I just had 4 new tires installed and a wheel alignment. I couldn't be happier. They did a great job, great communication, and were a pleasure to do business with. Very nice people. Coming from another shop (very close by) that serviced my cars for the last 20 years, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Thanks for everything!-Jay

They are quick here, and the customer service is okay. But they do take advantage.The tire warranty covers nothing. I m better off getting my tires at Costco. Lesson learned

We were making a long trip across 4 states and we got a slice in our tire. We called multiple shops and no one had our size tire, and they recommended Eastern State Tire. We called to see if they had our size tire and Joey G said yes!. We showed up and within an hour, he had taken off the donut, replaced the tire and put it back on. We can't thank you enough Joey!!!!

Took my Mazda 3 in for a problem with a vibration in the front end. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and though it took a while for the correct parts to come in (dealer issue, not Eastern State Tire's fault), once the parts were in, the car was ready within a day. Brought it back the next morning because I had a concern. They checked it over, tightened a loose nut, put my mind at ease and didn't charge me. They were professional, honest and courteous every step of the way. I highly recommend Eastern State Tire.

Highly recommend!!!! My tire had a slow leak and I ran to Mavis, down the road, to just ask if they could look at it to tell me if I needed a new one or could have an easy fix. The guy said he wouldn t look at my car for another 3 days. I asked if it s a new tire needed would he at least have it the 3 days later at that day or would it be looked at and ordered then. He said he couldn t tell me because he wouldn t look at my car. He was very short. I googled tire places and found this one. Ran in and, already thinking I d be turned away, asked if they could look to tell me. Without hesitation they took my keys right away and went right to the car. I didn t even need a new tire and they fixed it that minute. Absolutely amazing customer service and so nice! Highly, highly recommend!

They didn't do the alignment, 'cause the didn't have the special tool, but they charged me anyway, bad business !... I got taken, beware !

Excellent customer service experience!After being fed up with Mavis I brought my car in for tires, brakes, oil change as well as shocks and struts(I thought)....Not only did Justin help me pick out the best tires for me. He also saved me money that I had planned to spend with Mavis by letting me know the shocks and struts were still in good shape.Great local privately owned business to support!!

Recently had all four tires replaced and am quite happy. Justin was my advisor. Ran into to a small issue with the tire pressure sensor not being reset, but was resolved in a few minutes. I did use TireRack since I wanted to ensure a very specific tire. However I would recommend asking Eastern State to see if they can match the price. If you buy from them directly, they do free tire rotations and I believe charge you less for the install.

Just started to give them business but so far they are efficient and fast with their work. They follow through and communicate all through their service. I'll be using them again in the future.

Have had several check ups here. Once they had me waiting for going over 4 hours claiming they picked up the wrong parts for replacement; they didn't have the nerve to check on me (I spent the entire time in the waiting area).The employees seem nice. Word of warning: their mechanics are unlikely to truly diagnose problems in European cars (they could never seem to resolve my check engine light which would sporadically turn back on maybe about 10 miles or so after leaving).

25 each to balance 2 tires. Total 54$. No mounting no rotating. Just free wheels need weights. My tires were off the car also and cleaned up all old weights prior.I got taken. Beware

Great service. Effective communication. Highly recommended. Needed a wheel for my Camry. Left an email request and Joe reached out to me immediately with a few questions to ensure an accurate quote. My wheel was promptly ordered and received the next day. I waited at most 40 minutes while they mounted the tire and checked out another possible leak. I was immediately made aware of a small part missing from the sensor I provided and the additional cost. I will certainly return for my future tire needs.

Great service and pleasant staff! I received a fair deal on Goodyear tires. When I dropped of the car I asked for an alignment to be done. I received a call that the car was ready. When I went to pick up the car the alignment was never done. They took the car right back in to get it done. No delay. Great service, prices and staff !

I have gone here a few times over the past few years and I feel like they treat me like family. They know me by name and call to give status updates when doing repairs to my car. For a lot of repairs I feel like they do a better job than the Toyota dealership I've been to and don't even charge as much (win-win for me). Thanks again!

A long time ago I came here in winter. I needed to go to work and I had a flat. I did not want to drive too far. I thought I needed a new tire. Turns out all I needed was a plug and a clean. EST charged me 100 dollars. At the time I was naive and didn't know better. They over charged me because I was young and female. They are crooks.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced. They do it all. Of course tires are their specialty and they work fast. Fair prices and really good customer service. Each time I used them for tires, brakes, rotors, inspection, etc., they had the car ready in hours. Will always use them again.

I ve been taking my cars here for years. All the guys in the office are beyond helpful and nice. They re reliable, reasonable, honest and trustworthy. I wouldn t recommend anyone else. Thanks for everything!!! You guys rock

Went in for tires and the price was pretty good. Not cheapest but comparable. The folks are pretty nice and wasn't pushy trying to get you more expensive tires. Time to install was about 1.5 hours which does seem long but other than that all was good. Would definitely go here again.

