I am very satisfied with my service at Westbury Alfa Romeo. Came in for my first oil change and everyone is very sweet and helpful. I love how they send messages and videos of the service during the servicing. Itmakes you more comfortable with what's happening with your car. Despite my past experience with servicing centers with other car dealerships this definitely kept me at ease.

I have been a loyal customer of this service center for the past few years. Despite the frustration of dealing with mechanical issues, often stemming from poor manufacturing or failing mechanical parts, I must commend the service department at Westbury Alfa Romeo. Specifically, my interactions with Nick and Miranda have always been pleasant. They are both incredibly nice and consistently ready to assist. Working closely with Chris in service has been a positive experience as well.I recently had a service appointment on 11/6, which initially seemed like it would add to my week of challenges. However, Chris ensured that my vehicle was serviced promptly, and I had it back within a day, even though I dropped it off late in the evening. Chris maintained regular communication via text or calls, always making an effort to assist.Miranda and Nick are genuinely good and cool people. While I have praise for the individuals I've mentioned, I would like to highlight a broader improvement suggestion. Providing service loaners to customers, particularly those who are repeat customers and paying through the manufacturer or extended warranty, would enhance the overall customer service experience at Alfa Romeo of Westbury.

Advisor Will did a nice job explaining all and was very patient with me. They fixed all they could pretty quickly too. Clean location.11/2 Edit: Adding a star. Originally down one for not taking Amex (still don't), however we have had major issues with our Giulia and this service center has been patient dealing with Alfa corporate. Additionally, they slightly damaged the bumper and made good on fixing that, detailing our car and giving us new loaners so we weren't without. They did the RIGHT thing - and that speaks volumes. Kudos to Miranda at the front and Will again at service.

My first visit was great, arrived without an appointment. Service Rep Will and Nick took care of everything for my vehicle even though they were extremely busy on a Saturday. Great service during the pandemic..

If I could give more stars I would. Alfa Romeo of Westbury saved our day and the money in our pocketbooks. My daughter owns a Guilia and it is just outside of it's Manufacturer warranty. Her Sunroof suddenly stopped closing. It was stuck in the open position. The team at the westbury Service center went above and beyond to assist her. Miranda was very courteous on the phone and scheduled our appointment. Upon arrival we spoke with Wilkins and he was so knowledgeable about the issue he had put our minds at ease and was very confident that he could repair her sunroof without replacing the entire assembly as another dealership suggested. Wow! I was blown away that the fix was as simple as replacing a cable. They also did a full service check on her car and notified us of other issues that she will fix down the road. And they also cleaned it inside and out! We are so greatful to have brought her car to Alfa Romeo's Service center team and plan to use them again for future repairs. The service was expeditiously quick and speedy although I arrived 30 mins prior to my appointment. I was able to base this off of an individual who arrived after me, but I presume he had an earlier appointment as he was finished before I was, and I was finished 10-15mins after. Very delighted by the mannerism of the staff and I appreciate that they filled my tire with air despite there being no indication in the tire pressure module. I am also appreciative that my service advisor went above and beyond with the first year complimentary service despite my service appointment being a week or two after the grace period. Hands down one of the best experiences at a dealership. Also love the architectural design from a functional standpoint as when you pull your vehicle into service it has like this concierge and valet feel to it .definitely resonates with the VIP treatment you see on the commercials for Westbury Alpha Romeo.

This is my second time using the service from this dealership, And I will say this time I was horrified and extremely disappointed. From the lack of communication from the service department in regards to the status of my Stelvio, to the respond I received when I asked in regards to asking for a loaner car during the time my car was there. The response I received was " we have a limited amount of loaner cars and also it depends on the type of service you come in for" was what the receptionist gave me. Which makes me even more disappointed as Alfa Romeo Westbury prouds itself in there VIP Service for having the " BIGGEST FLEET OF LOANER CARS FOR THERE CUSTOMERS NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE" This is a lie! From what I was told by your receptionist!Then I asked to please have a temporary inspection on the car until I can have the inspection done since it received a new battery, THIS WAS NOT EVEN DONE!And finally having customers buy into the TIRE& RIM CARE WARRANTY Service to be told " I understand you have that but your tire is worn" Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having TIRE & RIM CARE WARRANTY?!***THE ONLY PERSON THAT EVEN SHOWED A OUNCE OF CUSTOMER CARE WAS SEAN!THIS WILL DEFINETLY BE MY LAST LAST TIME WITH ALFA WESTBURY.- LR

Overall a great experience! The staff was very punctual with keeping me updated with any news or concerns regarding the car. Really liked how they sent a video of the car and addressed and showed the work or concerns they had. Excellent communication and timely manner got the car back. Only annoyance is the amount of loaner cars you see in the lot and it still takes 3 weeks to get one.

I had read several reviews about how good the service was at Westbury so decided to make the trip from Manhattan. This was the best service experience I've had with my Giulia. The entire team is very professional and very courteous. Sean frequently kept me updated on the status of my car and the service manager, Ralph, ensured that I was taken care of and even followed up to see how my experience was. I'm always leery when I have to get repairs done on my car; I truly feel they are honest and trustworthy. It was worth the trip and I will surely be a repeat customer.

