Dropped off two wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced, unfortunately they're directional tires and I didn't explicitly say this. The tires coming off the wheels were also directional and I figured they would know to put them on in the same orientation. Now I have one on backwards and they want to charge me for fixing it. While I understand I could have clarified, this feels like an unfortunate mishap that could be handled better. Two stars because their tech was nice enough to clean the brake dust off my track wheels.

Me and my family moved out to this area 6 years ago and I went to them for the first time with my car, then my wife's car, my new car. I will never let another place touch my car, they are honest with fair prices, they go above and beyond and do there work efficiently and diligently, they are kind and polite, they do business the right way. I recommend them to anyone reading this.

Honest, reliable and trustworthy. I don t write reviews often but since we need to support our locally owned and operated businesses and they have always done right by me, I felt the need to leave one! Last service was rotors and pads all the way around - I defintiely recommend Leckonby s for your service needs.

Got new brake pads from this place. Within a day of driving my front calipers were rattling around inside the wheel and sounded like they were about to come off. Took it into another mechanic who found that the caliper bolts could be unscrewed by hand and some had just fallen out from not being tightened. They didn t even grease the brake pads. Would rather pay someone else to fix their work than trust them with basic auto repair. Do not go here!Service: Auto brake repair

After being told by a national chain shop that to pass inspection my car would need just under a thousand dollars worth of work, these guys got me in and out with an inspection for 150 dollars. So, here we go... personally I am going to start with the work performed on my car.Great job and very attentive. I think the mechanics had their game on and Dave was very on top of my car and it's needs.So here is where it went bad. They have a woman in the office that does the accounting an answers the phone not so much a joy to talk to.. I had reached out to the garage instead of the owners cell phone because I heard he might have been away that weekend. When I called this woman answered the phone and I asked to speak to a mechanic. So as rudely as possible I was told we do not pull mechanics off a job to answer questions..I then replied well I just spent over a certain amount of money an I expect to talk to one now. I am being nice on this edited version of the story. At this point the owner took the call. I explained what was going on an he took care of the situation on the car. I spoke to him about my run in with this woman and he listened but unfortunately nothing was done about it. So they lost a loyal customer and all my future business on my cars. There loss I guess and her gain..lol..So moral to the story when you are pretty much called out and said they don't know who is telling the truth and being basially be called a liar at this point.. That speaks volumes as to what I was dealing with..Go with caution with this unprofessional undisciplined office worker.. Nice I can speak my mind now. I brought my van in multiple times for repairs and each time was charged 800+ for repairs just to have the same problems occur again and again. Would not recommend anyone go here for repairs.

Just moved in the area and needed an inspection. I have been to do many places that aren't very honest. I went in assuming i was going to fail and have to throw at least a few hundred into it to pass even though i knew nothing was wrong. They were very honest and didn't try and sell me things i didn't need. I appreciate that. It's nice to have a garage that is honest 1000 yards from my house. I wouldn't hesitate to ever make an apt. for future work on my vehicles.

my girlfriend had to have her car towed here for repair. First part they replaced was no good and there were additional problems that they didn't look into and wouldn't listen to us about. They brought it back in and replaced the part again and the problems we were trying to tell them about are still an issue and were obviously ignored. Money wasn't worth it and wouldn't take a vehicle here ever again. We feel ripped off.

Buyer beware. I brought a car in for an inspection, they quoted me $700 to fix it. I did nothing and it passed inspection at one of the national places.Not only that my written quote was different than the over the phone quote.These guys are shady, make sure you double check before getting work done.
