Have been searching for a vehicle to meet my needs for a while and happened to stumble upon Quinn Motors. Mark was able to answer all of my questions and went out of his way both in person and through e-mail. His response time was extremely quick and after every conversation, I was left completely satisfied. He helped me purchase my very first truck and I could not be any happier with how easy the process was. A big thank you! I highly recommend everyone to take the time to stop in to Quinn Motors if you re in need for something new! Remember to support your local business as you may just find a hidden gem!

Best car buying experience ever! Set everything up over the phone, came in from out of town and we were in and out in less than 1 hour. Mark is a very nice guy, friendly and honest! Definitely recommend Quinn Motor Car.

We just purchased our third vehicle from Quinn Motor Car. Once again, we enjoyed a wonderful experience. Mark Quinn was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time and information in order to help us select the best car for us. The price was very fair. The entire purchasing experience was easy, lacking the drama and histrionics that in my past experience, often accompanies purchases from larger dealerships. I definitely recommend Quinn Motor Car without hesitation.

I have always been amazed at how many Quinn cars there are in the area. And now I know why...My wife needed a car and they had exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately we had both been conditioned to buying cars from the brand dealers. So we went to one of the local dealers and were surprised that the same vehicle with a lot more miles was more expensive than at Quinn. I mentioned that to the Ford salesman and he said the chip shortage was causing a new car shortage and a subsequent rise in pre-owned ones as well. He followed that up with high praise for Mark and the entire Quinn Motor Car operation saying they are great people and one of the few "clean and honorable" independent dealers in our area.That was all we needed to hear to go back to Quinn and get that car we fell in love with.In the end it was the easiest car buying experience ever. There was no mystery man in the back to haggle with. Mark did everything right in front of us with a smile (including a very fair trade-in). It was so pleasant. The way it should be. We will certainly be back.Thank you Mark!!!

I'm not happy with the guy that currently works there. The woman at the counter was great. But the guy at the counter was something else. Hopefully he'll be gone soon enough.When I made the appointment for new tires, I asked about a specific tire that had a rebate. He ordered the tires are made the appointment. They were even able to move the appointment up to get the tires on sooner. (I needed 4 new tires anyway but two started to leak).While picking up my car I asked if I needed anything special for the rebate. That's when I was told they do not participate in Continental rebates. That information would have been better before I made the appointment as other shops had those tires in stock for same day installation at the same price and were participating in the mail in rebate. But chose this shop because of prior experience. Mavis would of had the tires 4 days before you could, even after moving the appointment's up.The guy told me he couldn't do anything and to contact Continental. After he walked away the woman who works at the counter saved you a customer. She made it right. I don't have time to call you back. Thank her for me. I forget her name, sorry.

What a great experience with Quinn Motor Car!!! Mark was wonderful from start to finish. Did not plan on visiting Quinn on the day we bought our truck but drove by and they had what we wanted! Mark handed us the keys and sent us out on a test drive with no pressure, just info. When it came time for the paperwork, Mark worked directly with our bank and approval was complete within an hour. The shop knew how much we wanted to take our vehicle home and prioritized our vehicle so that we could do so. Had a small brake issue with the vehicle the first night but Mark and his team were right on point. They were so apologetic and got us fixed up the very next day! We would definitely recommend Mark and Quinn Motor Car! Thank you again for such a great experience!!!

I highly recommend Quinn Motor. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from this dealership because Quinn Motor always has high quality vehicles for reasonable prices. The customer service is excellent from test drive to final transaction! Purchasing a vehicle is quick easy and worry free! Mark also has an Excellent service department with extremely fair pricing! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I bought a 2019 Red Charger GT in January. The staff was very easy going and worked with me to accommodate my weird work scheduled, and got me a great rate for the loan. It has been 8 months and the car is still great, zero issues or problems. Will definitely be interesting in buying another car from Quinn in the future.

Bought 2021 truck from Mark last night. Without a doubt, this was the best (and easiest) car buying experience I've ever had! Spent a total of 1.5 hours making the deal; from the initial greeting through the test drive, paperwork, and final signing to driving away. Highly recommend Quinn's and would definitely buy from Mark again!

The last three cars that I have purchased was from Quinn. I am a nerd so I do a lot of research prior to showing up to his lot. This is what I found: Mark Quinn is always professional, easy going, and his cars are always priced at or below the current Kelley Blue Book value. I go to Quinn first because I know that I will always get a fair deal without haggling. It also helps that he is a nice guy. His lot is always filled with the most popular models (and some strange ones). And if you don't see a car that you like - just tell him! Awesome experience every time!

Absolutely top-notch experience from start to finish. Mark was very direct and to the point, answered all my questions, and made buying a high-end vehicle very easy and fun. Ben was on top of everything with regard to financing, DMV paperwork, etc. Overall, it was a flawless sale and I'd be very happy to do business with these folks again. I have purchased 2 cars from Mark Quinn within the last 15 years and would highly recommend buying from him. Unfortunately, their service department is disgraceful. I will never bring my car there for service. The mechanics did not properly align my car causing me to loose trust in Quinn entirely. They claim they performed an alignment when all they did is adjust the toe and left the camber unadjusted causing more damage to my car. Very disappointing and not trustworthy will have to find another dealership. Stay way from the service department.

Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Quinn's Motor Car. They were quick to respond to the email request, the test drive was very laid back without the high pressure sales pitch. Mark very open and honest with regard to pricing for both the vehicle and the trade in ( which was very fair). The whole transaction was stress free and easy. Mark took the time to explain the new Car Fax app which the dealers and consumers are using to track vehicle history and maintenance. It is really refreshing to walk into a car sales business who believes in customer service rather than volume sales This is our third vehicle we have purchased and look forward to doing more business in the future.

The car buying experience at Quinn Motor was outstanding!I was fortunate enough to be referred by a family friend who had bought six cars from Mark Quinn over the years and gave me a strong sense as to the quality of the cars they bought, and even more vocal about the service.Sure enough, I was matched up to a vehicle that suited my needs at an amazing price, and the loan rate and paperwork was a breeze.For a reasonable fee they managed the registration, which was important because my trade-in was on a Massachusetts registered vehicle.The bottom line - I drove off the lot a satisfied customer who has a great deal of confidence in the ongoing service. I would recommend Quinn Motor Car to any of my family or friends!

I just bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Quinn Motor Car and I couldn t be happier. Ben was great through the process making everything easy. I bought it on Thursday and he had everything set and ready for pickup on Friday. On top of that they are great on trade in values, unlike some dealerships that try to low ball the customer. Highly recommend Quinn if your looking for a vehicle!

The process of closing the deal on a car or truck isn't always easy, but my recent experience with Mike at Quinn's Motor Car could not have been simpler. The listed price on the vehicle was more than fair and I was offered exactly what my vehicle was worth in trade. There was no needless dance back and forth to haggle over the price or trade. Less than a half an hour after my test drive I walked out the door, purchase agreement in hand and fully satisfied with both the terms and the experience, but it didn't stop there. In the days leading up to my taking delivery, Mike had everything in order. The truck was fully serviced, insurance matters and financing all in order and had I not lived out of state I'm sure inspection and registration would have been handled as well. Yes, many dealers offer the same services, but my experience at Quinn's was seamless. Judging by the rave reviews, my experience was not an exception, but rather the rule as to how they run their business and treat their customers. Thank You Mike.

Always take my vehicles here and even bought my last truck here. Staff is friendly and always on point. The owner is very personable and honest will be buying my next truck here as well. They are truly a business that cares.

Ben was super helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and set up an easy car buying process for me. Mark ran my credit instantly and I was able to take my car home the next day! Having just completed my purchase with Quinn I can say I'm more than completely satisfied. So much better than going to a regular dealership. Mark was able to sit down with me on short notice and work through numbers on my trade in and get me a quote on a truck. The next day I got it and couldn't be more pleased, a great deal on a practically brand new truck. The entire experience was painless, and I'll be using them for all my service needs in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional Service!! Mark Quinn and his team at Quinn Motor Cars are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and just really good people. So much so that we have 3 generations of Quinn customers in our family. We only use their service department because they can always get us in, do a great job, and never try to up sell us on useless stuff. And we just bought another car @ Quinn on Saturday and the process was 100% hassle free. Easily, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Friends, family, neighbors near and far ... try them out and I am confident you will appreciate Quinn Motor Car as much as our family does.

I had an amazing experience with Quinn Motor Car. I spent the last few months shopping for a very specific used truck. I found Quinn because the price was right. I called them because the reviews were great. And I purchased my vehicle there because the service was top notch. Ben not only answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns, but he made me feel comfortable. That makes all the difference. He's just a nice guy to work with! I drove over 200 miles from home to buy my new truck. And I would do so again without hesitation.

Unbelievable customer service. Of the 15+ cars I've bought in my life this, by far was the best experience I've ever had. I never would've known of this gem of a dealership, but they had the exact car I wanted. I dealt with Mikeand he was the best and most upfront salesman I've ever met. No corporate B.S. just honest and treats you right. If you're looking for a vehicle, you'd be crazy not to check here first. Five star all the way around.

Quinn Motor Car is 2.5 hours away from my house, but they had the exact truck that I had been searching for and it was priced right where I wanted to be. I'm so glad I made the trip. The truck did not disappoint and neither did Quinn. That was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Ben was incredible - very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I'm hoping they'll have what I'm looking for the next time I'm in the market; I would happily make that trip again.

An absolutely outstanding experience! Mark was wonderful! I wasn't necessarily ready to buy, but Mark had exactly what I was looking for and then made my trade work so I couldn't afford not to!This is my second purchase, and I've taken my vehicles in for service for years. Brad, Josh and the staff in service are awesome as well. If you're looking for a low mileage, high value pre-owned vehicle, Quinn Motor Car is well worth the visit.