After going to Mavis and leaving a truck there the entire day only to be told they couldn't even mount the tires because the rims were too wide we tried Eastern State Tire and they had a mechanic come out and check first and after he said that they would be able to mount the tires Eastern State did the job and their price was a lot less. Next time I am going straight to Eastern State Tire. Don't waste your time anywhere else these guys are professionals who have been in business for a long time and they know what they are doing. They have the equipment to do large truck tires and everything else down to car tires. Don't waste time with Mavis Tire go to Eastern State Tire they are real tire professionals.

The employees are super professional and nice. They were able to address the problem in a very timely manner, very little waiting time and the waiting area is clean and reasonably comfortable with snacks to.purchase and free cofee and tea. I've used them several times, always pleased.

I had a scheduled appointment at 3 PM for an inspection. When I got there I told them I needed to leave by 330 for a prior commitment and they said that should be ok. At 315 I noticed they didnt bring my car into the shop yet. They then told me that they allot an hour for an inspection. An hour is kind of crazy for an inspection, but I guess it would've been okay if they told me this when I first came in. Keep in mind, this was a scheduled appointment as well. I left without the inspection being completed. 2 stars because at least they were polite about it.

thought they showed more expertise than a place like Mavis Tire who shows very little interest in anything other than charging your card. Took it there due to a flat tire. They wanted to put the exact brand tire on rather than just toss on whatever they had in stock...can't remember why, but it sounded good :)

First part here is about Prize Buick Chevrolet in Nanuet, NY....My experience was HORRIBLE!!! I contacted them a week prior to a service visit. I explained in detail what I needed done. I purchased a set of tires for a 2017 Corvette. I needed them mounted and balanced, and also wheel alignment. They provided pricing as about $230 to do the job. I explained that I would drop off the tires the morning of service and bring back the car for the service. I get back to the dealer after dropping off the tires in a vehicle that the tires could fit in. I check in with service and they do their thing and I go into the customer waiting area. Moments later someone comes in and tells me they do not have a machine that could change the tires nor could the car fit into the wheel alignment machine??Eastern State Tire:He then proceeds to suggest Eastern tire around the corner from them he calls them and they tell him they could do it. The dealer rep now offers to take the tires over to Eastern tire for me as a courtesy. Since I spent my morning running around I thought I might as well give it a shot. Well I get over there and I'm told that my front tires I ordered were not run flat tires and the rear tires were, the end result from Eastern tire was that didn't want to do the job because the front tires were not run flat, but they were the same brand, tread, and size as the run flat. Well I ended up wasting my time on both locations which the entire situation seems really sketchy a dealer that can't service a vehicle they sell and they setup the service for it and wasted my time. When I went back to pick up the tires from Eastern Tire in Nanuet, NY I asked what would be the price for the mounting and balancing of the tires since I was sent there blindly without pricing. Eastern tire said $54 each for the front and $64 each for the rear plus tax. Compare that to the dealer price provided. How does this sound to all of you logical sane people??? This is what happened draw your own conclusion.

At this point I advise people to avoid this place. I will post further next week as I am preparing documents to present to NYS DMV, Consumer Affairs and other legal entity.I had 4 new tires put on by them earlier this week, and asked them to check alignment (Which any decent place would do automatically).To make a long story short, they just threw on tires, did not bother checking alignment. (They told me it was fine...by looking at old tires)...even though when I brought it to them I mentioned to them a dealer ( who just did oil change and assesment) said it needed an alignment.The first highway trip, about 36 hours later, 3 tires went flat on NYS Thruway... (you can imagine what type of day that turned out to be).From what I am told, the stems were not put on right. So, I ended up paying for 2 new tires out of my pocket.Eastern State gave me no copy of sny warranty. Only an invoice. And a copy of their invoice did me no good 80 miles away from them.At this point I am going to get all info together and contact a competent authority to look at tires.Also, I have a subsequent alignment report showing need for alignment. So yes, I certainly needed an alignment.I will post more as I progress.Be careful dealing with them. Literally your family's lifes can be at risk.Also if you get tires insist on a factory copy of a warranty.

Very through and professional. Its evident that they want repeat business and they do that by being honest and charging fair prices for the work they do.BTW, their business name is misleading. They are not just a tire shop, they do all repairs and regular maintenance that the dealer does. I hope they fix that soon.

This company has been fixture in West Nyack for a long time . The previous review written today is totally untruthful and could not be further from the truth . This consumer ( the wicked witch of the west ) is nothing but a mean spirited human being that goes into businesses ( usually mechanical repair shops) and gets a thrill by leaving negative reviews and flat out lies about her experiences. I own a local business in Nanuet and after performing a flawless repair in he vehicle . She wrote me a positive review. Then woke up on the wrong side of the bed 3 weeks later . Took down the positive review and slammed me nothing but lies and misleading information about me and my company that has been in business for over 45 years.Go find something to do like standing behind a heard of elephants with a shovel and a wheel barrel .

Dave, Joe and Rich know a thing or two about customer service which is why I'm a loyal customer of Eastern State Tire. They thoroughly examine every inch of my car to ensure they found and fixed anything that could be problematic or unsafe. Trust these guys to take care your car and you'll never go elsewhere.

Highly recommended and honest service. They make you aware of potentially existing issues if one wishes to fix them, but without the pressure to spend the additional money. These guys are professional, and accountable.
