My muffler shield got loose on way home to Canada. We found Chris' shop open on a Sunday; he was clearly busy but fixed the problem within 10 minutes, even thoroughly explained what he did, and we were on our way again. Chris was courteous and very fair. Definitely recommend going to CLI Auto.

The engine issue light came on in my car while driving to Ellicottville for a visit. Although they were extremely busy, Chris & Laurie fit me in. Chris quickly assessed the issue, explained it to me, made a minor repair, and then had me test drive the car to make sure everything was ok. I could not be more thankful.

I was on a road trip had a flat with no good spare tire. I arrived at CLI a few minutes before they opened. Staff were clearly busy. Stopped what they were doing to get me back on the road. Fast, very friendly. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

CLI Automotive in west valley NY always provides excellent service. Always polite always friendly and excellent prices. Service done today was rotors, calipers and a license plate light. Would definitely recommend to others. They will even pick up your vehicle while you are at work. (Within reasonable distance) . I have been bringing my vehicles there for more then a few years. Over the years I've taken many vehicles to CLI automotive , it's a family owned small business and they have always been able to fix any problem I had. If it has an engine they can fix it, if it's aftermarket performance you're looking for they can fill virtually any need. It's professional, friendly service. When you're having service done here they'll make you feel like family.

I could not be happier with the service that we were given. He absolutely went above and beyond what he needed to do. He made sure we were leaving in a safe reliable car. We asked him to fix our front engine splash shield so we could travel back home from Holiday Valley. He fixed our splash shield...and rotated our tires..and fixed our car door. NO CHARGE. CLI Automotive Services was a godsend. Our vacation turned around for the better when we stopped in. THANK YOU!

Chris took the time to fit me in since I was from out of town and weld on my muffler pipe that came apart and was so loud you could not bear driving.
