My beautiful Lexus RX 350 was hit causing major damage, Quality auto was recommended by my insurance company and I m so glad it was. Car looks like it did the day I purchased it new at the showroom.All concerns were handled quickly and professionally. Joe and Tony are fantastic people to deal with. I was in a collision and had fairly extensive front end damage to my car. Not even an hour after the accident my car was in the shop, the staff at Quality took me right in. I had an estimate to my insurance company within two days and was told an estimated repair completion date of about two weeks out after all the parts arrived and work was completed. Shop kept in touch about updates to my vehicle and I received a call that my vehicle was completed 8 days ahead of schedule. I was very happy with the work and the shop's levels of communication, it was very reassuring to never have to wonder what was going on with my vehicle and it helped my stress levels considerably after the accident. Would go here again in the future with no hesitation.
An Incredible Buy

The service, employees and experience was incredible. The techs there are so knowledgeable in there field pay close attention to detail. I didn't have transportation when I dropped off my vehicle they offered to give me a ride to the mall. I picked up my car it looked brand new inside and out. I didn't recognize my vehicle I was so surprised I would recommend anyone with damage to their vehicle give them a call.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Wish I can give more stars than just 5. This was first experience with this auto body shop and will definitely be returning for any future repairs. Fantastic job on my car and fixed it super quick! I scraped the front fascia of my Tesla Model S pretty bad. Did not want to pay a small fortune for a new fender soooo my dad told me about this incredibly talented body shop hut Tony that would help me out.He checked out my car right before thanksgiving, gave me a very reasonably priced quote and delivered earlier than projected. Tony even detailed the car!!Looking brand new I was very happy as going through insurance or buying entire component outright would suck.Thank you Tony! You are the man!

I brought my car to Quality as it was recommended by my insurance company. They were straight forward on cost and quality.. There s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and Quality owned it. It was a pleasure doing business and getting to know them and I will refer them to anyone that asks!! I was in a no fault accident on Valentine"s Day and had my 2020 Ford Escape SE repaired at Quality Auto Service.. my car looks even better than when taken out of the showroom. Thank you Joey and Tony and all the gentlemen who brought my ride back to life. . They even went out of their way to detail and wash my vehicle . Had my car worked here after an accident and Joseph and his team did an amazing job on my Dodge Charger. Even cleaned it inside out like it was a brand new vehicle upon return. Would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing job on my Mercedes-Benz GLA, the car had a nasty scratch from road debris that damaged door. Car was fixed in 24 hours, completely perfect. I can t stress enough how great this body shop is, I would only recommend this place to anyone! EXCELLENT!

How the hell is this shop not a 5 star? Keith McDermott is a god when it comes to any basic repair and Especially with high performance vehicles. I would never consider taking my cars anywhere else. So if you want quality it's a no brainer!