Drove to Westbury from Brooklyn for my first service on Stelvio Veloce. I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, however, the customer service was absolutely incredible and second to none.Sean was amazing, welcomed me in and set me up with everything my car needed.The service technician uploaded a video survey of the car and it is just everything a customer can ask for.Totally worth the trip! I plan to continue to service my car with these guys and I highly recommend you do the same!Service: Auto maintenance

WOW! I just had my Stelvio serviced at Westbury Alfa Romeo for the replacement of the steering rack. I have had the car serviced there since I bought it 3 years ago and now just before the factory warrantee was up I heard a ticking noise when turning. They took my car right in and diagnosed the issue. They even had the replacement in stock! Their technician had the new one in and readied by the end of day! I can't ask for better than that! Won't work on your car unless purchased or leased from them. What a odd policy . Told me it was to difficult to get Parts for a fiat so they won't work on them. When I asked for a recommendation for another location they said take it anywhere its just a oil change. Obviously not anywhere since they won't do it. Brought the car in for its last oil change here so idk why change in policy .Service: Oil change

Ralph Maia, the service manager for Westbury Alfa, and his team just exceeded my expectations on the quick turnaround of warranty service for my 21 Gulia.Highly Recommended/first class service for my Gulia - a true drivers car.I had one previous service visit upon after picking up the Gulia and Ralph and his team went out of their way to make sure I wasn t inconvenienced.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

I moved to NYC in 2020 and have used Westbury service center for my fiat. Although it wasn't the closest center to me, it was my preferred location. I have used them a few times, but I just received a call stating they were cancelling my upcoming appointment for state inspection and oil change because they will no longer service vehicles that were not purchased through them. I think this is unacceptable. I purchased my car a few years ago in the state I lived in at the time. When I moved to NY 2 years ago, I selected this location as my service center. It was fine for them to take my money on a few different occasions up until now. Save yourself the headache, and look somewhere else for service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Warning- at approximately 24k miles I got an oil change. Currently I m at 28k and a low oil warning light came on to schedule the car for oil service. I m supposed to get the oil changed every 10k miles. I called the service department and was advised that it s probably because I didn t get the break fluid change and it s an electronic car so it s sensitive. What does that mean?! It seems that the oil change I paid for didn t happen.

Dropped off my Alfa for service; needed a rain sensor service and an oil change; they fixed my steering wheel air pressures as well - they gave me the car back on the day I was promised - amazing service.Will is a great tech there and extremely helpful; the whole staff is professional and they re passionate about working on the cars they work on.If you re not asking for WILL; you re not getting the best service - would recommend dealing with him 10/10; he s honest; gets the job done. Tell you how it is and what it is. No bs.Just wish they gave a complimentary car wash for a $200 oil change/service. And obviously for them being a luxury brand.Will continue to get my car serviced here. They also offer loaners if you have purchased the car from them.10/10 -

Bought a car in another state and was looking for a local Dealership to build a service relationship with. Unfortunately, they only service vehicles purchased from them (As per the Service Advisor). Oh well. Other than that, Clean and modern looking with an informative staff.

I own a 2017 Ti Sport and I love perfection, which means if any little problem bothers me. I call the service department and I make a quick appointment. And get my car checked out. Whether its bluetooth settings issue, brake repair, oil change or literally anything that isn't meeting my perfect criteria. I make an appointment and get my problem resolved. Also, while the car is being looked at, and it takes a long process, whether a part needs to be ordered or what not, majority of the time the service department provides courtesy loaners and if the loaners aren't available, they use enterprise or hertz to rent you a car for free. I highly recommend this service center rather than any other Alfa Romeo in NYC.p.s. Sean would be my go to service advisor, most people just do their job but he goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. Courteous, respectable and friendly is what you will find at Westbury Alfa Romeo. I've dealt with Nick and Miranda and both were pleasant. Every experience with AR is pleasant, if this is how they train their staff, upper management should be proud.

I scheduled a appointment to get my Giulia fixed that was unfortunately in an accident. I dealt with a staff member that told me if I would like a Alfa Romeo loaner car I would have to wait 3 months on their loner car list. After 3 months passed I came in for my appointment thinking I would be getting a loaner but to a great disappointment I did not. The manager Matt Messina was beyond rude when telling they have a policy where they do not give loaners for accidents. Unfortunately Matt did not educate his employees with this policy and wasted 3 months of my time. Its very unfortunate they are inconsiderate of a loyal customers time and that they hyped up this new service center that has been nothing but a major disappointment. Its a shame they have a rude uneducated staff representing such amazing vehicles. The car industry is way too competitive to be treating clients with this much disrespect. This is not my first Alfa Romeo but it will most certainly be my lastService: General repairs & maintenance

The new Westbury Alfa Romeo service department is really what we were missing in order to fully enjoy our amazing A.R. Giulia Quadrifoglio and my wife s Stelvio Ti. I deal with Sean and Will to set up appointments and with Ralph for the technical details of the service and my endless technical questions (thanks for your patience). All of them are friendly, committed and knowledgeable professionals with a genuine passion for the product. Numerous times I found flexible and accommodating responses in resolving our needs for routine maintenance, a track day set up, regular updates or minor fixing. Westbury Alfa Romeo also offers a nice and clean environment, a comfortable waiting area and loaners when required, perfect and clean Alfa Romeo cars in line with our expectations. Ralph and all the guys at Westbury Alfa are great. I have a used car dealership in the nyc. I had an issue with a 2019 Stelvio. Ralph and his team were able to take my car in on a Saturday, order all the parts for me by Monday and Tuesday they had the car back in my hands. They even changed the oil for free. Ralph and his team were transparent throughout the process and always kept in contact with me. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

Front desk people are very friendly and courteous.Service manager Ralph is fantastic and patient, very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. They said the service would take approximately 2 hours, sure enough I was out of there in 2 hours. I have VIP program through Alfa and this service center is Great!! Brought car in for work, no loaners available unless you make appointment. But they ubered me to local mall because the wait was extended! I did not expect that. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!! Recommended service center!!
