process was so simple thanks to him. After leaving my car there he kept me updated with every step assuring me everything was getting taken care of.Upon pick up of my vehicle I was left in awe of the amazing work done on my car. You couldn't even tell it has ever been in an accident.Thank you Ahmad for everything I appreciate it. I have had the pleasure of working with All Pro a few times now and they have been awesome every single time. It would be an understatement to say that I am picky about things with my car. But every time I have brought it to them they have taken the time to answer all of my questions and done an amazing job. I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them for any future work.

We first visited All Pro Automotive and Collision for our insurance inspection. They have great reviews for collision repair so we decided to contact them when our car was rear-ended. Deja and Ahmad are great. They walked us through the whole repair and insurance process. It was completely stress and hassle-free. When we dropped off our car, the rental was all ready for us, which was super convenient. About two weeks later, our car was ready. They took the time to touch up some other areas and our car looked great. If you need auto-body work, we would highly recommend All Pro.

I was referred to ALLPRO. From the moment I walked in I had no doubt in my mind I was at the right spot.The staff was great. The receptionist was very helpful and answered all my questions. The office was clean and bright, and so welcoming.Ahmad was so helpful and very knowledgeable, I felt at ease with leaving my vehicle for repair work after an accident.From step A -Z everything was so professional.They explained everything to me and I didn't feel rushed to fill out any paperwork. They were very thorough with every step. I didn't feel pressured like I have in the past with other locations.They were able to assist me with a rental vehicle as well! Everything was taken care of by the staff!I would highly recommend ALLPRO!I will be coming back! Thank you so much.
